Toy department was a disaster! 7:30 am Jan 4th 2024. Toys on the floor and shelves and pegs were a complete mess. I know customers do make a mess but this was just bad. I picked a few things up and put on the pile but items were damaged and opened so I could not find what I was in need of. Hope the store managers get involved.

Don’t schedule service for your car and expect anyone to be there. Tried to drop the car off the day before, they randomly closed 3 hours early at 4. Then drove there again for my appointment at 7am, waited until 710, no one showed up for work. First and last time.

I'll shop at target from here on out because you don't honor your online prices. Explain to me how I can purchase it online and pick up in store in 24 hours when you have to pay someone to pick it for cheaper. Instead of just honoring it. This is horrific customer service I will shop at target from here on out they honor online prices and other competitors!!Adding I just left target and was in and out in 5 minutes no problem with them fixing the price and they had to drop it from $64.99 to $49.99 PLUS I got a red card discount! ALSO what's amazing is I didn't have to wait around for the manager unlike Walmart where she was called to electronics and never came I had to go and find her in customer service just relaxing and refused to drop a price for YOUR STORE from $59.99 to $49.99WAY TO GO WALMART!!!

Most recent visit and last visit to this Latino was crazy. Employees didn’t speak English that was the 6 or 7 I spoke to and asked for help. The one English speaking employee doing absolutely nothing stood in the same spot for 25 minutes. Must of been watching the clock. The pharmacist Karina was great and her cashier Twisha was as well. They helped me find what I was looking for in a matter of 2 minutes. Thank you Karina and Twisha for all you did.

Every time I go to this store to buy a gift or a gift card it is a huge hassle - they do not have any employees working the check out lines and the only choice is to go through the self checkout, so if you are buying a gift and want a gift receipt or need to activate a gift card you can not do this in the self check out. The employees are incredibly unhelpful and give the attitude that customers are a bother. During the holidays I needed a gift receipt and the only way to get one was to buy the item at the self check out - then return it for a gift card at customer service and re-buy the item at customer service with the gift card and then they were able to give the gift receipt. Its annoying because I do like some of Walmart's product - but the customer service is terrible. Target and other retailers have much better customer service and store organization.

Every time I go to the self check out their stupid machines accuse me of stealing... On my last visit the check out machine said I had to wait for an associate It said I forgot to scan something when I was simply vetting money out of my purse to pay for my items. Theyre putting their employees in a bad spot too.. What if I was stealing... What is that little old lady going to do... Confront me? Chase me. Walmart really screwed up by getting rid of good ole human cashiers. SMH...

I have to tell you it's been a while since I was there. I have seen an improvement on the service. I have been able to find people that actually speak English and actually know what there doing. They don't ignore you and even ask if they could help me. I hope they keep up the changes because a lot of people had stopped going to this place because of my same reasons.

Customer service is horrible. The cashier seemed to feel it was more important to speak with a Co worker and not listen when I said 3 times this is all I ordered but she kept ringing up the person behind me items onto my bill

Had to buy something from cosmetics department, they had a sign to pay at cosmetics counter. No problem, except no associate, hit the assistance button, no one showed up for over 15mins before I simply left.

Ok let's try this again. I work for the post office and need pants with pockets. Stretchy ones, leggings. They always have them. Cheaper than most places and they last a long time. Ill be buying more this week cuz you know a girl needs more than 3 pairs.

Their employees are freaking idiots. They probably only made it to 4th grade. They cannot read and they do a horrible job as a personal shopper selecting the items for delivery. Horrible horrible job. I am disgusted with this Walmart performance.

It is impossible to get ANYONE on the phone ! I tried repeatedly for two days, I had a issue with my car repair before my appt. I tried every dept. I watched TV while I let it ring for 45 min. Half the time it just hangs up on you. How can you do business with a whole store that NO ONE will simply ans. their phone !!

After was ignored asked lead person who was manager on duty, she didn't know, wouldn't even make a attempt to find out. Done with Walmart on colonial in fort Myers!!! How are you legal to work there and don't speak any English nor will you assist customers????

I think the management here is not doing their job! Lots of items with no pricing, empty shelves everywhere on the market side, parking lot filthy. 5:00 in the afternoon on Friday and three attended registers, yet 2-3 employees on each isle for self checkout. Had to have help three times while checking out, neither of the employees were friendly.

Good one stop shop place to do all household stuff. Not sure why Walmart is not leading the fight for climate change by first of all banning plastic bags and leading with better minimal packaging with their suppliers.Update: Changed review from 4 to 2. Ever since they installed self checkouts galore I am disappointed that I have not only to bag my own groceries, but scan it too. No discount or incentive to do it myself. Less staff to help in the stores, long line up at the very few manned cashier stations. Come on Walmart, pay employees a fair living wage and employ more people. What were your corporate profits during the 2 years of the pandemic? SHAME ON YOU.

Automotive - comes with a price. Do not expect anyone to pick up the phone. Order your service online and then wait in a long line to check in. Wait in a long line to check out. Every other Walmart is this way for decades yet they could be killing it if they only staffed up. They need self serve kiosks for dropping off keys and picking up so we don't have wait in line for 15 mins behind the guy who wants his spare tire valve stem replaced.

The produce section stunk of rotted fruit. There were fruit flys and molded oranges. There was an employee putting new food out but no one looking at the rotted food. Disgusting.

After my first paycheck from my new job we stopped here to do our shopping to fill our cabinets in our new place. We did self checkout so there isnt a need to do a customer service review. But thankfully there was no issue with checking out so we were in and out fairly quickly. This is the main place we do our shopping so i know we will be back haha.
