Been using this pharmacy for quite a few years with great success. This year has been a little different. I use express pay for my scripts which is where my issue happened. My card on file date expired and was ask for my new card. They put card in reader to update then informed me it did not work. I used another card so I could be on my way. I pulled up both card accounts and I was charged $265 on each card, double charged me. I went back to Walgreen's with all my reports and receipts to get my refund. I was told by the pharmacy Operations manager to go to my banks. They would not give me a refund even though the transactions were still pending. I was angered by their attitude about their error. I went to my bank and spent most of an hour filling out paperwork to get my $265 back. The bank was very helpful. Nothing like the lack of a "Think Customer' mindset from Walgreen's and the Operation manager.

They pick whenever they feel like locking the doors. Change the hours if you are going to close early because “we have inventory.”Hanging up the phone on a customer when they call while standing outside the store well before closing isn’t okay. “You can come back tomorrow at 9.” I think not, start prioritizing or this place is going to keep going down hill.

The staff at my Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of McGregor in Cypress Lake have always been great. It’s nice when I walk in and Sandra knows my name and has always been patient with me. The girls have taken the extra time to research the best prices on expensive medication that I takeregularly. I would recommend Walgreens pharmacy to anyone.

Best staff at any pharmacy down here in Sunny Florida !✅Sandra** —>is amazing and very personable making time for each patient when short staffed and swamped with the phone 📞 & refills .Forgive me not mentioning the names of the other gals and gents + Head Pharmacist Jim ✅!!! It’s alright except confusing as confused when your trying get tests done, have paperwork from the doctor who wants it soon asap and they still make you make a appointment which you can’t even get till the evening time after your doctors office is closed and you have to wait till the next day to figure out what else you need to do to get better. Also two different signs in front of the store that says different things about testing is not good valid information either.

I love coming to this Walgreens because of the great employees they have. The deals and prices are hard to beat, especially compared to CVS :o. Cashier, Katrina is so sweet and extremely helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and charismatic, definitely worth the note.

Came here for my second covid shot since I didn’t want to drive to Tampa again like I did my first one. This store definitely wasn’t as organized. Took forever to check in. The pharm tech was not as friendly and kept her mask below her chin the whole time, not sure the point of wearing one. I asked for the pharmacist to give me the injection. The pharmacist Brittany was so rude. I don’t think she could roll her eyes more. She gave an injection like she was throwing darts. And was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked questions. I honestly would not recommend this location at all. I think the drive to Tampa would’ve been worth it for the amazing care and organization they had at their CVS.

Best experience at a Walgreens ever! I went there to get my COVID-19 shot, and it was the best decision, not crowded at all and the guy that gave me the shot has the softest hand possible. He was extremely patient with me. I do appreciate him a lot.

I had some difficulty with my insurance and Rxs written and called in for me. I thought the best thing would be to stop into the store and talk with pharmacy staff. I was very fortunate to draw LYNN to help me. She listened patiently to me, asked a few questions and incredibly everything worked out. Thank you kind lady!

I was put on hold 7 times in one call for just under 20 minutes. They said please hold the first 3 times and then just kept putting me on hold without courtesy after their system would time out and send the call back to pharmacy. The answerer appeared to know the system and developed their own drill for call management. NOT COOL!

I stop here today to fill a prescription;i don’t have insurance so I knew that I had one expensive prescription,but lucky me Marie was so helpful she found a discount and applied so I ended up paying half of the cost! I would definitely go back there. I am very thankful to Marie.

Horrible pharmacy!!! Never go there!!! My mother was in her final moments suffering from bone cancer not only did they allow her to suffer her final moments but the held her prescription even knowing the circumstances due to billing info. And never even gave my grandmother the option to pay cash !! The manager is an arrogant piece of work as well!!! Do not trust these people to have any sympathy for your dying loved ones!!!!

I use the pharmacy everyone great but this one lady with like white gray hair she is somthing she is rude she has no idea what's going on I may have to go to a different Walgreens I can't take her far as the store everyone is great
