I’m just not a fan. I like their clothes, usually good quality, fair prices but I rarely shop here for clothes. Their food is much more expensive than other places, and this particular store had atrocious bathrooms.

If you’re going here for household care, cosmetics/bodycare, non-perishables, etc. then it’s fine at a push. IF YOU’RE BUYING PRODUCE OR PERISHABLE FOODS - I would look elsewhere. It’s absolutely atrocious in terms of quality control. I ordered drive-up today and my chives, basil, and spinach were ALL ROTTING. I’m talking brown, slimy, mold growing on it. It was awful. Also please teach your drop-off staff to not wait outside in the Florida heat while there are things like cream and soft cheeses and perishables in the cart; that should be a given.

Love Target. My four year old says it’s his favorite store, the cashier took care of checking him out even though her light was off , because she knew he didn't know ;-) . She was amazing as they chatted away <3

Bright, organized, clean store with very helpful staff. Some items didn't have price tags but thankfully there was a really nice associate working in that area that was able to scan the items and tell me how much they were. (That's the only reason I'm giving this store 4 stars instead of 5)The home department has BEAUTIFUL merchandise and they are all very reasonably priced. They carry the latest trends in home decor and offer different options.Their athletic wear clothing is also very nice.And of course who doesn't like the dollar section in the front of the store?!!😊Good job Target!

Waited for 20 minutes for help buying a video game. Useless employees just kept paging someone and scurrying off as if I was a nuisance. What an amazing hassle. Ended up purchasing from Amazon since every single employee kept passing the buck and basically refused to help me.

Poor Customer Service - Location Specific:I went in store today to return something I had received as a gift. I went to the customer service area to be told that the item was non refundable and nothing could be done. No supervisor was contacted and I left with the answer “no”. No one suggested alternative options or a solution for the issue at hand.I called the corporate customer service line and provided my receipt number and received the same response and no action taken to provide alternative solutions. I asked to have my call escalated and I was transferred to a supervisor at the corporate call center named “Theresa”. Theresa initially provided the same answer. That nothing can be done.I had done some research while waiting to be connected on the phone. The receipt I had stated the item I received was non returnable, which I understand. However, nothing was mentioned anywhere in store, on the purchased item, or instructed by in store team members that the item was non refundable/returnable. This means, the only way to know the item can’t be returned, is to purchase it and see it printed on the receipt.I explained this to Theresa on the phone and she told me it was posted in the electronics section (see attached photo - it’s not posted.) Theresa then had me walk back to the customer service desk where the team lead “Renee” rushed her off the phone and told her it would be resolved. Once Theresa hung up, Renee told me she would exchange the item. I was not interested in an exchange so I kept my item.The amount of work I had to do to receive any type of customer service and resolution was surprising for a company the size of target.The item was $60. Store is always out of stock, employees are clueless and never around and now they want to limit how many items you can purchase in the self checkout lanes. No I'm not going to stand in a huge line because you want to limit me to only 10 items in self checkout, I'll just go to another Target that doesn't have these ridiculous rules and knows how to stock shelves.

This is my local store, so I’m here a lot. Love how clean it is. But don’t ask for directions from employees. They don’t know know or just don’t care. Also none of the hand sanitizer stations work because they never refill them. Don’t try. The 10 item limit to the self check out was a good concept to control the volume but of 1-2 registers or only open while 8 self checkouts are available, just seem use the self checkout, unless your buying an item (like alcohol) that needs to be monitored. In that case use the regular checkout because only one person is monitoring the self checkout of 8 lanes. And they sometimes get distracted. Overall good store if you don’t interact with people.

This is a fantastic store! It’s always well stocked and clean! There’s variety here from cleaning supplies to toys to clothing to food! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Womens Clothing dept was messy andd poorly stocked as much of the store, employees avoided eye contact for fear of answering a question. Produce and grocery areas were nice.. Overall We felt like we were in Wal-Mart:( yuck, definitely not up to Targets normal standards.

Store is clean. Wait time on line was long. Associate gave me an invalid gift card -- I tried to activate at home and it came back invalid, the number on the card did not match my receipt. Either he made a clumsy mistake or he switched them and stole mine.

I'm not one to complain about customer service because I also work retail but I've never had such a bad cashier experience until now. I had already picked up an online order and was just doing more shopping and checked out, explaining to the cashier I already paid for the goods and showed her the receipt online. She instead said yeah yeah it'll show online but still scanned the already paid products. I only had enough for the products I wanted to buy and she had me fumble for cash and gift cards because my discount only worked with cash or target redcard which I did not have. After explaining and realizing she didn't understand I paid for the goods online, I instead just said if I can just pay in card and take off the discount in turn which she yelled at me twice. It was extremely frustrating and a waste of time, I had to go back to guest service and show the receipt to get my money back.

This store unfortunately is frequently out of sale items. Not sure why they don't plan ahead and have extra stock of these items. They ask me to fill out surveys all the time and I bring this up time and time again and nothing ever changes.

I can’t recall ever having a bad experience at this Target! Everything is neat and organized. Customer service is phenomenal they go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Bathrooms are extremely clean. Thank you for caring so much for your customers.

Great experience all the way until checkout. A discounted item was ringing up wrong, it was near the register so I left and confirmed the discount was for that item, so then I went and asked for help, the team lead came up to ask which product it was for and then mentioned “I was just about to go home but nevermind now”.. she came back after about 5 minutes of looking for the discount tag and told me “I’m not sure where you got that information but you’re wrong” then proceeded to give me the discount and loudly say in front of everyone at self checkout “I hope you’re happy now because you just got a good deal.” I’ll never be back here because I don’t like being harassed while I shop. I used to love target but…. Not anymore.

Most items are a poor value.Very poor customer service.The corporate wokeness plays a big part of this. We are very disappointed in Target.They could offer people better prices, but are more concerned with political and social posturing.Go woke, go broke !

I am a very satisfied customer of Target. They have a great selection of reasonably priced products including their own brand. The employees are very well trained, and will stop to help when a customer needs an answer about a product is or where it is located. And last, but certainly not least the stores are clean. They are also genuinely friendly.
