We usually go to Cape Coral location but today 4-23-24 we decided to go to fort Myers location on s Cleveland Ave. When we first went in the guy at the door asked if we have a membership. I answered yes, do we need one? We couldn't just look around too see if we want one? Do we look like we can't afford one? No response. Then we go to the food court and order. They never have any soda in the machines. I've tried all 3 and ended up with regular Dr pepper which I didn't want bcuz I'm diabetic. I told the lady n she waved me off. I told her where I was sitting n asked to see a manager. She never got one. I'm another party of the store we were informed we couldn't go down an isle, that was fine except it should been blocked off by the provided yellow strap. Then we go down the next one to get water the kids using the hand lift to move pallets asked me to watch out so I move past him, grab a 48 pk if water n he backs up into me n about knocks me over. No apologies or anything, just says I didn't have eyes in the back of my head. I told him maybe turn around next time n look. He rude so we left

I love Sam’s Club. The choices are great! The free samples are awesome!! My only disappointment today was the lack of cashiers versus the amount of customers that needed cashiers. The lines were long for self check out as well. It’s just disappointing that they don’t open more registers with cashiers.

This evening on Wednesday 3-20-24, at store closing, the young black male employee (with a hair weave) who was checking receipts with the scanner at the stores exit, decided to try and be funny by pretending to scan my elderly disabled mother (over her head) who was leaving the store ahead of me, while driving an ADA mobility scooter. To add further insult, a short (somewhat heavy-set) Hispanic male employee quickly approach him and asked " Is that one too fat for you?'" Neither of them realized that I was with her until after the fact, then the black male quickly walked away, after he noticed my stare. This was our first visit to this location, as we typically have been going to the one in Cape Coral, which has been a much better experience overall - on all accounts. This behavior is not acceptable. The only reason that I did not make a scene and confront both of these two punks, is because my 83 year old mother also has a heart condition, and it is important for me not to upset her. Management of Sam's Club - Fort Myers; please review the surveillance footage, and advise me how you wish to deal with this situation, otherwise; I WILL be filing a formal complaint with your corporate office. Thank you.PS...Just to be clear, the time stamp on my receipt is 7:57 PM @ store # 8130.

Had a horrible experience here. We were doing an Instacart Order I needed to manually put in the member ID of the customer so we requested help from Darla. She was extremely rude and short with us and did not want to help told us to call customer service and started playing on her phone. They should train their employees on customer service.

This was our first time going to Sam's in Fort Myers and I can't tell you how helpful everyone was. From getting our new membership, to purchasing a large item, to learning the scan in go. I can't thank Iris, Sid, Ken and all the others that helped us. You all went above and beyond and made us feel important. You have a great team working in Fort Myers and we will be shopping here more often

This Sam’s Club location is pretty poor. It appears they are going through renovations at the moment and selections are probably 50% of other locations. We had to leave and go to another location because the selections were so poor. The refrigerated section was virtually nonexistent items were all over the place. We Will be back when you’re finished renovations

They keep re-arranging the isles every few weeks, most of the freezers are empty today, the quality of produce has worsened, and the products that sell the most get discontinued. Switching to Costco!

Once you're in the store, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Oftentimes quite crowded, I find it best to go early on a weekday morning to avoid the crowds and those people who have yet to learn how to drive an oversized shopping cart. This store usually has an enormous selection of snack foods and such.

This place, apart from being disgusting, they don't let you enter the bathroom before 10 am, having the membership just because you don't have the plus... when here they sell the same thing for everyone, regardless of the membership you have, a great stupidity and also in the door two rude ladies.

This is the second time this is happened to me. I went to buy pizza two hours before they closed, and they were out. She told me to come at 4PM. I think that is horrible customer service since they do not close until 8PM.

I absolutely had the worst experience with tire and auto yesterday and I can't believe this even happened.. I will be writing sam's club with more details about what happened, all that was damaged on my car, and how I was treated after by the "supervisor" when I called. Be careful if you take your vehicle to sam's club because they have no idea what they are doing!! The more I look into my car the more and more I'm finding wrong with it. I don't know what damage was done. But I will not let this go. Who puts tire weights on the outside of the rim??!!!! A chrome rim!!!! A very careless person that has NO idea what they are doing!!!

They have pretty much everything I need, close to home, however, can the workers by the register please not interrupt me while I’m scanning my groceries and paying. It’s distracting, abd quite frankly rude. Clearly it seems they will get reprimanded if they don’t talk to us, but if you notice someone like me who quickly walks to register, begins scanning, quickly begins to pay with their card, please leave us alone. I work with people all week and all day, I do not want to talk about upgrades and what not while I’m shopping.

Arrived with one hour before cafe closed asking for two cheese pies. From what I understand, these pies are pre-made and there was no one else on the line. You pull them from the freezer and put them in their oven-take only 10 minutes or so. She also lacked customer service skills and made my husband and I appear crazy for even asking. Mind you the cafe was still open for one additional hour and these two pies were to-go orders. Why I gave the store a 3 star was because though my only purpose was to buy the pizzas and not shop, would not of been fair because I could not rate the store itself.

They need to hire more help to bring the carts in from the parking lot. When I walked in to Sam's Club and asked the gentleman standing by where the carts should go " Hi 👋🏼 where do I get one of the bigger carts.?" He looked up and pointed to the parking lot and said 👉🏼"out there" .So after going row to row looking for a place to park, I gather my things my grocery list and head into the store only to just find out that I have to go back out to the parking lot and walk row to row looking for said "Big Cart". Now I'm from South West Florida and it is extremely hot and humid out at anytime pass 6:45 A.M. I'm talking about 98° degrees outside and feels like 107°. There's no way that I could see an elderly person doing that or a mother/father that has children with them.

A worker tried to help me save $15, if I scan and go. Well things didn't go well. I didn't get the saving. Lost my cash awards from canceling my Sam's app. I Never used it and my daughter had never used it. So beware , it did sound like a Great idea but not so sure now.

I have been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years and recently, the delivery process has been a train wreck! I'm not sure what happened to Sam's Club customer service but its just terrible. The last two delivery orders I placed, were "cancelled" for no reason. You have to speak with customer service in China for help because the stores do not handle this service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere!

There was this young man they call Jr that helped me today with my cart. His customer service is remarkable. His appearance is outstanding. I have never had such impeccable service before. I'm sure his parents are proud. Thank you again Jr I will only be coming to this establishment from now on.

I bought a brand new battery for my truck. It broke down while I was driving. Had to get the truck to Sam's Club again. Waited about 2hrs for guaranty. Guy at garage was very nice (thank you), but the Sam's Club service at all is not good. On top the customer service tried to charge me a core change fee and tax.When I complained, they took off the core fee and but charged me the state tax. I'm not very happy. 🙁Nobody tried to make me happy again. 👎

Went to the store for the first time today. Was screamed at and called names by an employee there for accidentally wandering into the curbside pickup area near the entrance. There was no sign saying "employees only" and I left immediately after realizing it was not an area to be in. But was still yelled at and called names by a store employee for several minutes after leaving that area. I just wanted a cart. A simple "Hello, excuse me but this area is for employees only. Can I help you find something? Oh a cart, they are right over here."Would have been perfect (and much more appropriate then being called names.)

Just go to Costco - this Sam’s is horrible! We went today and purchased all of our items (about $300 in our cart) and then went to get two hotdog combos. We ordered two, paid and then went to get our drinks. The extremely rude lady working at the counter hands we the two hot dog and loudly said “you only paid for one combo”. I was confused as we just paid for two combos and she gave us two soda cups. She then loudly said “I only charged you for one and you owe me for two.” Then, she hands me the hot dogs and walks away. I pull more money out, set it on the counter, and walk away. As we are leaving the store she SCREAMS “ma’am you need to pay for you hot dog!!” I explained money was on the counter and I have now paid for three combos when I only got two.” This lady should under NO circumstances be working anywhere- especially in food service. Clearly she just took my cash and put it in her pocket. She working on 2/28 at 12:15pm. Seriously, I just spent $300 on purchases - I’m not trying to steal a $1 hot dog. Wow!

This is not my choice of clubs, I personally prefer the Cape Coral location, but there’s a young man how collects carts, I believe his name is Junior or Jr., something like that. This young man is always very helpful & he’s very well mannered. I’ve had the opportunity to have him assist me on several different occasions, and always with a smile. This latest time I was in a hurry and had 4 cases of water, I was struggling with loading my car, Jr came running over out of nowhere to offer me help. There was an older gentleman also collecting carts who just looks and me and kept pushing carts. Some of the people at location aren’t the friendly, but this young man have been raised very well. Sam’s needs more workers like him!!!!

This is absolutely the most terrible tire center that I have ever been in.Very poorly run. I tried calling a complaint telephone line, because I don’t have time to type this out, but you don’t have a personal line to call in a complaint.Why do I have to drive to the pine island Sam’s Club to get the four tires I just put on my wife’s car. It 20 miles out of my way.I will go to Costco’s from now on for tires.
