The College Blvd Dollar (1.25) Tree is pretty well organized and they have more nice crafts supplies than last time I visited. You know how some stores have cartons that have not been shelved, this store is much better about opening and shelving. That said, what I was looking for was almost entirely missing (I found a single one in a shelf), but I'll try again maybe next week.

I must say that ex manager Sheryl will be missed by all the neighbors. That said, my first experience with Isaiah or similar name, was the worst treatment l have ever received in any store, he has a horrible attitude and gesturing that l found perturbing and insulting.On my last visit l forgot one of my bags with 6 items in it, l went in today to enquire, the lady at the register remember the incident and looked for the bag, but she couldn’t find it outside so she called for this new guy to check the office, he took a look and came back to tell me that he couldn’t do anything because he wasn’t present on that day. I asked for the manager and he said “l am the new manager, it is up to me” told me to come back and talk to the person who was there. He added that he didn’t know if l had actually bought the items, l explained that l wouldn’t come under false pretenses to the Dollar store and make something up and he said “wouldn’t you???”With his hands on his hip and a smirk on his face. I felt so embarrassed, l repurchased all the items and left. Cypress Lakes is a very nice neighborhood in Fort Myers where all people treat each other with respect and good manners, clearly this young man is too impressed with himself to fit in our environment. How sad that seniors as myself have to be subjected to this kind of demeanor. I will tell my whole community about this and find myself a new dollar store.

It was not a bad visit, they also have a good amount of Christmas decorations for anyone who is low on there budget this year. Good amount of things and not too bad of quality as some people may think, just because it is all a dollar. Very clean compared to a few of the stores that I've visited.

The store was disgusting. All shelves we're empty. Unopened boxes in every aisle. Always that way. The male cashier was friendly but the manager was a grouch. Talked down to me when I asked a question. Only go there cuz it's close. Love the store next to Target on 41 much better.

Great deals. Especially on Hallmark cards 50 cents each as opposed to $3 to $5 in a regular store!Some stores have cold stuff in there.

This place has the rudest employees I have ever came across and Cheryl and april the managers of the store treat there employees so terrible I went into the store one day and over heard them treating there employees like slaves and talk to them like they are not people I don’t think people like that should be in customer service at all dollar tree needs to work on having more respect for there customers and employees

This Dollar Tree location is the best in Lee County. Very neat and well organized. The cashiers are well trained and helpful. The manager is very intune to everything that is going on.

Sign says masks are REQUIRED people walking all around with none when I asked the girl at the register she said she didn't know why. Makes sense close your store for 5 bucks if someone gets sick

Store is a mess. Not only is product laying everywhere, but so are tape guns, pegs, boxes and crates.1 register was open for the majority of the time that I was in the store, up until the last 20 minutes, when the manager decided to open another. Which is when customers were subjected to her complaints about the state of the back room and how she just took over the store 2 weeks ago.You mean you've had the store for 2 weeks and you haven't gotten the back room cleaned up? Definitely prior management's fault and not hers. 🙄

Where do you all find the sweetest employees?? I’ve never had a problem going in last minute before closing and still receiving service with patient and kind people. Im happy this place is close to home!

Great prices - EVERY ITEM is only $1.00!!! And the variety is nearly endless. Pet stuff, cleaning/laundry and personal care items, can goods, frozen items, candy, gifts, and cards just to mention a few!!

Chi chi rocks! Such a nice person to deal with. Most faces there are soo unfriendly and just rude but today I dealt with chi chi and he was a smiling face and a breath of fresh air! 👍🏻
