Customer service in the morning, manager is very rude, there are several of us with the same thought. They don't care about the customer, they leave us waiting for a long time, this store is very poorly managed, the bakery is very bad, it has been the same tasteless flavor for many years, the manager of this store is racist. The people who work at this winn dixie are very bad.

This place Is awful, selling expired food? My mom went grocery shopping here and when she arrive home I put the groceries away and found out that the bagels have been expired since the beginning of October. Unbelievable... stop selling expired food.

Pretty good neighborhood store. Usually shorthanded on the register. I avoid during busy times. Store is clean. Produce fresh. Watch for sales to get deals.

Maggie is the rudest person in that store. She over talks you and refuses to listen. I’ve seen her be rude to others and she needs to be TRAINED on proper customer service. Why work in retail if you can’t handle the stress that comes with the job.

The one on Cleary is very nice, always neat, clean, and with good offers... But the one in Davie on Broadway Blvd was not nice at all... From the moment you walk in there is a very unpleasant fried fish smell and they had a lot of empty spaces of merchandise that needed to be restocked. I couldn't find half of the things I wanted to buy.

My experience here was quite forgetful. The store was dirty, prices were not the least bit competitive, the service was even worse. I've been 3rd world countries with better groceries than here. Avoid at all cost

I shop at this Win-Dixie all the time. I’m very happy with the prices and the selection of items. I wish they had more than just 2 cashiers open, as there’s Always a long line.Also, they desperately need to pay attention to the deli section. Most of the times I see flies flying around, and the attendants working there aren’t very nice. I would buy lots more from them if there was a nicer person behind the counter. Most of the times they don’t even answer my questions or know the cheeses/ meats they have to offer 👎🏼

Clean, miss managed. Products and service are different every time you go. Feels under staffed. I shop here regularly for the convenience. I get what I need. They do have good weekend steak deals and the last t bone steaks were great and at $5 a pound , great deal

Dear Winn Dixie -RE Your store on West Davie Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale.....When one approaches the front of this store, here's what you find for many months now. The sliding doors which say ENTER are disabled. Twenty feet away the EXIT doors, which say DO NOT ENTER on the outside, are the doors you must use to actually enter. You would think any intelligent and competent store manager would put a sign on the original ENTER doors to read "Please Use Other Doors," with an arrow. I mentioned this to an employee in the front and asked if she'd heard this before. She replied, all the time and we mentioned it to mgt a few times but they didn't do anything. I just shook my head. As I left an elderly woman stood in front of the original enter doors bewildered until I told her she had to use the other one. Tell me this doesn't leave a sour taste with your clients. Sheeesh!!

For calling themselves the beef people .. the butcher depth was absolutely horrible.. meats were turning brown in the case .. very slim choices and what was there was old and nasty looking . Manages and supervisors need to re evaluate their butcher dept.. beef people. Ha

It's my local Winn Dixie. Older store. May not have the most selections or varieties as some of the newly remodeled stores in Ft Laud., but the deli folk are friendly and the employees helpful. Great for quick in-&-out or meat specials. I like it. A lot of bogo deals. Not a lot of variety lately. Hope that changes.

Very unorganized,store!Very disappointed..shelves was not even full..which did not have a larg selection of groceries.Prices extremely high..comprar to some other groceries store.Checked line was very slow..with out so many customers.the line.Just did not move smoothly..Overall experience..will not go again 2 this location..if i dont have 2.(win dixie was allways one of my favorite store.Now i am not so sure any more).😒

Big fan of this storeI was able to find everything I needed and the sale prices were great. Don't forget to get your coupons at the uber cool kiosk at the front area of the store. You just put your ph # in or member ID # . Watch the screen as it shows your coupon sheet being printed 😎

Pros.. customer service is always good. Great attitudes,always willing to help.My favorite is..if my card doesn't work/ I don't have enough in my acct.. or I'm short a few cents & I take a min.longer, they don't embarrass me/ say loudly,"You don't have enough".Always parking, & always near entrance. And,slanted space,very spacious, w/ no cement block b.s. Most businesses don't have that.Better BOGOS than any other store. But, lately, not items I'm interested in. I don't need a bogo on entemenns deserts. I have a house of 2,& we don't over enduldge. Those are over priced everywhere. Nobody is buying them,so you have to make them a bogo the following week.How about,forget the bogo, drop the price by $2??Cause now,you gotta give a box for free. And, now that the scandalous company, doesn't show what's in the box physically anymore, it's not as tempting.Store isn't small, but not big enough, not enough selection. The houses in this neighborhood, were worth 350,000 average,now they're worth 500,000 average. So brands should be better quality. And match the house prices.. Barely any renters here..don't need a huge produce area. Maybe use part of it,& make another isle.Before the virus,not enough cashiers, even less now. There's always a," Now Hiring", sign. So they try.. try paying more,or offering a bonus. It's a big chain, I'm sure They can afford it.It's always too cold. Especially in register Isles.Safety... when it gets dark..I don't feel safe.Its not the neighborhood, it's the store.I do love that they always have a guard by the door. Can't remember if they're armed. They're there,even in day.Better pet food selection, & brands. Especially cat.Too much seafood for cats, is unhealthy, that's why there's so much left over. More poultry. Cats don't care for beef or turkey much. More liver. Blue Buffalo is only 1 premium brand,there are more. And,you only have 1-2 flavors in that.How about purina one for urinary tract infections?Our closest pet stores are 12 mins. away from here..I've lived elsewhere and they are never further than 5 mins. So we need our grocery stores to have more of a selection and premium.And this was a problem before the pandemic, so we cannot use supply shortage as an excuse.

A fall from grace is the best way to describe this company. Spoiled produce, way too many insects and trash meats. I remember shopping here as a kid and being happy to be there but now it's like I'm only here because it's close. Please do better.

I did my shopping, only got 7 items. There was only 3 lines open with everyone having full carts. I went to the courtesy counter and the employee MAGGIE was not so courteous, actually very rude,complaining that counter wasn't for groceries, took my grapes, threw them aside and said no scale. I shop here 3-4 times a week.... but I'll never come to this store again, not a very good shopping experience today

This isn't my regular Winn-Dixie but it's on my way home.at times.Its in a shopping plaza that fronts Davie Boulevard and has numerous other shops. Parking is truly ample and wide open. When I went there I was truly impressed by the Customer Service staff and how gracious they were.Everyone was friendly and polite.

I shop here at least once a week. You can't beat their buy one get one free. Also there are items are price cheaper than any of the other grocery stores in the area. The bakery and seafood staff move very slow so good luck trying to make a quick trip in those Departments. You never seem to have enough cashiers open and the customer service line is always very long. Other than that it's nice to mingle with some of the stuff that has been there for a long time.
