FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE... I had a technical problem and called them. My call was answered on the FIRST ring... not by an operator... or, someone who was going to triage my call... but by an actual person who had the knowledge and ability to help me out... then and there. No recorded voice telling my how important my call was... or a complicated phone tree with vague questions that I'm not exactly sure how to answer to get what I need... just someone who could help me. The order process was simple and easy as well... This is a FABULOUS company to work with.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in 30 + years of business. I read some bad reviews and thought it wouldn't happen to me but it did and you name it they did it. There is not enough space to write EVERY thing they did wrong as that list is very long but suffice to say the customer service is abhorrent and they will RIP YOU OFF and do everything in their power to make sure you have an unpleasant difficult experience so do not have anything to do with them.After posting this review the CEO did contact me to address the issues and make amends so hopefully improvements will be made and experienced by all going forward.

They continued to charge my card after successfully cancelling my account. No reply to emails. I had to cancel my bank card and dispute the transaction with my bank to recover my funds. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!
