Went to the store to purchase a new grill. I went directly to the customer service desk, where I met a gentleman named Richie who quickly rang up the grill and then proceeded to walk me out front to unlock it and help me load it in my truck. He was respectful, helpful and just an absolute joy to work with. Thank you, Richie, I think you just made this my Home Depot of choice

Never in my life have I dealt with such rude and inept employees, consecutively. All I needed was a couple sq ft of flooring; when I ask a floor employee for assistance I get unnecessarily reprimanded to walk back to the flooring. After asking for the bare minimum help for 35 minutes someone finally tells me there is no flooring employee available ? Please do better maybe and hire staff with basic respect and manners

Who likes to go to Home Depot? I always like to go to Home Depot, seeing what's available for some house/yard/garden projects. This Home Depot especially always looks well organized and has friendly staff to help.One thing I would suggest is to have the management to stop moving things around. When visiting Home Depot, we do not always have the time to wander and browse around. We want to come and get the products and then leave after paying.One improvement they already did, that I assure all customers like, is the new self check out line, where many self check out registers available at all times. This speeds up the check out process.The width of the aisles are good for people with the carts passing by, it's easier for people who wander around going through the aisle.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff member assisting me seemed inattentive and rushed, which led to errors in my order. Despite having paid for an item, it was initially overlooked until I brought it to their attention. Although we eventually located the missing item together, the overall service was lacking in organization and attention to detail. As a result, I have decided not to patronize this location in the future.

This store is so mismanaged. No workers and everything is locked up because the animals stealing merchandise including the employees. Local officials and HD management needs to do something about this. Whoever manages this place needs to be replaced. HD should learn from Publix on how to manage a store

I appreciate the help from one of the workers there, I asked this worker for help because my back was sore from the back injection I had, he was so nice and helpful He loaded everything I needed for my front yard flower garden and put it inside my vehicle, I was so happy 😊. It's good to have employees who like their job

Went to this location because online it said they had a material I needed. It showed 65 mdf boards at 8 feet and when I came here, they didn’t have one. Only 16 feet boards… it also took 25 mins to get someone to help us in the isle. Kept having to ask an employee for them to just say they will call someone over. Ended up having to leave and head to another Home Depot 20mins away

Went to rent a rug cleaner that did not work, literally did nothing, didn’t remove a single stain, but I wasn’t even complaining about that, I came to return it accepting the loss, only to learn there was an additional charge not mentioned at initial checkout. First payment was a deposit which I now understand, but that should be made clear that there will be an additional charge at drop-off. Also I only use Apple Pay which they don’t accept so that added another level of complication, and I had a coupon for the RugDoctor which they could not/would not honor although I literally came here by clicking on the “participating locations” directly from the coupon itself only for them to say they don’t accept it. Staff wasn’t rude or anything, but it was just an overall waste of time and money that left me unsatisfied and did absolutely nothing to fix the issue I initially came in for.

Over the last week I’ve been at this store multiple times as I’m working on an outdoor project for my home. Needed wood cut 3/4 trips that I’ve made there. Waited over 30 minutes twice for someone to come cut it after asking numerous associates to find someone to do so. Staff is more interested in gossiping than actually helping customers.

When you have an installation of hot water heater , remember to get an itemized list from the store and have your hot water delivered .Find out who will install the item For how much .?..I had to spend a lot to get it done., for not getting an itemized list of the installation ahead of time...if you need a permit call your city permit department and ask ed them what the procedures for inspection are.I did not realize that two inspections were needed when i added a separate electric switch for turning off the hot water heater...That meant two inspections and a lot of idol time waiting for the city inspector s to come to my home .Have your hot water heater delivered and get your own installer .

Omg no, it can not be true that this place is like going into a shop where the service is only on par with a state run agency. Second because management can't seem to get their act together they have a lot of grab and run...Mmm maybe if the employees were not busy in social coffee clutches and acknowledge guest it would help prevent those and if it's gotten so bad u have to lock everything down. Well that sucks for the consumer and your bottom line cause remember your employees are too busy chit chatting or taking high value purchases to the register cause no customer can be trusted that there is no one to unlock the cages for another paying customer nope and I am not about to wait cause they ain't coming. Then, mind you, this store has instituted an anti theft strategy and locked everything down, but yet what wait no really. Only self check out .. is this a test to see how high management can be and still make decisions. Oh and even though they don't tell you self check does not take cash so after you ring yourself out and bag your stuff oh no no taking cash are you kidding me cash is king and no sigh what I need to gather all my items and go see one of two cashiers that look about as stressed out as a antelope at a lion convention. So wait in line e you time is not important. I have been going here for 4 years, and every year, it gets worse if that is even possible. They have a mamagme t problem and an employee training problem no one believes in the Home Depot way at this store, they used to be excited to help and find out what you were building or fixing now it more like they need to be the smartest person in the store without addressing your question. It's said in particular I like raking my old roommate that own so much stock I have told him they are hurting your dividen I ain't spending my money there, so he said based on what he experience he will be addressing it with their corporate office. Ok, let me hold my breath. Haha, sorry they might get a call and told you have been a bad manager. ok, now back to what you were doing. Maybe they will now just leave the doors open after closing since they have a theft problem that they need to lock everything up close the garden enterence (people could run out that way) but let's do self check out I am LMAO it makes no sense. It's nuts and lately even though there are laws that state retailers are required to provide notice to consumer that u are purchasing a return item here they don't check the item to ensure all parts are in the box never-ending if it's operational then they seal up the box and throw it right back on the self...if u suspect it's a return gab and other or go somewhere else unless of course u like traveling home then back then home then back again, oh and don't mind the feel you get while returning a return you know the feel like somehow your pulling a fast one on Home Depot. I think that sums up my neighborhood Home Depot. It's painful expensive you feel like a crook at every turn and it they have the asile block which is normally case don't you dare try to get down the aisle even if it's not completely blocked off cause your an idiot and why can't u push your 35 inch wide shopping cart down a 27 inch asile come on now get with the program. Ummm, that's almost 10 inches to small remind me not to have that person cut anything for me.

I come to this store once or twice a week and these are the same broken light fixtures the last 3 visits.(see pictures) WTH Home Depot? We have to go through each and evey purchase to make sure all the parts are there or that the fixture is not broken. Do better.

This Home Depot Store rocks...customer service is A+ , associates smiling and very courteous and friendly. Store clean and organized...busy but I was able to go in and out in minutes I asked for information about the products of my interest they direct me to it...overall it was a great experience shopping at this location. I love it!!!

Five minutes away from me, but I’ll never go back. Parking and the drivers are horrendous, found only one of the five things I needed, waited a half hour for help that never came, and somebody tried to cut in line in front of me. Definitely has changed since lockdown.

Came at 650pm doors were closed because of a party . Definitely not the brightest idea to be doing these are contractors busiest season . Organize your staff to have parties off the clock hours . Called Lowe’s asked them if they had parties going on and they said we don’t party on company time come on in !!!

The new self-checkout dumpster fire situation is horrendous. Not sure what high school dropout thought that up, but he/she needs to be fired. Long line just to get out of the place. Registers not working. Some lady keeps asking about paying with cash (I guess THAT register works). It's just a mess. I'll be going to Lowes from now on...

RAKAILAH in the tools rental department has the worst customer service, she treated me and spoke to me pretty bad when returning the equipment. She is not adequate for this job. Also, Home Depot can get more employees to help on this department.

Im a contractor and I can't stand going in here....it's close to where I live, that's the only reason. This place is a train wreck. Noone knows where anything is, nor do they care. Now it's almost all self check out, and have employees screaming out the number of the self checkout kiosk. Forget about online ordering, they are way too disorganized to handle that.I'm praying a Lowe's is built near here 🙏

This place is absolutely disgusting!! They're scammers! Their is some weird shady things going on. I would BOYCOTT ALL HOME DEPOT'S. The word is getting all over the world. What Home Depot did to an innocent customer trying to return a Christmas tree that she has proof of her husband buying is very wrong! I hope they take legal action and Home Depot needs shut down for this!!! BOYCOTT HOME DEPOT!!!

I went to get synthetic grass, and they told me there was no one who could help me with that because they cut the employees over time, so many employees are no longer available. The service is terrible.Lowes is way better. Better service and way more variety.

On 11 / 29 / 2023 at about 1 or 2 pm A Jamaican lady with short hair from the plumbing department was super rude to me and told me to go Fu…k off because at the register they call for plumbing assistance for an unmarked item. She took a while so I went and change the item for a marked one. When she saw me she asked me to give her the unmarked item, I told her I placed it back with the others on the PVC fittings isle. She replied to me saying “no you can’t do that you have to give it to me “ so I said I didn’t know that so she said with an attitude “go fu…k yourself “ I’ve never been so disrespected at any store in such a way. O hope not to see her again working there

This is really a great way to bring community back together and making your experience for for your project needs.I was able to rebuild my bed frame to hold my mattress. The absolute worst of the worst customer service in person and especially on the phone. I've lived here 10yrs and can't believe it's taken me this long to review but here's two recent examples of my why I feel this way.Example #1: Today I purchased the Husky 46in Adjustable Height Work Table at $198. After getting it home, I realized it was labeled wrong and it's the 52in and doesn't fit in my shop. I spent over 2hrs on the phone with customer service on hold, hung up on, waiting on associates to "check and measure the other floor models", being passed around from person to person, and eventually lied to over the phone by an associate who told me, "he went and measured the 4 in stock, all of which were exactly 52in and labeled correctly." Funny because I was just there before making the call and I have pictures to prove him a liar.Example #2: I dropped off my interior decorator at this store to purchase what he needed to remodel several rooms in my house knowing this would be a very large expense. When I went to pick him up along with the supplies, 4 associates were at the register, 1 of which was removing things from his carts. When I asked what was going on, I was told by the sales associate that the prices were marked wrong and we couldn't buy the products. I would have paid full price but she didn't give me that option. I've never felt more discriminated against in my life! My interior decorator is openly Jewish, white American, and gay. The 3 African American woman ringing him up and White women removing items from the cart were clearly discussed and making a scene in front of other customers and associates as if my interior decorator was a criminal. I spent over $3,000 that day after they removed stuff from his cart and we left with zero help loading my truck. I'm not attaching photos to this since it's such a sensitive subject but I have them if anyone wants evidence

This is literally the place to go! I went to buy plants and had the pleasure to be greeted by someone knowledgeable of the plants and how to take care of them. He gave us the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have gone to multiple homedepot to buy plants and unfortunately I have left because the representatives know nothing or don’t even care you are there. TREVIS at Wilton Manors Home Depot IS GENUINE, CARING AND HAS THE BEST ATTITUDE! Cudos to homedepot for having such a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!
