This is a nice cozy I will call it Publix Supermarket it is not the normal big stores most people are used to shopping in it is more a local small neighborhood Publix grocery store it can get a little bit crowded the Isles are small in between the bakery and the deli sometimes hard to get through have to wait for people to move out of the way with their carts just don't come in if you're in a rush but the employees are always so pleasant and helpful.

Honestly, it's an ok Publix. The biggest gripe I have about it is the very limited parking at this location. It's awkwardly set up so it feels like they could have more space for cars, but it is what it is. The inside is nice and always clean. In the years I've lived here, I can't remember a time where I felt like they didn't have enough cashiers, so that's honesty pretty nice. Besides the parking, the only other reason for not giving this a better review score is that it also has kind of a wonky layout and things aren't always where you expect them to be. Not an issue in other locations due to their size, but since this is a smaller store, a lot of the items were grouped together and not clearly indicated on the signage.

This Publix is by far the worst Publix I ever shopped at in fort Lauderdale . I never went to a been to a Publix that customer service is so bad no friendly greeting no one asking did u find everything you need. Sorry but the manager need to train the employees with better customers service and the store was a little unorganized

Does Publix means a lot.90 percent of the employees on food, and look at the customer as if, they don't even want to help. Management is doing a horrible job.Customer service looks like a vacation spot. All employees they sitting down, and do not even greet the customer with a smile. It is somewhat intimidating..This Publix supermarket, is giving the rest of the company stores a bad name and reputation in this neighborhood.

I just wanted to shine some light on one exceptional employee name Shardae, who works in the bakery. Very accommodating, extremely nice, great customer service. She actually came from around the glass to assist me. I've lived in this area for about 5years and always got cake from this same location every year. this year Shardae made my experience extraordinary I had to leave a review. Thank you Shardae and Publix!

Had a racist experience with the pharmacist manager Bill. He accused me of stealing vitamins in front of many customers. And they looked at the camera and see that I didn't. In fact, stole, they wanted to give me a $10 gift card. To get something to eat After first hand embarrassment

Quite possibly, THE WORST Publix I've ever been to. Sucks cause it's half a mile from my house. The staff is very pleasant. The store is clean. No complaints there. But the store itself, and selection of items, is seriously lacking...especially for a Publix.Don't even get me started on the parking situation. I usually end up parking in a fire lane at the very end of the building bc they don't have enough spots to accomodate the people traffic in their store.If I'm not in a rush, I take the time and goto the 17th street location, which is light years better.

The young lady at the deli was a very rude even though all the customers were telling the Spanish manager that you know she was being disrespectful she did not care she overlooked it so I will not be returning to this public's Publix is known for their customer service and for me to experience that it was not right at all and the manager the Spanish manager just swept it under the rug like it was salt.

I live in Riverview, FL, and visited my family in Fort Lauderdale. I went into Publix to get a few things, including Belaire. They lock up their Belaire Champaign. I asked an employee for assistance. She instructed me I would have to go to customer service. That's too much work for me for a $30 bottle of Champaign. I just went someplace else. Good luck.

The parking lot should have never gotten a permit.No room for trucks. Hard to find a spot. Hard to leave. Cramped in. I'm always afraid I will get in an accident,in that lot. I don't feel safe after 6p. Managers always nice. Especially,night shift woman. Prices super high.Even before Jan. 21st 2021. It's way to small. Not enough selection.They need more workers serving deli, & subs. Fried chicken takes too long,and sells out around dinner time.

This is the worst Publix I've ever been to. If you pre-order a sub, they keep it behind the counter so you have to wait in the ALWAYS LONG deli line to retrieve it, making ordering ahead pointless. "People steal the online orders" is the reason they gave me. Apparently, people fed up with waiting forever at the deli just steal other peoples orders. The manager had to step in when there were 3 people looking for their online orders, so they are aware. Hopefully they can get it fixed.They also have a small beer cooler with limited selection that always has many brands out of stock.

They are way overpriced, the BOGO sales are overpriced, and you can get almost everything cheaper elsewhere. The sodas are 1 to 2 dollars higher from them than everyone else. Basically everything is 20% to 30 % higher than everyone. The store brand is almost the same as the name brand . Only go to buy one or 2 things . Hot dogs almost $7 at Walmart about $4 .
