Miguel was super helpful in communicating exactly what was going to be done to my car and asked for permission before he gave the green light for any extra maintenance that was found to be needed upon inspection. He was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process for my car today. Rob was very efficient with the check-out process. This is my third oil change with this specific location, and I continue to return because of the quality workers like mentioned above!

I made three appointments to have my tire repaired. Each time I was told that they could not guarantee that the car would be ready by the end of business. So I rescheduled again for the morning and was told that they would definitely have the car ready by the end of the day. After waiting a long time just to speak to somebody, I was told that they could not guarantee the car would be ready by the end of the day. I explained this is my third time trying to bring the car in and the guy that was there said maybe you didn’t come to the right place and basically kicked me out of the store. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had! Go to Tire Kingdom. I did, and they treated me professionally.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I took my Ford F150 for a set of 4 brand new tires. I dropped it off at 1:30pm to be installed and was assured it would be done by closing at 7pm. At 6:30 they called and said my lug nuts were swollen and they were unable to remove them as it could cause damage to the studs. I picked up the truck and the next day the manager calls and says he has a guy that specializes in removal of swollen lug nuts and to come by after work at 3pm and they would have it done by closing. Again at 6:30 I get a call and the manager says you need to come in we have an issue. He hands me a lug nut and says all the of them are cross threaded that who ever handled it before them damaged the studs. Oh and we can't get this one back on so they we're not going to charge me. All of the lugnuts were shredded from them the torque gun they were using. HORRIBLE SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TIRE KINGDOM ON DAVIE ROAD EXTENSION. ASK FOR BOSCOE, THEY HAVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I went on Sunday morning, they were not busy at all. I needed two tires that I pre-ordered online and set the 8 am appointment. I was out by 10, with everything buckled up. I paid when the job was done, and it was exactly the amount I was quoted online- not a penny more, which sadly is very unexpected these days.Sunday is the big secret at Pep Boys!

This morning I received a text message that at 11 am I have an appointment for a tyre change. At 1 PM the car was still sitting outside, they didn’t even touch it. At 2.20 PM the car was handed over. Why was I told to come at 11 AM with an appointment when they didn’t do anything to my car until 1.30 PM?

Decent service, professional service advisors and long wait times.I scheduled an appointment days in advance to install a new set of tires, and it took 3 hours for the task to be completed. I chose this location because it seemed like the most convenient choice for a relatively simple job. Going forward I'm more likely to go with a smaller/ mom and pop shop where the tires can be done in less than an hour.

Should be zero stars. Do not go here or any other PepBoys. Their tires are really bad. After only having for 6 months they were losing tread and they weren’t cheap tires either. On top of that they broke my lug nut in half when replacing the tire because they forced it. They didn’t offer anything for breaking it. They said I had to decide if they wanted me to take out the rest and damage my rim. Unprofessional. Called and emailed PepBoys corporate multiple times. They have not contacted me once. Don’t do business with them they don’t care about their customers.

Do wait for ur vehicle, I repeat do not wait. Even with an appointment. Booked 72 hours out to get an 8 am appointment, falsely believing they wouldn’t be running behind at that hour. Took 3 hours and 45 minutes for 4 new tires. NASCAR crew would be baffled how it could take almost one hour per tire.

Tl;drThey broke my windshield and it still hasn’t been replaced a month laterFull story: I recently serviced my vehicle at this location, I got an oil change and windshield wipers changed.I came later in the day, picked up my vehicle and found a large crack on my windshield underneath the wipers, after showing them my dash cam footage they confirmed the damages and gave me a claim number so that they can replace windshield.No one ever contacted me, I went to the store multiple times and they advised I had to call the customer service number for an adjuster to inspect and fix the damages, which I had already tried multiple times I can’t get through to anyone and the issue remains on going for now almost a month.It’s a hazard they seem not to care about the negligence their store caused. It’s sad that I have to post a review to get their attention!Please change my windshield.

Tried to make me buy a whole new tire because my "inner walls were torn". The front desk salesman didn't even try to check my flat tire before assessing that I needed to completely replace it for $250 on an "economic" tire. After I left Pep Boys, I went to another tire shop down the block. Surprisingly, there was no tear in the tire and I only had to get it plugged. Do not shop here.

TJ was kind and willing to help over the phone for my issue in a prompt way. We figured out everything I needed and they found a way to get my vehicle in to be worked on. Service included 4 new tires and an alignment. Price was extremely reasonable considering the short notice and services required. Not had any problems since. Wish I knew the repair techs names to thank them as well considering they got it done faster than I could have. Second time using this pepboys for tires and they've always been outstanding to me. Appreciate you guys.

The put the wrong tires on my car twice. I hate Pep Boys. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place sucks to high hell. Charged over $600 for two tires. Then they turned around and put the wrong size. When back because of one tire having a defect then they replaced that tire with the wrong size as well. The first tires they put on the car was wrong. Was told it was a error and I would have to pay for the correct size to be installed. Wait, what?? When elsewhere and just paid to have 4 new tires put on our car. Stay away from Pep Boys if you can.

I came into have my brakes looked at because they are starting to make a noise. Was told it’d be about an hour before someone could look. Okay, fine no biggie. 3 hours later I get a call and was informed I needed all four rotors/brakes, air filter and whatever else goes with the air filter(I’m not a car girl so I forget the name) also new tires because they are “bald”. Once he said that I knew not to trust them. They changed all 4 tires 3 months ago and I hardly drive. When I informed him of this he said “uggh well we can forget about that then, I’ll have to look into that”. For giggles I asked how much the brakes/rotors would cost 1100. Which I now know is the norm. Anyways, I have a close friend is a mechanic. He came over and informed me rotors are not needed the brake change will be just fine. Now I’m also going to let you know he found 3 lug nuts missing off my rear passenger side tire. The person who looked at my car didn’t notice? Does that mean when they changed my tire 3 months ago they didn’t either put them back on or didn’t tighten them? I had a bad experience here about 5 years ago. And this just lets me know not to use pep boys and to not recommend them. And in all honesty should be reported. I feel like they definitely tired to play me because I’m a woman and definitely put not only me but my child in danger with the lug nuts.

The worse mistake to to take your car even for a simple oil change. After a basic oil change,after they did "their free diagnostic (to see how they can mess with your sensors like they did to my ca). My cars tail lights don't turn off when I turn my car off. I definitely know my car didn't have any of this issues when I took my car there. To avoid any type of issues I took it to other pep boys and they told me it was not their problem and take back to the one where I had it service. And when I I did the manager with no name tag was mad at me for calling customer service about how incompetent his shop was and offended me in front customer and was very unprofessional. There must be a serious problem with this company even after I called customer service,and explained what happened with my experience with There company,whoever I spoke with just hung up on me. Save yourself any problems and avoid any and every pep boys. Zero stars and worse, but it comes down with the company not caring about the customers.

Needed a tire repaired. The staff was friendly and fast. They did an excellent job fixing my tire and making sure my spare was placed back in its proper place. Compared to other tire shops in the area who are always looking to up sell you this was by far the best.

Front desk guy friendly and efficient. However, took my car in because the valve stem had blown on one of my tires.They quoted me thirty-two dollars to fix it, then later called me saying that all four tires needed to be replaced because they were dry rotted. I said that my car was garage kept and the tires did not have much wear on them. He then said being garage kept was part of why they were dry rotted. Probably figured I was "just a chick" and would blindly agree to that line of bs. Asked them about replacing only that tire (since they "couldn't/wouldn't" just fix the valve stem) and the cheapest tire they "had available" was nearly $300 installed. Told them to put on my spare and I would take it home. Took it to my regular tire place today and they had absolutely no problem replacing my valve stem (sensor was also bad). The guy there even noted what good condition my tires were in (I didn't tell them what Pep Boys had said). Pep Boys has lost a couple of customers for life.

Overall positive experience. Nelson N. (Technician at Stirling Rd. Hollywood, FL location) was very nice and professional. Took the time to talk to me personally regarding the alignment issues with my van. Great customer service! Rare quality to find nowadays.
