Had me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes just to ask a question. Literally had me listening to background noise from the store the whole time. Horrible customer service. Needs better employees that are willing to give the customer that 5 star experience. Take the drive and go to Key Foods or Broward Meat. They answer the phones and make their customers a priority unlike this place it's all about money. Customer service is key to running a business.

Overpriced is an understatement. The exact same products are cheaper at Publix; and everyone knows that Publix is pricey. I don't see any difference or even superiority compared to other grocery stores; actually, to the contrary, they have nothing on Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, let's say, which definitely stand apart and are top notch with there organic products - at least you get what you pay for at those exquisite stores - this "Ideal" market may as well be compared to Winn Dixie: overpriced and understaffed.And the best: they have security guard by the front door! Really? I don't think anyone would voluntarily steal or take stuff if it was free... Like Winn Dixie or those small Bodegas, it always smells in there. I actually got hit by that stinch at the door and fell backwards out of it. No no no. Never going there again.

The place is really clean and well organized. They even have a fresh products section. If you walk around I'm pretty sure you can literally find everything you need. I went there hoping to find some Venezuelan cheese (Quesso Palmita - PalmiUsa) ... Unfortunately they don't have it so I have to keep driving all the way to Miami at the Tropical market for it... Overall the personal is friendly and the store is once again I say it, very clean. I didn't got yet to see the restrooms but I will one day and if anything wrong I'll come back and update my review. So far I have a nice impression about this market. Everytime I'm going there, I leave buying something and I'm still hoping that one day they'll carry my favorite cheese... Parking situation is pretty tuff around there as there is a bunch of people coming to shop there but with a little patience you will definitely find a place to park your vechicle. Overall there is a good place for grocery shopping and I highly recommend it.

First time at this store. Advertised as organic products what was organic? No one greeted me everyone just stared. Not very welcoming. Waited 20 minutes for 1 bathroom. If you don’t speak Spanish no one likes you is all I got from this store. Bought a coconut water and left. Very unwelcoming environment

I only come here for the affordable meat and then I go to either Aldi or target for produce and other items that are better priced there.If you need candles or Florida water, they have a nice little selection of colors in a pinch and prices for them are pretty good.

Really good store, they have a cafe with coffee and the produce and meats are cheaper than Publix and Walmart.One big problem- there are people wandering around the parking lot that will try to help you for a tip. One of them came up to me and started taking bags out of my cart without asking and tried to load my car for me even though I said no. Then they stood next to my car staring at me until I left. I was with my child and felt very unsafe.

The variety of Latin American and Jamaican foods was incredible. The juices are my favorite things at the store, and they were all either a good price or on sale . We got exactly what we came to get plus more !!! I would love a store like this back home in Virginia.

I can’t believe what happen here , i go there every day today I bought breakfast , empanadas and cheese sticks and they were old and hard the cheese was discussing I suppose they didn’t sell it yesterday because of thanksgiving, and they just reheat it thisis very sad and serioues they were like a rock when you try to bite it

The place transformed from what it used to be in to very clean well stocked supermarket .Im so impressed. Fresh large variety of seafood meats and vegetables. All fresh fruits .Good selection of hot deli items .Soup rice roast pork .

I love shop here they have a lot of things. They even have food cook too.The have Dominican Salami, cheese that you can fry. They people that works here very nice and pleasant. Always ready to help you . The good thing too is that they speak Spanish/English. They are different cultures too working here so anybody feel comfortable asking some one of your own culture and proud too. Amazing, very respectful, intelligent and smart too. Any body come here anytime...I really recommend this place to shop... I always buying groceries here, I live in another town and come here to buy my food.. it worthy.

DON’T EAT IN THE HOT FOOD SECTION!!!!!Yesterday 1/4/23, I went to the hot food section and asked for a chicken Colombian empanada. I asked the lady “how long have the empanadas been sitting on heater tray because I’m pregnant and have to eat fresh items”. She lied and said, empanadas are made fresh 2 to 3 times a day. When I took a bite into the empanada it was as HARD AS A ROCK. I threw it out. I ended up with stomach pain the entire night. Don’t buy from the hot food section, they simply reheat food to sell. BAD SERVICE!

Havnt wrote review in a while , simple if you have a sign with a special for 3.99 n you run out of eggs or salami , you can easily make more , or take off the sign , don’t catch attitude with the customer about not making more , u simply take off the sign and say breakfast is over at 10:30 like McDonald’s , simple

Yes yes yes! To anyone looking to find a supermarket that has all the food items you need. Especially Spanish spices and sauces. This is the place. From NY we had food bazaar. This is the Florida version of food bazaar. Only spot in like 30 miles that had pig feet. Yum! Lol

The vegetables and meat selection at this grocery is fresh and also most of the aisle is organize. It's not easy to find any employees that can help around the grocery as they always either stocking or non-existence. Also, it seems to me the price is more expensive than most grocery stores around the area.

One of the best place to get your produces, meats, and Latin products in the Fort Lauderdale area. Prices are better than big chain supermarkets at times. Do most of my shopping list there. Plus, they sell hot ready to eat Latin food. Friendly staff.

1st off they sell spoiled food fruits veggies are bad and even some off their meats are spoiled as well so be very careful when u buy fresh food thats on sale and the worst part is if u dont have ur receipt they wont e change the item.2nd if ur not latino they do treat u as if ur not there no respect stay speaking Spanish in front off u and most of their employees cant help u cuz they only peke spanish. I dont encourage anyone to shop here for anything fresh.

Nice neighborhood grocery store with plenty of international (Hispanic) options. Customer service is warm and friendly. You don't find as many things as the big supermarket chains, but I do much of my shopping here.

Overpriced and the front end staff is rude. They're always too busy flirting with managers. The deli and seafood employers are nice and helpful. The cashiers usually look miserable.
