Literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. As I walked up to the register, there was one cashier assisting a gentleman who was doing multiple coupon transactions. She called for back up three times and no one came to assist. We waited for over 15 minutes to check out due to this poor management. it’s ridiculous that on a weekend day, they have only one cashier to begin with, but alone no one to come back up

It’s a shame that the photo department does not have the computer for the passport picture working ever I called and they said that they are able to service. It is been like that for a very long time. Why? I’m sure that the company has the means to get it fixed please can this be taken care of thank you

On October 15 2023, I came in for the 2nd time to use rewards. I am new to the app and still trying to understand how to use it, a young lady with blonde hair ( spanish I believe) was nice at first and helped me toUnderstand one aspect of how it worked. When it came to check out I had noticed I made two mistakes and had asked her before I let her scan my card if I had it right she than toldMe to just send everything to the card ( I did. Prior to that I had showed her the app to see if I had it right. Apparently I didn’t have it right and I had to cancel my transactions. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cancel, but after I told her I needed to redo everything because I’m still new to this she canceled it … which it seemed like no problem to cancel it out. ( I’ve worked customer service so I know the process of canceling or voids). I came back again and had made another slight Mis calculation, and Apologized to her as I also had limited money and had to go get more. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me( idk why when all I was doing was asking questions, and didn’t want to hold up the line behind me , guy waiting). I asked for her manager to come up she tried talking over me as I told her there was no need to roll her eyes at me when I wasn’t rude at all! She kept trying to talk over me and I said no call your manager and she finally did. When the manager came to me I broke down in tears, I was already having an off day as I was explaining to the manager the issue that just happened( i cry when I’m angry and like I said I was having a bad day). As I’m explaining to the manager the girl with the blonde hair at the front desk made a “ tsk” sound at me as to suck her teeth while I’m talking to the manager and I called it to the managers attention as soon as she did.Idk if the girl was having a bad day, or if she was just irratated with me for having such a hard time understanding or figuring things out but the way she reacted to me I did not deserve. I see this cvs has a lot of poor reviews and I personally love cvs! ( just first time I tried their coupon app). I have nothing against the girl who gave me attitude just advice and want to say maybe try a little more patience and understanding. I feel maybe the team here just needs more training on how to deal with people. I do have a positive review about the manager that i will post next .

Upon coming back to cvs I spoke to ,I believe she said her name was “ Geli” or something like that it started with a G or J. She was the manager on October 15,2023 between the hours of 8am and 10 am.She was the absolute best. Extremely professional, patient , listened and kind. She showed what true customer service was and apologized to me ( even though she didn’t have to) which in turn made me apologize back( just wanted her to understand that I was hurt by the previous retailer). She than proceeded to show me how to use the app in a way that I didn’t even know!!!! I didn’t know you could scan items in the store with the app for discounts! Big help! She is def the model of what customer service should be! And I appreciate her so much! Def deserves a raise, or award or something! She was able to recover my experience at this cvs and made my day that we going bad ( before the incident with the other rep) so much better! Thank you again hun so much for your kindness!!

The manager, Carlos is incompetent manager. They do not read the prescription and give wrong medicine. This pharmacy manager should not work there. It is a patient safety and high-risk to the patient. They also are horrible in communication. The manager Carlos to send not even know how to speak English. Extremely poor customer service very rude, unprofessional, highly unskilled and it seems like this pharmacies from Third World country. Even countries life Afghanistan has better pharmacy. I urge Interquest everyone to report this concern to federal regulatory authorities, since it is a matter of patient safety. Consider you getting the wrong medicine will you?

I HATE this CVS location!!!! The worst ever!!! I am battling stage 4 cancer and have recently been diagnosed with cellulitis. If not treated promptly, the infection can spread to the bloodstream and it can be life threatening. For about two days I’ve been calling them to see if my prescription is ready. I’ve been on hold and have yet to speak to anyone. If I could give this CVS no ratings I would. Let’s hope I don’t die before I get my prescription filled. I am beyond annoyed and upset.

Called my doctor for a prescription at 4:30 at 7pm I called to ask if my prescription the stated in an hour. I called at 8 they advised ready. Pulled up at 8:07 after waiting 2 min told “will be right with you” didn’t wait for a response 8:15 guy with ponytail and glasses ask for information waited another 5 Min.This is the second time I’ve come here with terrible service they take forever to fill prescriptions. The last time I came they had me wait forever because “they did it wrong” I’m like did what wrong I got a text stating my prescription was ready.What everyone else have said about this CVS is true!

I did a UPS dropoff on November 11 and was told that as soon as a scanner becomes available they would be scanned in. I called Amazon to inquire about my refund and they said that they didn't have anything in their system Something told me to track my package and when I did it wasn't in the system ( this was 4 days later). I called the store numerous times to find out what was going on and noone answered. My husband said give it a couple of days and he went to find out what happened. The package was never scanned in and there were numerous other packages still there from before I left mine. My husband had me on speakerphone and I let that shift manager know what was going on. I told my husband to take my package with him. I called the corporate office and received a call from the district manager. I informed him about what transpired, he apologized and assured me that he would be meeting with those managers. I think this is a result from another incident where I loaded my son's debit card but the funds never showed up so I went back the next day to find out what happened. The manager seemed upset, because I complained. I had every right to complain, it's my money. The customer service has gone downhill at this location.

Worst CVS ever they should be shut down and reported. I just filed a report with CVS department. Disgusting disrespectful pharmacists. Not one person there knows how to do their job, go to Publix across the street. Publix knows how to do their job and treat people with respect.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This Cvs always has a hassle for me to get anything delivered or refilled. It is the worst. I wish I could go back to walgreens they actually delivered and refilled my meds with no issues. Do not come here for medication go to a different place or get a different insurance. This is ridiculous. Even in calling them its either long wait or abrupt hang up. Save yourselves the headache and DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would, week pharmacy staff if absolutely so rude, always have issues filling meds recently and now I am being treated like garbage. The pharmacist talking to me from across the pharmacy in front of others completely embarrassing me about a prescription. I am so sick of being treated like I am doing something wrong by listening to my doctor and then being treated the way the whole staff treats you is absolutely not even worth the head ache. I am switching my pharmacy today I will never ever Ever go back. Quit your job if your not happy…

Pharmacist don't know how to fill prescriptions, talk to customers or handle prescriptions in a timely fashion. I had to call the front of the store to get the pharmacy to answer the phone. Still didn't answer the phone. On the phone with customer service as they are trying to reach the store. All due to them charging the wrong doctor and holding up my prescription.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This place is the clear image of laziness,unprofessionalism and sloppiness. And don't bother calling corporate they could care less and never return calls. So you could see why this pharmacy is a total disaster. Wish my health insurance would go back to Walgreens.

Not to clean the pharmacy always busy they never pick up the phone or have any scrips ready on time or in stock the pharmacist are not friendly and not willing to help customers who are on a very long line .They should have multiple cashers when the line is very long . After this review I am changing my pharmacy

This pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE! Every employee lacks of customer service, try to call and you could be on hold for more than 30mins and, then just like that they hang up on you. And the website is as good as they are! And don't bother calling Corporate office they could care less! I called received an attitude from a lady call Ashley and after telling her my concern she hang up on me. Well now we know what it takes to work in CVS. Totally INCOMPETENTS! Update: 8/31 called AGAIN the store and have been on hold for 40mins. Called Corporate office after waiting 5mins a lady answered, I didn't understand her name so I asked: excuse me who am I speaking to and, she hung up on me.

If I could give it less than a one-star I would most likely even negative. Went to pick up a medicine I was told it wasn't checked in yet went back the next day said it was out of stock then found out it just wasn't checked in because I didn't do it. On Christmas Eve. Saying was going to take another hour. After I'd already stood in line for 45 minutes just to get through three people that were in line ahead of me very inefficient everybody is very slow one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing going to change pharmacies

ABSOLUTE WORST CVS EVER!! I've literally been in line for 40 min and 1 car has moved and it's always like this. I don't know what CVS is doing but corporate needs to clean this place up. This is insanity!!! I'd go to Walgreens but my insurance won't cover there.

Very poor service, especially in the pharmacy just was in line for about 15 minutes to watch the employees.just to see them walk back-and-forth past the pharmacy window and then someone finally comes with a note and says that if you want to pick up a prescription you have to come inside I asked them why didn’t they put the note on the window so they won’t have people waiting wasting their time and gas The young lady caught a attitude and walked away. The gentleman also walked away from the window no explanation no apologies it’s just a bad pharmacy with a very poor staff.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever called. The manager Kevin Ortiz is super RUDE! Good luck with getting a nice person on the phone with good customer service in the pharmacy. Kirk was just as Rude as the so called manager.The only one that tried a little bit was a pharmacy intern name Katrina. I don't know how they stay in business beware of this place and their HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. This pharmacy should be reported and shut down. CVS should 100% be held accountable for the way this pharmacy handles their patients and prescriptions. I used to get my prescriptions here bc I live in the area but now I travel out of my way to Davie Area just to not have to deal w the miserable employees and horrible business they run. Every single time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE time I’ve been to this location, I’ve had an issue. The employees here make getting your prescription miserable. It’s honestly almost like they enjoy just making your entire experience horrible. Do yourself a major favor and go to Publix across the street where the pharmacists know how to be caring, decent human beings.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes trying to figure out why they had it closed since it was 11am. I was on the phone trying to contact them and nothing, no answer. Horrible customer service and confusing closing times that are not listed as their times to close.

My vaccinations experience was not as good as other places! There was a male around 28-35 years old (tattoos on his arm, dark skin) refused to let me sit on the chair before, during and after the injection (I already asked if I can sit down when he about to give me the injection and his responsed was “nah, bro you good” do yourself a favor by not coming there.

Well what could I say that hasn't been already said. I was waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes for Rx, that was supported to be ready 4 days ago. I checked my bag before leaving and was short on my medications and had to wait an extra 15 minutes, meanwhile the line has 4 cars behind me, shame. The store is less then 3 minutes from my home, so you have to decide between convenience and service.

I came 10 minutes early for my covid appointment because I have a very tight schedule today. When I arrived I was told I could not be served (very rudely) until the time of my appointment. This would have been fine but when it came time that I was allowed to get in line there were two people ahead of me which made me late for my appointment. There was no one in line or being helped when I originally showed up. I don’t understand why I was turned away then made to wait longer. The customer service was disrespectful and rude. I will NEVER return to this CVS for any reason

This has become one of the worst pharmacies I have had to deal with in my 12 years in the medical field. The past two years have gotten worse. When I call from the doctors office I am left on hold for a very long time. When I leave scripts on the voicemail they some how get deleated. I have even gone in their on my lunch and saw for myself. They have 4+ people working behind the counter yet the line outside and inside is backed up. This pharmacy is a mess!!!

This is the worst CVS I have ever encountered. The pharmacy is a joke. For the past 6 months, only one line works through the drive-through and they’re slow as HELL. I recently dropped off a RX a week ago. The next day I go to pick it up, the man tells me it will be the next day. He acted like it wasn’t put in the system. I had to go out of town, so I shrugged it off. Yesterday I received a automated message telling me my prescription was ready and waiting. Today I go back again, now for the 3rd time, they don’t have my RX at all. Searched and searched. Lady at drive through, basically made me feel like it was my fault and I never brought it by. Meanwhile, the conclusion is I have no medication and I have to go back to get a new script. AVOID at all cost. There is a nice Walgreens right down the road. Severely P.O.
