While the store seems well organized and I do understand that mistakes may be made there's one factor very important in any business..."The Customer, The Guest " . Outstanding customer service guaranteed to bring customers back. Today's my first time at this location went in to buy disposable cleaning towels (packed) so I checked prices and selected a couple of packages marked at $6.99 a piece, there were a total of 4 well stocked but when I went to pay for them there were over twice the price marked on after a price checked they realized that mistake was made then I spoke to the Manager Mr. Paul and he refused to honor the price shown and offered me a some percent discount..."I can't honor the price shown because it will be a loss for me " that's what he says and quote. I'm a retail store Manager and I do believe that the customer is always right.

Great store that's a mix of a hardware store and Bed Bath and Beyond. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you. This Ace has a great inventory. The few times I needed an items that wasn't in stock, they ordered it for me and call when it was in.

Very clean and well stocked. Ace is so much better than the Home Depot for nails, screws, anchors, and washers. Everything we needed was neatly stocked and easy to find. There were no long lines or chaos. We were in and out quickly so that we could continue with our project.

Very clean Ace Hardware. The staff here is helpful when trying to find the item you’re looking for. The selection in this shop was slightly limited. The are well stocked on appliances, clocks and the like. But for actually hard to find sizes on nuts, bolts and screws the selection was average.

Ace hardware is an excellent choice to find a variety hardware products, tools and honestly sort of potpourri of items. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about the products and enjoy their working environment.I tried unsuccessfully at one of the larger box stores to find an item and they did not offer any advice or alternative. Ace is an excellent choice for both the novice and experienced consumer. The item I needed was about $3.50 and I feel overall pricing is very reasonable.I highly recommend this establishment.

Ace has a lot of great online deals so this is a great place to pick up in store. However the staff at this location were anything but helpful. I'm glad I did my shopping online and not in the store.

Great hardware store. Went there because fellow plant enthusiast recommended a specific soil for cactus and succulents that ACE carries. A lot of products. I didn't have time to cruise each aisle. I collect keychains and they have a great selection. Maybe locksmith could be a little less obvious asking the cashier if I stole any of the keychains. Made me feel like a petty thief. I'll be back. There's a square planter I need!

Great Selection. Fully stocked. As crew, we have made trips here for the yacht for all sorts of goods which they have mostly in bulk. They generally always have in stock what they say they will on the app, which is helpful when trying to plan and budget a run to the store. However, price tags are impossible to find for many of the items in the store itself. We can’t seem to find price tags on the items or the shelf nearby. There are many empty spots where price tags may have been or could be. We then turn to the app to scan the barcodes on the item, but the barcodes constantly come back as “unable to scan” and the store seem to be in a cellular dead zone although service is great just outfront. We can’t seem to offer easy access to Wi-Fi either. If they fixed the lack of pricing organization and transparency, and also made internet access easier there is no reason this couldn’t be the best Ace Hardware any of us have been to around the entire eastern seaboard. Friendly and engaging staff seem to be easy to find for the most part. But sometimes you just want to run inside, choose between your products on the shelf, and know what you will be paying without having to grab an employee or carry your selections of items to front before selecting the one you need.

I went to buy some long zip ties today when I entered Ace Hardware. The manager greeted and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for long zip ties and he told me it was in aisle 18,19,20 or 21. He paged one of his employees to help me, but no one came to help nor approached me. I stopped Don before checking out and he helped me. I paid for the 14" zip ties and headed to my car. When I got to my car I realized they were a little bit short and went back inside to exchange them for 24" zip ties. As I went to get them I asked an employee who didn't have a name tag for the price and asked if they were the longest. I showed him photos of my car bumper advising him this is why I need zip ties. He was friendly and happy to help. I asked him if I could twist and cut them without scissors. He said I'd most likely need a knife or scissor and I could ask the manager by the register to borrow some. I got the exchange for the right size zip ties and asked nicely if i could borrow some scissors or a knife cutter. He rudely said no with attitude and raised his voice saying "We have scissors you can buy them." I was turned off by the attitude and lack of professionalism by this manager. I've never been disrespected like this before. I couldn't believe what happened and how it escalated to this level. This was my first time going to an Ace Hardware store and my last. He needs to go through customer service training because I don't know how this man became a manager.

Such a nice alternative to big box competition. Greeted when I entered store by cashier. Unable to find window treatment hardware area. Asked associate doing stock work. He did not act like I was interrupting him. He stopped what he was doing and with a smile walked me to the correct aisle & tried to find a matching bracket for me. Unfortunately, there weren't any that were close to what I needed. He did suggest other stores (non big box) to check & thanked me for visiting Ace. I have experienced this level of customer service every time I have shopped there. Rating a 5 even though I left empty handed. Not their fault there's a supply chain crisis & stock levels are low.

All I can say is that they follow the "Helpful, Hardware Folks". From the second I walked in, a young lady asked if I needed help with anything and she directed to to the aisle needed, paged for someone to meet there for assistance. There was a polite gentleman there upon arrival who helped me locate my item. Followed up with questions and verified it was the correct item by getting a second opinion. There's plenty of parking as well. I'm glad to have found this store, and you will be too.
