This store is always closed in the middle of the day. Yesterday I waited 10 mins before I gave up. Now, today, same thing at 7pm. I'm going somewhere else. You never know when this store is open or closed. Go to another location everyone. Not worth the aggravation.

Worst 7/11 in Florida! Half the pumps have bags on them. Rude cashiers with extremely nasty attitudes. All types of folks hanging inside and in front of the store. People walking in, getting what they need, then walk out. Cashier doesn't honor app rewards or coupons. Everything is behind the counter, even the staws!!! Roller food is never available, only upon request, then you have to wait for it. No, thank you 7/11 Tried to give no stars, but Google wouldn't let me. Please disregard the one-star rating due to this location deserving no stars.

This location 7-Eleven 2990 W. Broward Blvd. Ft. Lauderdale 33312 Store number 37288 has a drive-through automatic Car Wash.. CAUTION ——I would advise everyone getting a car wash to PAY INSIDE $9dollars for express $10 for deluxe And I believe $ 14 for the deep clean

This was the most horrible place I’ve ever been for service. I’m an Uber driver and my passengers had booked a stop here. I went in to relieve myself as drivers don’t often get a chance. I very politely asked the only employee, some fat black woman with long red (very poor quality) extensions sitting on a box behind the register, if I could use it. She barked at me “it’s locked!” I responded, “well ma’am, how can we go about fixing that?” She barked again “it’s for employees only!” I looked and replied, “that’s not what the sign says. Now what can we do to make me want to suggest this store to my other passengers?” Well, all I can say is that she didn’t consider the ramifications of poor reviews given that she doesn’t own the place and only works there. But there are several other good 24 hour 7-11’s in the area that I will be giving 5 star reviews in contrast to the service I received here.And I just wonder, if the whale is so big an immobile that she won’t get up to open the bathroom for a driver that brought her business, how is she going to keep the store clean with 20 homeless and destitute people living in the parking lot selling drugs and cut rate food? This is the worst place I have ever been. I only hope the owners read this.

DON'T GET GAS HERE! Pumps didn't take card, and when it finally did it wouldn't select fuel grade then couldn't cancel the transaction. Had to call bank to make sure no one could use it after me

Gas prices are typical for the area and the on-site car wash is sufficient with good pricing as well. The downside is that you can't get a receipt for the car wash at the pump when you get gas because the receipts never produce. You'll have to enter the store and request a reprint, or I'd suggest simply paying for the wash at the entrance for the car wash. Also, the vacuum isn't particularly efficient, but it is functional.

Rude employees, no uniforms, door is locked and you have to tap on the glass to be let in, no restrooms for customers, loud music blasting, you’re addressed as bro or yo, you’re questioned to what you are going to get and why you’re inside. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to.

I had the Displeasure of Visiting this location at 7:45pm I use to Frequent this location when It First Opened what I Witness today was Literally Appauling. A customer in front of me had a Pizza that he Wanted made. The Cashier stated to him she was not going to make any Pizza because she was alone and Did not feel like making any Pizza boxes. Even after the Customer stated he was Starving She Refused!!!! I would not have someone Representing my Business such as her. No name badge or Smock with a Filthy white Shirt. Customer service in this location is PATHETIC!! Hire people that want to work.

this 7/11 blasts obnoxiously loud opera music 24 hours a day. i live right down the street and i can literally hear it from my bed at night. i don’t know how the city even allows this right next to a residential neighborhood but it’s literal torture. it’s supposed to keep homeless people away but it clearly does not work. i hate this 7/11 with a passion. i hope it burns down

12/18/2021 I had the worst experience. The rudeness is not needed. I walked in to use the bathroom and because the floor was already mopped the employee with the orange colorful lace wig was rude as can be. She didn’t care about nothing but the floor. When all she had to do is re mop because it’s going to be constant customers walking all night because it’s a 24 hour store. Simple things like this that employees do to customers is going to eventually lead up to the company going downhill in debt with lawsuits filed. But that’s not my problem. Train the employees to treat customers better. Simple. Because at this particular store it’s nothing but disrespect.

For the third time this week I stopped here on the way to work, made it through the crowd of homeless at the door, sat through the fifteen minute line only to be told, “we are only taking cash”. Thanks for wasting both our times an money. Do yourselves a favor and go to another store. The only positive is it is clean and well stocked thanks to one particular employee who takes pride in his work.

Credit card got stuck in the pump. Staff told me they couldn’t help, the boss was the only one who could. But the boss wasn’t there and they weren’t willing to call them for me. They said I would have to wait for them to come in later but then didn’t say when. I forced my card out of the machine after a few min and will never be back

Had been to this store plenty of time without Issue untill today 11/13/21 around 4:30am. I was literally CHASED OUT OF THE STORE by some Black Employee with a beard working the Counter. He was upset that i went to get juice and walked over somehwere he just moped. Employee Then threw rocks at my car & window while shouting obscenities. Never have a gone to a 7/11 a feared for my life the way i did last night

Melissa has an attitude problem and needs to find a job in a warehouse or something not customer facing. I will NEVER patronize this location again and I have half a mind to speak with the manager. I’ve patronized this location for YEARS and I’m a local. Everyone is nice to me except Melissa who ALWAYS has an attitude about something.

Worst 7-11 around. All hot dog buns are old. When you say something they laugh and say oh well. The floors are absolutely disgusting . The employees would rather socialize then help customers as I waited 15 mins to get a hot dog in a hard bun and no one was in the store . Absolutely disgusting. For a new location this place a disgrace

I have visited this location quite often without problemsToday 9/10@ 1pm I wanted to purchase boiled peanutsThere were no cups just topsAsked the attendant twice to get her attendanceShe said to use the small coffee cups and price would be the same as a regular cupThere is a very nice man who is so helpful when I visit this storeAnd knew the cup was indeed to small for boiled peanutsShe yelled that THEY try to Get Over!!She is Black female in a customer service position and should know better than to speak to customers that wayI applaud the man who works there to keep this location so clean and safeI hope you can address this matterShe is not a fit for this store unless she is educated in proper customer relationsThanks for a CLEAN Store

I do not agree with the person whom said they weren't given free ice. ice cost money to make you should have offered to pay for it. But I will say this owner has other store's that I've seen first hand in the state rd 84 store that is located at 1500 state rd 84 store be careful .the manager a Latin women is grimmy/nasty so if you purchase food that they prepare be aware. The owner's have been told and has done nothing. To resolve this is what happens when you don't respond to customers. Problems it's just bad business to ignore. People. Good luck in you new store.as soon as I get a positive resolve I Will remove this negative review I told them to look at the camera's on the premises.

This is the closest store to my house and I prefer to go to another store. This store is not friendly, restroom a mess and when I use my "EBT" card. I still have to make a cash payment when all my food was cold food. When I try to speak to someone about it. They all act non chalant.

Never experienced this in the 7-11 chain in my life. While Standing in a line of 6 customers the store clerk asked all of us to leave the store it is closed she said she had to leave and pick up her child from school. So unprofessional.

I need to get in contact with the general manager or owner of this location because this morning 1/18/2023 me and my girlfriend walked in to get gas and one of the employees stereotyped and accused my girlfriend of stealing mind you we've been to this same gas station for gas for the past 8 months without a problem but have seen the same employee do this same thing to other customers gave them the wrong amount of gas they paid for and blamed them for it without resolve or compensation this employee told my girlfriend to leave the store because she saw her taking multiple items within the time span of just opening the door and walking straight to the register I'm pretty disappointed in the service we received

The cashiers are generally friendly, helpful, and pretty good about keeping the restrooms tidy. Third shift is known for posting "out of order" signs on the fountain drink machines but the machines work do work.

Not a people friendly environment! They wanted to charge me to fill a very small cooler half full of ice. If you want good service and a people friendly environment, go right down the street to Race Track where the staff is VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL and you can get ALL THE ICE YOU WANT!

This is the worst run 7-Eleven I have ever visited. The clerks have NO training in customer service. The coffee is often cold or empty. It takes much too long to complete your purchase. Pan handlers by the front door can be very aggressive.
