We wanted an inexpensive, quiet place to stay in our camper for a couple nights....this was the place. Clean, quiet, full hookups including sewage on our site. Not a fancy resort, but we don't care about pools & such. There was showers/restrooms, laundry, lots of open space to walk with dogs, and very quiet. There were a lot of long term campers here...all very friendly. Not sure what kind of recreation is in the area....but we liked being close (12 minutes) from the casino in Imokalee. AND, it only cost us $25/night. We'll return here at least once a year.UPDATE: We stayed here for the 3rd time this season (2023)..still the same nice little place, and still $25/night with full hookups.

We are 4 year full time RV’ers and travel all over the US. P&P RV Park is great! Full hook-ups, large flat level lots, 4 bars of Verizon, 4 bars of AT&T a great mixture of full time residents and travelers, super nice 4th generation owners, $25/night. This area feels like old time Florida.We needed to escape the east coast, due to tropical storm Nicole. Called several places and P&P assured us they would have a spot for us. We were able to relax and enjoy the drive across the state and feel a bit sorry for the many RVs we saw parked along the way without hook-ups and no AC. Thank you Palm & Pines, we have found another great new place to visit over and over again.

Quiet, safe and peaceful park. I’ve Been coming here for 3-4 years on and off with many others coming back over 5-10+ years. The park is safe, quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. It’s a nice place, 45mins from Naples and 30 mins from fort Myers. You really can’t beat the price and the location to Swfl. Any negative reviews on here are hateful, ungrateful people who maybe need a little more luxuries. No this place is not maxed out with amenities and it was built in the 70’s but If you want a fantastic, safe, secure, quiet spot with 30/50amp, sewer and water in southwest Florida this is the place. Everyone keeps to themselves. There is never any trouble, thefts or mischief. You can leave your Rv and car unlocked for weeks and nobody would touch it here at palm and pines Rv park. Neighbors all look out for each other. Yes there are full timers and mobile homes but everyone is nice and sticks to themselves. I continue to come back to Palm and pines Rv park. Would recommend the park to anyone. Donna the owner is fantastic. I would love to buy or own this park. 💯

If you're looking for a top notch Florida resort, this is not it. If you're looking for an affordable safe place to camp with friendly people and a clean bathroom and shower, stay here! They don't always answer the phone, but they do get back to you, and it looks like they are sure to have enough room to find you a spot if you just show up. This place is mostly residents, but it was nice and quiet, even later when a bunch of people came home from work. Closest camping to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.

This review is going to be relatively detailed. My wife, my three-year-old, my six-month-old, and myself came down to SW Florida in December to be with family. We wanted to stay for a while, but everywhere except Palm and Pines was booked. It wasn't our first choice, but we really liked the property. It's out in the middle of nowhere, and there was lots of room for our little girl to run around. She became friends with a lot of the older folks, and the staff was very nice. Very accommodating of our endless slew of Amazon packages.Our first indication that something was off was when Donna, the owner, was in the hospital for more than two months. We started noticing that literally everyone in the park was sick. We were also experiencing mystery symptoms. It was like we had a low-grade cold all the time. Symptoms would go down and then flare up again every week like clockwork. It exhausted us.Thinking there might be something in the air or water, we got an air filter and started drinking bottled water. Keep in mind that we'd already been using a gravity water filter.Finally, we decided we'd had enough, and we moved to a place that had just opened up around 15 minutes north of Marco Island. All our symptoms have disappeared.THERE IS SOMETHING AT PALM AND PINES THAT WILL MAKE YOU SICK.To this day, I have no idea what it was. Maybe pesticides in the air, who knows. However, many of the people we got to know said they won't be coming back next year because they got sick all the time. Something foul is going on out there in Felda. If you have kids, don't stay at this RV park.I want to reiterate, though: The staff are really nice, and the grounds are well taken care of. I wish that the place hadn't made us sick, but it did.

Gave 2 stars for cheap rate ($150 per week) but otherwise, this place was a total dump!! Fire ant hills everywhere, loud music to all hours of the night, some of the long term residence throw their trash out their front door and it just piles up, etc etc etc. Campsite next to us was trashed up, people fighting all the time, slamming doors, etc. Much more negative but won't bother you with the details, just stay clear!!! If price is your only requirement, this is the place...otherwise be warned.

Our 4th or 5th time down here. Good place, clean and staff are great folks. Owner is very nice and everyone we’ve met have been personable. Excellent stay if you want something different than KOA offers. We’ll be back again.Wscottman

What a run down mess! This place is shown as big rig friendly.... Ha ha ha! After maneuvering a lot I was able to get our camper into the spot we were given. But we were unable to even begin to open up our awnings or we would be tapping the camper next to us.There are run down, broken down, trash campers everywhere. This place was definitely built many years ago and not for big rigs in any way. There are absolutely no amenities at this Campground and no reason to go there.

Hidden gem. Great owner. Right in the middle of panther country. I saw four in a week (I went looking for them). Very relaxed and peaceful setting. I will definitely go back.

Wonderful family owned RV Park. Large lots with 30 or 50 amp service and friendly people. Free WiFi hotspot, bird watching at this registered Bird Sanctuary, paved streets to ride your bike, on site laundry, clean bath house facility with good clean water. Very affordable and close to area beaches, Seminole Casino, Miromar Outlets, Lake Trafford Marina, Immokalee Regional Race Way,Robert's Ranch, Ava Maria and during Fair and Festival Season JANUARY - APRIL you are centrally located to the LaBelle Swamp Cabbage Festival, Edison Festival of Light, Immokalee Harvest Festival and Lee County, Hendry County and Collier County Fairs and the Everglades Seafood Festival and Lehigh Spring Festival to name a few.

Stay there during winter. Have some permanent homes people live in year round and some campsites. Nearest town with a lot of stores Fort Myers which is probably an hour away. Lots and lots of traffic.
