Sub counter employees are very nice but management needs more staff at lunch hour. Waiting 35 minutes for a sub with a line building and only two employees building subs is harsh for the consumer. Please address this issue. Thank you.

I would Have given this store a 5 star. Samantha and the girl who bagged my items were very lovely. I went to return 4 items that I bought but lost the receipt. The gentleman who was helping me I believe his name was Phil seemed bothered that I was returning my items that I did not use. And handed me a gift card with a receipt and did not say anything even after I said thank you. I did not like that.Other than that I come here very often and the employees are always nice.

This location never has any Almond Bear Claws ready. Every time I walk in to the bakery, they always tell me that "The Bear Claws wont be ready for another 2 hrs." They said it depends on the baker when they feel like making them. Any other location has them ready but this locations in particular never does.

My mom goes out of her way to shop at this Publix and I always thought she was just being extra. But every time I come here, all the employees are so nice and helpful, I’m starting to think she’s onto something.Special shoutout to the guy in deli (i forgot his name because I’m the worst) who was working the hot case and frying food this morning at around 11/12. The deli was super busy and understaffed. And he was running between serving customers and making orders. His kind attitude and quick service were super impressive imo.

Thursday, 8:40pm - EXTREMELY disappointed with Customer Service. Today, I learned my mom is diagnosed with Glioblastoma... MALIGNANT BRAIN CANCER. I stopped at Publix to get groceries for the family. We're overwhelmed with sadness, confusion, and unspeakable grief. While shopping at Publix I lost my car key. I had already paid for our groceries when I realized my car key was not in my pocket. I spoke to Becky at Customer Service and explained the situation. I requested she make an overhead announcement asking if anyone found a key to please return it to Customer Service. Becky told me she could not make the announcement. I told her my family situation and pointed at the cart of groceries that I had no way to get home other than a cab. I told Becky I felt overwhelmed and really needed my car key. I again requested she make the announcement to which she said no. Now, I requested to speak to a manager whom I also explained my situation and he too said no. He told me to retrace my steps. Meanwhile, I'm crying, frustrated and confused. I have Stage 3 heart failure myself and clearly distressed. What a joke!

Another solid Publix. It's more accessible for those living in the surrounding "rural" areas. It has the usual Publix amenities people want like the sub sandwich making station or Sushi bar.At the time of this review the surrounding shipping center also had a Great Clips, Japanese restaurant, ice cream shop, and a Dunkin Donuts.

It is a very clean, well situated store. It has a good selection of stores surrounding it. Easy in and easy out, which is not true for many publix stores, unfortunately.

I’m count myself fortunate that I’ve basically had a nearby Publix all my life.I’m just used to them being very clean, nice, friendly and stocked with good products.I was introduced to the competition when I was 16 and got a job at the nearby Winn Dixie as a bag/stock boy. Very different kind of place.As for this specific location, it’s just a delight for us. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and fun. And the products they carry are just as excellent as you’d expect from Publix. They even got in a few items we wanted when we asked after them.Great service.

Very slow at the deli counter. Waited at least 30 minutes for 1 sub. Workers were incredibly friendly but moved in slow motion. There were 2 people in front of me that only ordered 1 sub each. I don't mind waiting, but this trip was entirely too long.

I live close to this Publix and I have to say that I personally love coming here when I have to pick up items. Inside looks nice and peaceful. Employees there are nice and will provide you assistance if you need any.

This review isn't for the store in general, just the deli. This is the worst deli on the planet, so slow, always out of heated food, doesn't matter what time off day. If you're hungry go anywhere else. If you go here I promise you will leave here upset.

I'm not sure if all grocery stores are experiencing this but the fruit especially the strawberries are always half expired we have to eat the whole carton within the first day or two because it goes bad so fast. They have 4th of July decorated apples still out on the shelves the chocolate is very old and turning a light brown crusty looking. It's October...... Never had issues with Publix before but their disregard to expired foods is not ok.

Had a great experience at this Publix today there was a young man who i believed wore glass and his name if I’m not mistaken was Christian if not he had black hair and worked on date 9/18 he purchased an item that i needed and i was very thankful.

My local grocery and pharmacy conveniently located on the way home. Love the 2 for 1 products. Good bakery with a variety of fresh items. Fresh produce selection has improved but not a large variety.

This Publix is a bit smaller, which I like in many ways. However, they have NO self checkout option. And of course ALL Publix stores charge significantly higher prices on most name brand items than other stores. I only shop at Publix for sale items or quick convenient needs. The staff are all very nice.
