Fantastic business! I can't say enough about the outstanding, personable and positive experience my husband and I had here today. We were greeted with a good old fashioned shop owner who knows a whole heck of a lot about vacuum cleaners, educating each customer on their individual machine. We were given "homework" on what to do to improve the issues we were having, instead of being slapped with a service fee for them to do it for us. We will absolutely be purchasing our next vacuum cleaner from this shop.

I went in because of the reviews and I’m so glad I did! The owner was very knowledgeable. He identified my vacuum’s problem and fixed it in 2 minutes! He also gave me some great pointers on shampooing my rugs. I’m so thankful I went here.

We needed a vacuum for our RV - I called the store, and learned it has been relocated. The owner, Ralph, said he lived close to where we were camping and had the perfect vacuum for an RV- he actually brought us two options - fantastic guy, great price, great little vacuum. Thoughtful and honest human being- wish there were more like him!

Wow this guy is passionate about vacuum cleaners. I thought that I had travelled back to the 1950s because of his skill, knowledge & customer service. Had mine diagnosed, repaired and tuned up in under 10 minutes for around $15. Exceeded expectations

I've been here few times over the several past years. I highly recommend Longwood Vacuum. If your thinking about tossing your vacuum out because of an issue, have them take a look at it. they've always repaired vacuums I brought in and for a reasonable price. Great technician and honest too.

Sean was very helpful and is going to take a look at my vacuum and tell me if it's worth it to fix it and worst case even if I don't want it back he won't charge me. Can't ask for better service than that

Was having trouble with the electrical connection for the power head on my Sears canister vac. Thought i would have to buy a new hose $$$, or power head $$$ or wand $$. But guess what? Longwood Vac took a look and did a few tests and fixed it for $10!!!!Will return when i need a new one or another repair. He could have over sold me, but did not!! :)

Had a last minute issue with my steam cleaner and it was just about closing time on a saturday. When i called in i was told to bring it in anyways. It was fixed within 15 minutes even when he had to go through many peices to find the right one that fit! Highly recommend longwood vacuum!!

Went in with vacuum agitator not working. Owner very knowlegable and reasonable - $$. Figured out problem in 3 mins - a broken wire - and had it fixed - while I waited in 5.
