Do not do choose to “pick up order” for this store. I am absolutely pissed at the self service for my pick up order. Someone is stealing peoples things! I was told “oh we’ve had this happening alot!” Then why not move the items to the service desk and have people check in, so people are actually getting their orders. Show some freaking initiative to protect customers things. I don’t understand how they have no suspicion of theft seeing that this has been happening frequently to other customers too. I ordered a pair of shoes I needed for an event and I received an email that it was ready for pickup and my order wasn’t there! All they could offer was a sorry and refund. I ordered the items online. I will never ever do it again! Everything will be shipped to my home for now on!

We went to return an item to Amazon and we were there for less than 5 min. The clerk was so efficient and friendly, that we were very impressed. On top of that we got 20% off coupon starting tomorrow.

Clean and well organized. Came to find out there is a veterans discount on Mondays. So I returned on Monday picked up the shoes but unfortunately, they don't apply to the discount! Appreciate the discount, like to have a list not to buy. Still purchased the shoes.

The Tavares Kohl's store is an excellent department store. The store is very clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful. In addition, the sales are fantastic.

I think they have a good selection of brands and options for clothing. The staff is super nice and if you are a regular shopper there you get tons of benefits and free stuff with your Kohls dollars.

I made a complaint to the manager but this really pisses me off. I just got accused of stealing a Khols items carrier bag they offer for shopping. I brought it out to my car for a second to fill it with Amazon returns and an employee said to me "Excuse me, that bag belongs to the store you can't do that". That is accusing me of stealing when I'm clearly on camera and about to use a service the store offers. I have plenty of money to buy whatever I want in the store and stealing is one of the testiments in the Bible. Why would I steal? The employees name was NINA, not a pleasant experience at all.

Not a usual Kohl's customer. Had purchased a set of pots and pans online and consequently had a e-voucher for $20. Spent over an hour looking for something acceptable finally found something. Cashier rang it up. Accepted the $5 e-voucher. Charged my card the balance. $15 e-voucher which expired in 2 days couldn't be used. Oh well cashier said. I said I didn't want what I had bought if I couldn't use the e-voucher. That meant that I had to go to customer service. Incidentally the checkout line had 10 people waiting with 2 cashiers. Got back to customer service. Only 5 people in that line with 1 cashier. I remain a NOT USUAL KOHL'S CUSTOMER.

Customer service here is outstanding! All the employees are happy to help and genuinely look happy. Lady lake was my Kohls but after a bad experience I decided to take the drive and visit the kohls in Tavares and let me tell you it’s worth the drive. The store is very clean and organized, the store is so neat (even clearance). They also have a better variety of things. More options in the juniors section. Had a great experience, definitely recommend.
