I have been to a lot of dollar generals. This store here is the best I've been to. It's always immaculate, the shelves well maintainedI am there for one thing or another, daily. I cannot say enough nice things. Staff is friendly and helpful.Thanks, 5 star!

Went as a I always do. Forgot my phone that I use at the self-checkout and so I went back and said something to the employee. The first one I saw at the register who was apparently is a manager say they name tag and told them I forgot my phone. Not that I think but I knew I did. We she decided to be rude and give rude remarks and say straight to another customer loud as could be "Well I wasn't up here". Well that doesn't make you a good manager. Thankfully another employee helped me and was nice. Thank you nice employee who help me.

The store does have a lot to stock. But the Corporate office thinks that 4 employers are enough too cut open boxes loaded on heavy duty metal carts that barely go down the isle they need to stock or won't fit at all and they have park them at the end of the isle needing to be.I love that store. I went for two things. I knew where one was but not the pastry bags and tips so I could make stuffed shells for dinner. Soooo...I just did what I always do and bought way much more than I should. I loaded my things in the car and remembered I needed baby aspirin. I was heading back in when the gal at the register was going on break asked what I had forgotten. I mentioned the aspirin and laughed saying I came in for batteries and pastry bag and tips but couldn't find them. She took time from her break to go with me to party favors to find them. Can't ask for better service than that.I think too much focus is on the negative. Those workers have a tough job...the boxes don't open and jump on the shelves by themselves. Be thoughtful of their attempt to accomplish as much as they can with as little Corporate affords them. We should be shaming them. You gals and guys are awesome and I love shopping at you store❤️

I like all the Dollar Stores. I was looking for something specific and they didn't have any. I picked all the rest of what I needed. I'll always be a Dollar Store shopper! 👍👍

This store is terrible!It looks like something you'd see in a third world country! Many shelves are empty,many items are out of stock! Isles are blocked with empty boxes.Items are frequently mispriced,if they are priced at all! NOT a good shopping experience!

Is there any reason why it is so hot in this store? The last 5 times I've been here, it is so hot I feel like I'm going to pass out. And your "manager" Crystal is extremely lazy. I saw her go and sit in the office while several people were waiting in line to be checked out. She eventually came moseying out like it was a hassle for her to be doing her job. The last time I was in here, I saw her being argumentative with several customers as well. Please get a manager in here that actually does their job and is meant to be in customer service, because it definitely isn't her. Since there is a new store right up the road, I'd think that this Dollar General would be trying harder to keep customers. The store itself is also very dirty. I've included some pictures I took while standing in the very long, slow-moving checkout line.

Based on the huge mess that is all over the store I assume that a focused earthquake happened here. I can't understand how the don't have slips and falls constantly. A wheelchair cannot access all the aisles, as so much stuff is just sitting on the floor. The staff are very nice, but frankly I don't ship here unless it's an emergency, just to much chaos, and I'm afraid I'll tell on something and get hurt.

The store was kind of a mess. They were out of a lot but that’s okay. Prices are fair and the only employee in there was doing his best to keep the line going. He was very friendly as well. They also provide self checkout which is a good option.

Only one person working, she's trying to check in Pepsi, not caring as the line grows, no acknowledgement or nothing until someone asks if she planned one checking anyone out anytime soon and boy did her attitude fly. Slamming my items an still no apologies for the wait what so ever. I work at a gas station, all it takes is a little acknowledgement of someone standing there...hi I'll be right with you as I'm working alone today... Is all she had to say and most people are understanding. So no 4 star here today.

Today 12/23/19 As I was wondering around the store looking for an employee to get a key for the restroom, I overheard a woman being nasty & using profanities with another employee about stocking stuff. I walked on to find someone else & ask for a key. This is what I found in the bathroom. Someone had to use the paper towel roll to wipe😱 This obviously didn’t just happen. It’s the only restroom for women in the store. I left without Purchasing anything or using the facilities. When returning the key to the gentleman at the front desk (who was very polite), I let him know the condition of the women’s restroom and that I would be reporting it to corporate & asked for the manager on duty’s name (before mentioning the bathroom) “Mel” (Melissa).

Usually has what I need. When toilet paper was high demand they had it when every other store seemed to have run out. Great management, or else we'd never get what we went there for!

I have been going to this store for a little over a year. Started off not a bad older store. But every week it really has been going down hill. The place is torn apart. Shelving on top of other shelving. Very caotic. Very nasty store. Needs a major overhaul in the cleaning dept. Every time I get a basket. Nasty with dirt and grime. Sorry. Won't be going to this store anymore even though it is less than a mile from my home. Someone from corporate needs to anonymously check this store out.

I walked in in the store actually smelled clean like Pine-Sol. All the employees were working together. They were stocking and organizing. By far the most organized Dollar General I've been in.

The prices are good if you can find what your looking for. There are Dollar Stores in almost every town you go thru and out in places where there are no towns. My meaning behind all of this is that it's a SHAME they are so cheap they won't hire enough help to put their stock up. Every store I have been in these last 2 weeks they have stock sitting everywhere. I was looking for one certain thing today, I walked all over the store till I finally asked the cashier. It was hidden behind a huge dolly filled with stock to be put up. I had to push the dolly put of the way to get to it. The cashier was very fast and friendly and thestore is really busy.

Corporate needs to do something about this place dirty store. We are supposed to wear mask inside the store the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and was eating candy at the register while checking out a customer.. Not sanitizing her hands or anything in between eating and handling people's stuff.. This happened on 8/23/2020 at 5:15 pm. I walked out along with 3 or 4 other people. We don't want to catch COVID19 or anything else...

It is hard to find things. Much out of stock, probablydue to the pandemic. Most employees are nice. ONE FEMALE IS NOT AND HAS 0 MANNERS. She has dark hair and is probably in her mid to late 40s.

The cashier and stock employees were SOOO much friendlier at that store than the one that's closest to me. I might have to go to Dollar General a little more often now, having found a friendly group!!

Mgr Shay rude no people skills, she would not return items purchased with a receipt. I was told to come back in 10 days simply because I had written a check. It took her forever to come to the front to return the items. I waited while 4 customers went in front of me. She wanted to know name, address because the return was 17.00, meanwhile I purchased 42.00 worth of additional items. Mgr rung returned items through register and then look at the receipt and informed me that I needed to come back in 10 days. How in the HELL DID SHE GET THE TITLE OF MGR. I WILL WAIT MY 10 DAYS HOWEVER, I will never go to this store again.

I like it because it save a lot time rather than driving to a grocery store. They do a pretty good job of carrying things you need at home such as food and household item. Many other items.

Most of the sales racks are empty oh, no progress. I went in looking for 2 simple items file folders and a stapler oh, neither of which they had. The store looked very unorganized.

It was 7:38 pm & the woman at the register would not open the door and let us in and she definitely would not acknowledge us. The sign says Everyday til 10 pm. If this is not true, change the sign. If it is true, you need to hire someone who will actually work to close. Maybe you don't pay enough.

I love their new self checkout and new stuff but customer service is lacking and no where near what it used to be. All of the stores are messy and can barely get around the store in a buggy.

Great places to stop and grab the things you need around the house when you don't want to go into a big store and get lost in the crowd. They've got a great selection of household items cleaning items and bathroom necessities
