We went through the pharmacy drive thru, and the customer service was almost non-existent. The man who took care of us seemed like we were bothering him. He was on his cell phone and didn't say much. There were no pleasantries and didn't even offer a bag. I've had better service before with others.

Liz needs a new job. The rating of this branch says it all. You’d be wise to use any other pharmacy but this one. They try to blame the doctor and the patient for their failure to perform their jobs.

Very very unsatisfied. I would leave lower number if it was possible. My fiancé goes to a behavioral doctor. This doctor thankfully helped her to get off opioids, with Suboxone. Get this though. The doctor increased the dosage, and wrote a new prescription. However, CVS pharmacy is telling her she can’t get them filled because it’s too early. The doctor wrote a new prescription, and now they won’t fill it because they say it’s early! Yes it’s early, that’s why the doctor wrote another prescription. It seems it’s too the pharmacists discretion. CVS is saying they want people on opioids? Guess that’s why their stock is high?

This CVS pharmacy. Is the worst pharmacy i've ever delt with. My reason being, its not the patients fault your low on their medicine. You should still give a partial refill until the order arrives. And not leave the patient without for the weekend.regardless if its a controlled drug or a thyroid pill. If you need it daily. They should make arrangements. Call another store, partial refill, something.

Getting my meds from this pharmacy is always way harder than it should be. They get the refill date wrong almost every time and overall its like pulling teeth to get my Rx's here. The whole store has the feel of a soon to be closed business without even having a full time cashier. You have to wait a long time for a cashier up front.Whole store/brand needs a big update/overhaul. They legit seem like they're there to do all they can to not fill prescriptions.

OMG this im not sure but this pharmacist sounded Hindu and unfortunately is some kind of a nut!! I called to transfer my medication to a CVS pharmacy because I don't like to wait at Walmart pharmacy and I always loved how the CVS has treated me throughout the country.. Then this pharmacist was telling me he's uncomfortable prescribing one of my anxiety meds because it's a benzodiazepine he thinks I should quit off my med!!! He said it does damage to the brain! "Maybe in extreme cases where someone is abusing them and so does alcohol or smoking etc." He tells me he's uncomfortable prescribing them to me.. I HAVE BEEN ON THR SAME MEDICATIONS FOR 30+ YEARS! And would have seizures without them!! My doctor prescribes my medication not this guy! I just called her and she's angry and she told me to talk to a district manager about this pharmacist. Wow this is a first.. 30+ years I never had a pharmacy or pharmacist trying to debunk my Psychiatrist! I want a district manager to call me please, this man should not be working there.

The hospital surgeon sent a script for my wife who just had surgery. I was told that the medication had been backordered for months and I would have to cal him for a new script. I asked if they could call the doctor as I had my wife in the car. They said no and walked away.

I was told to get my diabetic syringes at Walmart because I did not buy my insulin from them. I have a prescription at CVS, but my insulin costs 500 dollars through them. I guess the thousands and thousands of dollars spent don't count. Will no longer shop at CVS. I AM CHANGING INSURANCE SO I AM NOT REQUIRED TO GO TO CVS EITHER.

Pharmacy will take 24 hours to fill a medication and at the 24th hour still won’t be ready. The male pharmacist with an Indian accent is very rude and condescending. Will talk down to you as if you don’t know what you’re talking about.

This is the second prescription I picked up from this CVS. I used a GoodRx coupon last time, but it was three or four dollars more than what it was supposedly going to be when the doctor checked for me. Today I picked up a prescription with seven capsules and was charged over $18. Everywhere else has the same medication for $7 to $12 and had they used the GoodRx card that I brought in last time, I would have gotten a better price. Evidently they don't take the time to do that and they couldn't care less what you pay. This is going to be the very last prescription I ever get from a CVS Pharmacy and I suggest you look around because you can get much better prices elsewhere.

I personally have never had an issue when dropping off any prescriptions, or having any questions for the pharmacist. Until today!After calling and speaking with someone on the phone to verify it was okay--I sent my husband to CVS to pick up my prescription, with my new insurance card in tow. The pharmacist, David, was EXTREMELY rude and VERY impatient while trying to figure out how to input the proper insurance information. I feel that my husband was discriminated, due to me having Medicaid. I'm currently pregnant with twins, and EXTREMELY sick with a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum. My husband was only trying to pick up my medicine, to help alleviate my horrible symptoms. There is absolutely NO reason for the pharmacist, WHOM REPRESENTS THE PHARMACY AS A WHOLE, to treat anyone differently due to the insurance provider. Shame on CVS, and shame on David.Signed,A very hormonal and pregnant woman.

I just dropped off my prescriptions an hour and 20 minutes ago. I was told they would be ready in an hour or less. I just pulled up to the pharmacy window and was informed that they just received my prescriptions and it would be ready in half an hour. I told the gentleman at the window that I PHYSICALLY HANDED THEM TO THE PHARMACIST MYSELF over an hour and a half ago. He apologizes and tells me to wait longer. This place has no idea what they are doing. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot suffering, not being able to breath because I can't get my inhaler. Thanks CVS!

The worst CVS in the area. Uncaring and very unhelpful pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. They let one prescription sit for 30 days without working on it or calling me. If you can, save yourself some time and go anywhere else for prescriptions. I don't like being treated like they are doing me a favor by taking my money. I should have known by the mostly empty parking lot that they are not efficient.

Pharmacy is terrible for children medicines.They make you get a new prescription if the medicine spills, if the insurance does not cover the medicine they don’t fill the prescription making me go back and forth a lot. I never had a problem with cvs in Orlando but since I moved to Eustis Cvs is stressing me out. Definitely not a neighborhood pharmacy. Things happen in life and they are not the ones to put your trust in for your family.

The pharmacy counter girl was so rude and unprofessional on the phone and when I went in the store. I dont even think she is a pharmacy tech. Why anyone would use this cvs store when there are others only a few miles more is beyond me. What/who does she think makes her pay check good. Customers that is who! I can't complain with out giving a shout out to the front of the store check out girl....just a sweetheart!

I called in my subscription in at the pharmacy and they said the would call back when it was ready. I then waited and hour they never called me back so i went up there they told me they would page when it was done i waited and never herd a page. long story shot they closed up on me while i was waiting in the store. I never received the meds and my girlfriend was really sick. the employees were not costumer friendly and did not care or even try to help me. i will never go back to this store again. thanks for all the help cvs!!!!

The worst of the worst Thank God crossing the street is Walgreens and they are absolutely awesome. After a open heart surgery and COVID-19 at the same time the hospital send the prescription to this farmacy a nightmare 4 times have to go back because they are so irresponsible they keep doing their job terrible wrong. They are not giving candies its a health issue is medicine what are you guys thinking. Very upset

The worst CVS I have ever used. Two times I've been there at 10 o'clock when the pharmacy opens. First time it open at 10:20. Said they got a late start. Today we got there, sign said 10 o'clock, clerk said they were running late. Went to the grocery came back and the sign said 1130. They were running late. Would suggest you go anywhere else.

Controlled substance? Go elsewhere. They'd rather not have your business, and I have to wonder why they don't simply refuse controlled substances outright rather than give customers the run-around.Back before I learned about Florida laws, I brought in a controlled substance prescription early to another CVS location (the one on 441 in Tavares). They slapped a sticker on it that said "Too Soon", folded it, and stapled it to my receipt, leaving a nasty hole in the middle. They almost refused it a few week later when I brought it back here.In another case, I brought my prescription in 28 days after my last refill, per Florida law, and they told me to come back tomorrow. Apparently, they didn't consider that last month had 31 days when they did their math. Why are they relying on a human for that instead of a computer anyway? My insurance doesn't work at Walgreens, but I've found another pharmacy that doesn't give me crap.

Don't even want to give a star!!! Went in to drop off a prescription at the drop off desk, the pharmacist took a look at my RX and rudely BLURTED out...... this is not safe to take while ur pregnant!!!!!!!! This was yelled in front of everyone around the pharmacy area! Shouted, not spoken quietly to me.....I was just wondering when these people became Doctors?, or had the power to over ride the prescriptions these Dr's are trained, let alone mine (45years experience) to determine what's safe and what isn't. Or when the benefits out way the risks?! She did NOT know my medical history!! She embarrassed me, and made me look like a horrible person in the eyes of the people standing around!!! I was 😡 furious. Take ur RX to another pharmacy that respects u and ur Dr. and does not over step there boundaries.

I moved to the area nearly 2 yrs ago. I don't use the pharmacy, but shop there every week. Their coupons have helped us immensely and the staff has always been helpful and friendly.
