This is our go to hardware store, we pass at least 4 other stores to get to this ace because the experience is always outstanding, especially customer service. We are very cautious with prices in this economy and after comparing prices weve consistently seen ACE prices are unmatched and no longer need to do comparison. All of that being said the reason we choose this ACE above every other store is because of the customer service, we can't say enough about this team, especially Jeff - he's always ready to give advice and help us through our lawn and house care needs. The location is also convenient, just cross a street and you're in the heart of downtown eustis!

I go in this store 3-4 times a day to get supplies for my construction job. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.I would highly recommend this Ace Hardware as it is definitely my “go to” place that I can always rely on daily.

I’m a property manager of 2 55+ communities right around the corner from this Ace Hardware and I have had nothing but the best of times shopping getting everything I need! Lovely staff always willing to help and point me in the right direction especially when maintenance is NOT behind me picking out every nut and bolt!I want to give a special shout out to Etta!! This woman took the time to stop whatever she was doing to run over to a register and look up a receipt about a month old for my expense report. I needed a duplicate copy because I had lost the original she got it to me in under five minutes with a smile on her face making me laugh and appreciate the store 100X more thank you.I can’t wait to come back and thank you in person. Etta is someone I would like on my team giving it her all for simple tasks leads me to believe she is a star

Waiting for Ace to repair my mower. I bought it from them over a year ago. It worked for 3 seconds. I took it to them for repair--they would not replace it after my 3-second use of the mower. Still waiting for communication from them after buying the non-functional mower over a year ago.Good hardware store, but don't buy a mower there if you ever want to mowyour lawn!

Very unhappy how this was handled. I bought a dolly "ace branded" a month ago. Now I did not keep the receipt but could have provided proof with my CC statement. Manufacture defect. The steam of the tire separated from the tube. Not something I could have caused. The manager told me basically to go kick rocks. Looks like I'll be shopping at Lowes from now on since you don't support your own product line. The least you could have done was take a look at it or offered to try and fix it.

What a great experience. Came into the store to buy supplies for the Dog House Bar& Grill. We were met by LINDA. She had no clue, but inquired if we were shopping for a business. She signed us up for a business account and we received the discounts for such an account. LINDA was under no requirement to tell us about the business account, nor did we inquire. Just fantastic customer service.

Everyone at Ace was so friendly and helpful. Hubby and I went in with a list and one employee took him to everything he wanted while another one took me to what I needed. Great teamwork. They even cut a 4x4 to length we needed. I'll definitely be back.Back again today and every one was just as helpful as ever.

I have been dealing with Ace for over 20 years. I know most of the clerks by name and they have always been extremely helpful and courteous every time I need something. I highly recommend them over the big Box stores.

Not only is this place way more convenient than the big stores, but they seem to have pretty much everything I need last minute. A few weeks ago, I needed five screws. That's it. Five annoying screws. I was so glad I didn't have to drive 15 minutes or more to the bigger stores AND when I handed the sample screw to the employee at Ace, she knew exactly which one to give me in seconds! I still would have been waiting for someone to come over to that department at the bigger store.

I wish I had something positive to write but I don't my experience there was not very good. I went to have some keys cut but they ended up wrecking both of them now I'm waiting for them to replace the keys that have chips in them so I can use my car. I ordered them and got them in 2 days it's been a week now and they have not replaced them yet

It's always a pleasure to shop at our local Ace hardware. The staff is always helpful, even if they don't carry the item you're looking for they will at least point you in the right direction. The Eustis Ace hardware is one of the best I've been to. They will make time for you even if they are super busy.

I am a newbie at figuring out what I need for a new portable generator. I knew I needed propane and oil. On this day this Ace was not the place for easy help. I was passed between 2 girls who were less than helpful. I hope I have a new full propane tank.
