Great staff and nice place, very clean. Would go here for convenience, but prices are considerably higher than others. Great for a quick stop for your pet if you are in need. Had some very neat reptiles and small animals.

This store really needs to work on its reptile husbandry. One stick and a group of leaves is NOT enough for a crested gecko, the tanks were incredibly bare, and it was very sad. Severely disappointed at the neglect I saw.

Always friendly this little convenient pet mart. They always seem to have what I need in stock, mostly cat supplies like food, litter and trays. Very clean but you may pay a little more than the big box.

Got my Green cheek conure here a few weeks ago, was a little hesitant buying a petstore animal but shes doing awesome and is very smart! Didnt take long for her to step up on my hand and gets along with my other green cheeks

Very nice feeling like a local when pet supermarket lets me take my Rover to get his photograph with Santa.True story we went to the wrong place first then my bride called we had 29 minutes to get to 40 minutes away we asked if they would cheap Santa they're just a few more minutes so we can see Bella and Kokomo Joe and they said yes what a wonderful Christmas present that was to my bride Sandy love you honey.

Great place to get stuff for your dogs. Clean and very well stocked. Pleasant helpful employees who are very knowledgeable. My children and grandchildren loves taking their pets here to have pictures taken with Santa.

Very clean and organized store. Staff are friendly and helpful. I mentioned to one employee that the location for birds in cages is way to cold and they need to be moved to a location that is not under or near AC vents. Hopefully, management will make adjustments to cage locations and store temperature.

This place has a lot of nifty stuff for all your pets, birds, cats, dogs, mice, Guinea pigs, and everything else. I was able to find freeze dried lamb lungs for my little dog with food allergies. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the customer service was very poor.

I love this store. They have everything I need for my pets. I am a Vet Tech, and the bunnies should be getting fresh fruit and vegetables. Timothy hay is great and so are the pellets. After a while the bunnies will get fat on pellets. Fresh fruit, veggies, and Timothy hay and a certain amounts of pellets daily is the best diet.

This store has an amazing selection of food, toys, etc for many different types of pets! I can always rely on them to have food and toys for my pet bird. I have gone into this store many times and I have never been disappointed. On top of it the workers are always so nice!

I brought my son to look at rabbits and hamsters. We also checked out the fish, birds and reptiles. We were only there to look not buy. Employees are nice and store is clean.

Our doggie loved it - he got to pick out a toy lol! The guys working there loved him too!! They have the grain free cat food that our vet recommended for our senior cats. Great place to find what you need for your pets!

Do not use the Pet Supmarket in Englewood fl. Managers there are terrible I bought a broken item all I wanted to do was exchange for another and they wanted to charge me more. I bought and returned the same day. Went to the Pet Supermarket in Venice fl and manager had no problem giving me same price I paid. Managers at that other store have no clue.

Good ideas for our needs. Unfortunately it didn't work for us. But, the sales person was very helpful n the store was clean n bright a large assortment of animals to visit w and they were well taken care of. Very nice store.

Staff is incredible, and very kind. One of the young workers named, Emily greeted us right away. She answered everything with confidence and accuracy of her ability, and as we left she sent us off smiling, as she went back to work diligently. Definitely would recommend.

Friendly staff they all had on masks. there was one cat there and he was well taken care of and looked happy and content. I hope that he gets adopted though, his name is Howie if you're looking for a sweet cat you should go there and check him out, he's a doll.

Excellent help with finding the right fishtank, accessories and fish for my granddaughter. Prices a bit higher, but it's a specialty store and I expected that going in.
