I just left the family dollar store in Eatonville. Customer service was really really poor. No hello welcome to family dollars. I asked for something the lady was not helpful at all she told me where to look for the item that I later found out by asking another employee that they don’t carry the item. The young lady looked as if she was high on something moving extremely slow and looking dumb founded. The lead on duty was way in the back no one was watching the store. They have products in the wrong places. I seen something u wanted to purchase for a lower price and they didn’t seem to want to deal with it I then put my entire order back and taking my business someplace else. It wasn’t about the money but the quality in the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location for where u clearly see they do t care about their jobs.

I have been shopping at this store for 3+ years, and I've seen alot of changes good and bad. The new manager Ashley that is currently there is one of the nicest and professional managers that I've ever seen. She really cares about the store and I can tell she wants the store and it's image to change for the better. Since she's been there, I've noticed that the store is much cleaner & changing for the better.

One of the managers says that Serve cards cannot be reloaded with debit cards, which is obviously not true. Says it’s been like that for years even though I’ve been reloading at Family Dollars every week, and have been to this location before (last time was less than a week ago!). Not sure if he is misinformed or just lazy. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on because of that manager.

They really need a new store manager they had to call her 5 time and they will take money from you and when you go back up there to tell them about it they act like they don't know what u talking and you see on my phon where they took both money off my card and dont know where my other money at to my other card tht i never use cause it was lock so yeah they will take money so I had to do all this on my phone and i called corporate...

I believe the manager that works at this family dollar store is very incompetent I'm still waiting on the reason she called the police on a child on Thanksgiving day.. She was not trespassed off the property. But I'm supposed to understand she's not allowed to come in the store to make any purchases including food. I would've felt much better if the two officers who followed my kids home would have told me my eleven year old and eight year old daughters was stealing is the reason they were called ....Thanks Family Dollar store in Eatonville and Eatonville police officers

It was a horrible experience there. The lad working the cashiered was arguing with a costumer. Then when I came up to pay for my drinks and was short and looked over to my friend to ask if he had any (which he didn’t) I went to tell the cashier that I’ll leave one one then she interrupts me and snatches the money out of my hand and tells me not to cry like a child and that I’m cheap for not giving her at least 25 cents. And then when I leave with the items she starts talking real loud about how we’re the bad ones. And when I went to call to complain it was the same lady and I was hoping she understand what she did was wrong she starts yelling at me and interrupts me while I’m trying to talk about the problem. I would definitely not come back here if your going to treat a customer like that.

This location is past ghetto. It’s people standing outside the front of the store. Soon as you walk into the store it’s a weed smell. The store was extremely messy like it’s looks like a tornado just hit. We wasn’t able to identify the prices of a couple of item due to the mess. The checkout was clutter and full of baskets with products. I’m guessing it’s their put backs. The cashier wasn’t friendly and the other worker was walking around the store loudly on her cellphone. I can see why the location was empty.

I had the very worst customer experience of my life today. I was humiliated in front of other customers by a woman named Maria who laughed at me for having to use food stamps to pay for food because I couldn't pay with actual cash, and calling me poor. I felt ashamed to be in that store. I work hard every single day to provide for my family, but sometimes you just need a little help. I don't think anybody should ever return to that store. Management needs to immediately remove her and request that she takes a sensitivity workshop class. I hope no one else has to deal with such hate from Maria.

Went in bought a car charger and when I went to put it in to charge my it came apart. Went back in for a refund and the cashier told me they can't exchange electronics I need to talk to her manager Maria. I talk to her and explained the problem to her and she told me they don't refund but I can exchange it for the same brand, even though the cashier told me THEY DON'T EXCHANGE electronic. Bunch of THIEVES. So I left without my product or money. So FU.
