Recently bought a used travel trailer and after the first camping trip realized the drain was too low to the ground. Went to Boondocks RV and explained the issue and they agreed it was too low and they would raise it higher. Dustin was my tech for the repair and he did an excellent job. Also checked my fresh water tank and made some repairs to it. Shortly after getting it home I had accidentally done some damage to the awning, I called them and explained what had happened and asked if I could bring it back, and they said no problem. Second time I was there Sonny looked at the awning and gave me an estimate that was reasonable and Sonny had it repaired and back to me very fast. I was happy and appreciative of both fast and thorough repairs. Everyone there including the office staff was friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back if I need anymore work done to my travel trailer.

We had an awesome experience with having an emergency repair done on our Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome. The office personnel had Sonny call us back immediately with an estimate and he arranged for the service tech, Pat, to make the repairs. We were sold the wrong cord from a large local RV dealer but Pat was able to use the existing cord. They had to go to a different location to get the parts needed. Thanks to Boondocks Mobile RV we are able to continue with our travel plans. We will bring our motorhome back to them for future service! Highly recommend them!

Took motorhome in to get leveling system diagnosed. It was showing jacks down when up and not working at all. Thought I would have to wait for parts and warranty approval but they had the parts there and fixed the problem while I waited for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend using them

Sonny and the team went over and above to ensure our RV was in top condition for the upcoming travel season! We had several repairs performed on the inside as well as replacing the membrane over the dining room slide out And sealed all body cracks on sides and roof! They also replace the awning motor covers that a tree broke off (ok, I hit the tree!). They went out of their way to ensure a quality job

Stopped in to ask about having air put in the tires and learning how to do it on my new class c. They were kind enough to do it and not charge me and suggested that I get extensions on the tires to make it easier for me when I do it myself. They went out of their way to help me knowing that with my recent Broken leg I need to do it the easiest way. They also made suggestions for things I needed done that they didn’t handle, but I will be back to them for those things that they Will do re warranty work. Thank you Amber and Joe.

This company is fantastic! I had one technician come out and diagnose the problem and then scheduled another technician to come perform the work at a later date. We had an extremely bad problem with a broken weld on one of our slides. They made an amazing repair and we could not be happier with their work or their staff. They were all super great to work with. We were also pleased with their pricing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing RV repair of any kind.

I am a Happy Camper!!! Just before a trip to the beach in our camper we discovered the back AC was not working. I looked through Yelp and found Boondocks Mobile RV Service and messaged them. They called me a set up an appointment quickly.A little backstory...We've had our new fifth wheel for a year and a half and we are are still new campers. We have always taken our camper back to the dealer to get it fixed and months later finally get it back with something else wrong. No joke! it's happened numerous times. The last time we took it in they had it for 6 MONTHS. I had to cancel so many trips which cost us deposits. I tell this story because I never knew I could had Boondocks come to me!! I am sooooooo happy!Boondocks came out next day and found my AC was done in. We have an extended warranty so it was covered, but unfortunately for our beach trip we had to wait until the AC could be sent to them before they could install it. We did okay with one AC and then Hurricane Dorian ruined the second beach weekend (but not really, as it didn't hit us). As soon as the new AC was in they came out and installed it quickly. I asked them if they could fix a blind that had fallen and a few other things and BAM! it was all done. They really know their stuff and get down to work. I found the technicians knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up everything from the repair. For the first time in a year and a half our RV has nothing wrong or broken. I would also like to say that within the first 10 minutes of Nate checking out our RV on the first trip out he taught me things I didn't know about my camper! If you have an RV, you know things break. Call Boondocks and your problems are solved.

Stear clear. Charged $166 to "diagnose" an issue. Five minutes of work. Said it would be easy to do, then had his secretary call to announce he couldn't help us. Spent alot of time promoting his business a while back. I regret that!!! Alot of honorable and respectful alternatives to this company.Not contacted for a reimbursement of the $166. Never contracted with another company for issues.

I have a 2019 Airstream and one of my two AC units stopped blowing air. After some troubleshooting, I couldn't figure it out. Admittedly, I called around to a few places and no one would even return my call. I luckily landed on Boondocks Mobile RV, and I was greeted immediately by Holly on the telephone. Not only did Holly answer my call, but she set an appointment for the next day. At the time window for my appointment, Patrick, the technician, arrived on time, he was very professional, worked quickly, and somehow got my AC blowing again. I will definitely use them again. Also, the charges were reasonable.

I’ve used Boondocks several times over the last few years. Today reaffirmed why I always call them first. They work diligently to get to you as soon as possible, they keep in touch about the schedule, they are over the top polite and professional, and very reasonable in their rates. I’ve had terrible experiences with the syndicated shops in my area. If you have an RV issue give them a call.

Everyone in office very friendly and helpful finding me a refrigerator that would fit in the space i had. Crew came out replaced Dometic fridge for a residential fridge installed inverter for fridge and did some other work. Guys were very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I will use them again if need be. Would Highly Recommend. I have used lots of mobile RV repair service's in the past 25 yrs and this company is by far the best one yet.

Wish I could give them a lower rating. My motorhome kept popping a circuit breaker. I called them, they sent Nathan out. He looked at it estimated $2000 repair. The first time he "fixed" it. He was not packed up before a whole wall lost power. He said it was fixed. A week later the same wall lost power again. For a second time, he came out and said it was fixed; no charge, it was his mistake. When Ian hit, the same wall again lost power. I made an appointment once again. This appointment was changed by them twice, and the last time I was not informed. So the next time he came out, he said he had to put in another 10ft of wire, and it would take an hour. Imagine my surprise when the "new" estimate wanted an extra $800, and it was still the same problem.Call them at your own risk.

Called to see about an RV generator repair - was told they do not repair anything associated with fuel on the generator - fuel pump, filter, lines, etc. Just never heard of this from an RV repair service.

Wonderful service. They installed all the lights under our motor home last year at the Tampa RV Show and again this year due to problems we had with the lights. They had to make multiple trips back and forth from the show out to our motor home, but got everything finished and working beautifully before we left for home.
