I was always allured by the exterior design Airstream campers! 💯 and finally I got to check inside of many of them! Wow!! What an impressive facility and staff. Christine and Johnny got me an appointment, took my input information and called me the next week letting me know it was fixed and ready. They were both extremely professional and personable. The repair techs were comprehensive, accurately identified issues, provided detailed workmanship and made me feel I had finally found "The right service department" and repairmen. What a positive experience I had. They analyzed my issues, addressed them with me, fixed what needed to be fixed and educated me on a couple of issues that would greatly help me in maintenance and operation in the future. Without digressing, this facility took care of my Classic 28 where other facilities were a total debacle. Should you want quality service, repairs done right and service to a higher standard, I highly recommend Tampa Airstream to care for your rig.

Buying experience was great, love the vehicle (Interstate 24gt). Service department doesn't answer phone, left 2 messages in last 10 days and no return call. I guess I'll have to find another place to service it. Otherwise great vehicle, quality build, sales department was excellent...shame the service department is lacking.

Purchased 2024 Airstream International FBT. Sam made the purchase process painless. Kim in finance did a great job and made things easy with a video call explaining all the paperwork. Josh explained all the updated technology in my new Airstream very well. I learned quite a bit and he had some nice pointers on the various systems throughout. Cody was fantastic getting my tow hitch swapped out and provided great insight on brake controller and anti sway system. Only one small issue with the shower head the first night of ownership. Johnny made that right the very next day with a new one. Overall, I highly recommend Airstream of Tampa for sales and service. The crew down there are top notch!

This Airstream dealership is very small, not well organized, and has limited inventory. There are no prices on new or used inventory - not even dealer codes to use your phone to enter into their website to know what you are looking at and the price. You have to go back into the showroom and ask and even then the answers are vague. Seems like prices might vary depending on other factors...kinda shady. The used trailers didn't even seem like they were cleaned. Yup, it's Airstream but this dealership could be so much better. On a side note, we visited the Biggest RV Dealer in the World right up the road and that place really knows how to treat potential buyers with customer service and ease of figuring out prices and details of every vehicle on their lot without a salesperson. Airstream would be better off sending their trailers to them to sell.

I was initially satisfied with Airstream of Tampa when the new 2023 23FBT was agreed to. During the actual purchase payment process there was a situation which almost caused me to walk away but the purchase was completed.Last year the 23FBT had a first warranty appointment. Had to wait many weeks, as expected, and then leave it for a time. When I picked the 23FBT up the service adviser wasn't there and no one else could address the work. After I got home and opened it and noticed that the table was still crooked.I've given up on this dealership. Need to go elsewhere.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our Airstream through their top notch salesperson, Eneida Baldera. She worked with us for 5 months to find us the perfect Airstream! I can't say enough about how much of a joy she was to work with the entire time. During our purchase, we also worked with Kim Pantoja in Finance along with Christine Coker and Cody in Service. All outstanding individuals who go above and beyond to help their customers. 5+ stars to all!

Unbelievable! They have a fabulous show room. One section is a museum. They even have a 360 video to show you the Airstream factory in Ohio, the mother ship! Another area has two Airstreams to tour and another section is a gift and supply store. So beautiful! Super friendly staff!

I highly recommend Airstream of Tampa for all of your trailer needs. We've now had two Airstreams serviced here, with exceptional results each time. Recently, we needed an entire side panel on our 30' 2023 Globetrotter replaced, which had us feeling a bit worried about such a substantial repair on our pricey and new coach. Darnel was fantastic at answering all of our questions and walked us through their entire process step by step. Not only did they complete the repair to perfection, but they also made sure that all of our warranty repairs were handled to our satisfaction. All in all, we are incredibly happy with the exceptional service we received and highly recommend Airstream of Tampa. Look no further for all your Airstream needs, as this team is top-notch and dedicated to delivering the very best service.

I purchased two Airstreams from this location and was happy with their service. Not so much good luck next door when I purchased a new Class A Newmar Dutch Star. The GM at the Airstream dealer is very attentive and always available to assist. Good experience in general.

⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️warning warning warning fellow airstreamersI just saw this on a Facebook post from airstream addicts group:I'm sure none of you have any experience with this but I'll put it out there. We had our airstream at Airstream of Tampa getting warranty repairs done. We had been calling for the last week trying to find out if it was finished and have had no response from the service department. The other night we got a call from Tampa police and they found our airstream about 30 min away with people living in it.We just spoke with airstream of Tampa and they didn't know it was stolen and said they are not responsible. It doesn't seem right since it was in their care and supposedly in their locked facility. I mean its a pretty new airstream, the shower, stove nothing has ever been used and now someones been living in it.Any ideas?Make sure u don’t go a day without calling these ppl. I will never bring my airstream here so glad we were made aware of how they do business.

We want to trade our basecamp in for a sprinter. But after the way this service department runs, not a chance! Multiple calls and messages requesting an appointment for a simple fix, and no call back. When we do get someone on the phone we just get the run around. It is seriously bizarre. I would never buy from them if this is how they run a service department. Buyer beware!

Can't say enough about how amazing Darnell and the team are! We are having some pretty extensive work done right now and everything has been such a great experience. There has not been "No," to anything we have asked!Pick up day and Darnell, Willie and the rest of the team didn’t disappoint! The quality was on point! Update 4/9/24, Not sure what happened but, I’m sorry to say that this dealership’s service department has gone downhill big time. The people are nice, they seem like they want to be helpful but getting work done, at least in our experience, has been very frustrating!! It has taken months to get a repair done. You give them a list of things and they don’t even do them all or make a “temporary fix” and force you to come back. Communication is horrible at best and getting a straight answer is all but impossible!! We personally will NOT be returning here for any service or repair work!! I’m giving them 3 stars because we did have a good buying experience here. Just don’t depend on them for service or repairs!!Excellent Customer Service!! We purchased our original Airstream Basecamp 16 elsewhere, but when we took it here for service they were wonderful!! So much so, that when we upgraded to our new Airstream 27 International we purchased from them. We have had a couple of minor issues and they have always been great to deal with and can’t say enough about their customer service!! Definitely will be a customer for as long as we own an Airstream and highly recommend them!! GS

In January, we sustained some body damage after a storm down in the keys. After hearing about another Airstreamers rig getting stolen off their lot, I'm so glad I decided to take it to my home dealership instead of getting the work done here!

I will give service 5 stars -delivery- I should get a refund - I paid $500 for delivery and it was delivered locked with no keys - and it was ok with the dealer that I had to cancel my maiden trip with the trailer rather than get me my keys that day or next - it was delivered without some of the required partsSales and sales support was non existent- horrible and almost two months later you would think someone would have followed up to see how our ownership experience has been but in reality they don’t careAirstream as a product is awesome and I am sure we will upgrade soon but I will go out of state before I do business with these people again

We’ve had two experiences with this dealership and both have been 100% positive. We are recently full time RVers and ordered parts through Airstream of Tampa a few months ago. The parts arrived on time and the staff was very helpful when we picked them up. We happen to be in the area again and had a concern about our hitch setup. They made a couple of adjustments and got us back on the road again feeling safer. The service manager, Brian, told us what he could do and then followed through with it. The technician who made the adjustments (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) then explained exactly what he did and why, and reviewed the hardware on the hitch with us as well. The receptionist in the service department also got involved when we asked a random question about the sensors in the gray/black tanks. Everyone we’ve had contact with at this dealer exhibited care for our safety and wanted to answer questions as best they could. This crew is top notch in our opinion.

On the way to the Keys had a bad latch lock on the front storage compartment of our Flying Cloud FB23. Could not get the lock to open to get to the tools and electrical cord. Technically the dealership was closed but there were a couple of techs working however one them volunteered to help. We just purchased the unit a few months ago had it back one other time for minor including the same lock. Each time these guys are professional, awesome and very helpful. Thanks guys.

I will reserve an opinion. I went in and no one would assist. Also, looking at the trailers, I did find trailers that matched my vehicle to tow up to 5,000 pounds. However, no one would move from a desk to assist. I will research online to verify if Airstreams are considered "An All Seasons RV". If it is, I will return -- they are nice RVs. In fairness, it was late in the afternoon and only two persons were present to assist, but someone could have said hello!

Purchased a 2020 Caravel and overall had a very pleasurable experience. There was zero pressure from the salesman, Tyler, and dealing with the finance/sales manager was pleasurable. Before delivery they conducted a detailed inspection and spotted a minor defect that they have already scheduled to fix, they also provided us with a detailed overview of our new airstream. We do wish this overview was a bit more in depth, but overall we had a very pleasurable experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for an airstream, the cream of the crop when it comes to travel trailers.
