Very unfriendly & rude lady at checkout. This has happened twice so I gave her the benefit of the doubt- first time maybe having a bad day but same way again! Went and told the manager & she just looked at me & said I ‘ll talk to her & went about doing whatever she was doing!!!! Done with giving them my business!!

For some reason it won't let me leave another review so I have to just edit the one I already left. Once again our friend Jessica is working and stuff is messes up and this has got to be te rudest f ING store they have. It's sad that I have bad insurance but the fact that this is the only store they use to fill is disgusting and needs to change. Today is 12-4-2023. Yhe pharmacist is rude and is just down right ignorant. They need to rehire their whole pharmacy staffThis was from 2 months agoWorst customer service I have ever dealt with. I don't know which one is Jessica but she is a straight B. And is rude as hell. If she can't do a simple task as to look up a script without a attitude she should have to fine a job. It's sad I thought walmart was bad but they beat them.

Never has the medicine you need and only makes up excuses every time my insurance only goes through them but will be dropping my insurance for another just because of Walgreens

Love the different than Walmart items found in Walgreens. Feels different in the store. Less people , cleaner but plenty of makeup, medicine, candy, perfume, toiletry items and basic foods

Unfortunately the staff has changed and the customer service has declined significantly. No more friendly staff, no smiles when you check out anymore. If you do not check your receipt, you will pay full price on BOGO items and then experience the uncomfortable refund process from the annoyed staff who now run the register. I have been a regular shopper at Walgreens, even paying higher prices to avoid Walmart. Sadly, numerous encounters of the same customer service in the last few months have changed my shopping habits for future purchases.

Sadly the service is now rather lacking. Due to a computer glitch I couldn’t get my grocery items picked up at the pharmacy desk. I called and was finally able to get the staff member to understand the issue and was told the items would be sent back. We went back around to the pharmacy and the pharmacy tech had no idea. We went around again and I called. The leadership, Beth then informed me that they had taken the items as soon as they knew about them, which could not be true as it had been at least five minutes for us to drive around, wait for the car in front of us, and the wait for the pharmacy tech to let us know they hadn’t been sent. All around a frustrating experience considering I am injured and had ordered at a pharmacy to make my life simpler. The lack of any apology for the delay and straight up lying was especially disappointing.

On the corner of Happy and healthy the store was not clean so it's not healthy the employees were not friendly so not happy they're slogan doesn't fit the store

Good store, well stocked, and friendly staff. I go there frequently for all types of things. I'm 69 and must admit I like the well stocked candy section. I do hope you will order the Elmer's Heavenly Hash bars for Easter. HINT HINT. I think they are a bit expensive on a lot of things (comparatively) so if I could give 4.5 stars I would.

I have never had the need for the pharmacy until recently to make an appointment for COVID vaccine and flu vaccine. I was informed by a Pharmacy employee that both vaccines could not be administered together. My knowledge is that both can be applied ( One shot to one arm ) And the other arm. I've spoke to individuals that have had it done. No side effects. So now, I'm concerned about the capabilities of the pharmacy. But overall, I have had years { Decades } of positive shopping experiences at every Walgreens! And the employees are helpful, courteous and pleasant. My end thoughts on reviewing: Keep in my that you don't know what a person is going through in life. Also, communication is key. Maybe that person misunderstood what you said or vice versa. Smile! It's free and maybe that's all that other person needs. Be compassionate. Most importantly, stop being a whiny, complaining self absorbed shopper! Live life! Be nice! People respond to kindness.

Had a very bad experience with Walgreens yesterday that I won't go into only because I received a call from the manager, Nick, today.I expressed my concerns and he listened patiently and then offered a solution that I was happy with.So, thanks, Nick, for your excellent customer service!

This is the worse Walgreens I've been to. Bathroom was nasty, pharmacy was closed without notice on the windows. We had Covid boosters set up with appointments which wasn't going to happen. We received no notice via text for the cancelation nor a way to reschedule.28 miles we drove for the shots. Horrible way for customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been on the fence about posting this but if helps just 1 person I'm good with that. I went in 2 days ago because my neighbor said they had at home Covid tests. I went to the Pharmacy and asked, and the girl said they didn't have any, and they haven't had any in over a week. I said are you sure. Because my neighbor just bought some here. She gave attitude and tried to pass the buck. The Parmacist then spoke up and said they didn't have any and I was wrong. Her name was Natalie I think. She said go up front maybe they have some. Really...On my way to the front a lady stopped me and said here is our Manager. He asked what the problem was and I explained to him what happened. He told me the employees had the right to hold product for themselves. At the same time another lady ran up and said she was the one who sold them but she was out. I said that's fine I will go to corporate and see how they feel about this. I told them they were wrong for doing something like this. People need these tests. She then ran behind the counter, held up 2 tests and said,"how many do you need"? I couldn't believe it. They stood there and lied straight to my face. I told her I only needed 2 because my wife tested positive and we wanted to monitor. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. I can only hope someone higher the chain up will look into this and fix it. Like I said though. I WILL NEVER KNOW BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT I HERE AGIAN.

NICK yelled and screamed at me after putting 500$ on our card and we went to walmart to put the extra 100$ on there., "NO YOU CANT GO TO WALMART AND PUT MORE ON THERE" and I cried and drove off in terror. I'm scared of that store and my family will never use Walgreens again,. The nightmares I have of that man screaming at us is still on my mind..

This store has the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. First off, I was blatantly ignored by the cashier for 3-4 minutes when I walked in the store. One of the managers was extremely sarcastic and belittled me. I didn’t realize their return window for my purchase was closed. That was my mistake. However, when the manager was called she was rude toward me. I then go to make another purchase (only because I absolutely had to), and she’s at the counter. She then recites the return/non return policy to me and asks me if I understand this time. That is uncalled for and unprofessional. I never made a scene or argued about a return I was trying to make.I will be taking my business to a CVS that is entirely out of my way. I refuse to be treated that way. I will not be back.

If I could rate this store less than 1* I would!! Got there this evening to pick up photos; salesperson Tammy very rude not only to myself but also to another customer who drove 30 miles to pick up photos. I understand mechanical/operational/technology fail BUT what happened to customer service?? When a customer gets a text/email saying photos are ready don't tell your customer they lied! Photos are miss printed and Tammy blames me for cropping them and tells me that's the problem I shouldn't have done them on my phone or online! Btw i didn't crop my pictures!I will take my business somewhere else!! #customerservice101

I have been doing buisness with Walgreens in Defuniak Springs Florida for 5 years and have not had 1 not 1 problem. What folks don't know is you reach a call center for Walgreens. Very simple tell them you want to speak to the store. So the problems are you talk to a call center what do you expect and when they try to tell me that they can help me. My exact words I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE STORE! So the complaints listed are unfounded trype

It took over 6 hours to fill my prescription. Every time that I call the tech somehow hangs up on me. Not happy. I never thought that I would say this but I will recommend Walmart from now on.There seem to be No one in charge. Every time that i call in a refill or check on my order, I get a different story.No one knows whats going on.Go to Fishers, Prescription place or walmart.

NEEDS TO BE 24 HOUR STORE FOR THIS SMALL TOWN! Especially if everything else is closed like Walmart only place left to get emergency medicine in the middle of the night is tomb thumb (if theyre even open too) and they dont have what I need !!!!!!!! This town really needed a walgreens but step it up a notch give this town a little bit more and make it 24 hrs for the poor moms up in middle of the night .

Went to the store today presented a coupon I receive for my birthday to give me additional discounts that basically can never be achieved because it’s always on your next visit after you spend 25 ,50 or hundred dollars once you’ve picked up your items that you want to buy they give you a whole seven days to come back and spend another $25-$50 there coupon system is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced as I told the clerk when I called back CVS will be our store of the future, ridiculous coupon system what a rip off, BEWARE

I think people are complaining about the on-line assistance Walgreens has (Iwasn't that impressed either; I think that is a corporate thing), but the employees at the pharmacy/store in DeFuniak Springs, FL are great and very helpful.

Please change your hours accordingly Pharmacy closes at 7:00 pm as of 2-4-2022 . I arrived at 7:05 pm they had closed at 7:00.
