My 85 year old father went into town today by himself and decided to purchase a new flagpole and 4, 80# bags of Quikrete. Fortunately a sales associate helped him get the bags on his cart. However after paying for it at the register the so-called professional staff left this 85 year old man to load these 80 pound bags by himself into his car. Thankfully customers saw him loading his car and stepped in to help this 85 year old man load his car.Poor poor poor customer service. VERY SAD.But I would like to thank my fellow man for looking after my father who would have tried to load these 80 pound bags by himself.

Lowes always has what we need.I use to be a big home depot shopper but they always seem to be out of what I need or only have it online... the employees at Lowes are definitely more helpful and seem to be nicer overall...

We jist had a lowes delivery, . The delivery drivers took out our front gate and drove off. ,,Lowes did send a new gate and I replaced it so I could secure my property. But they use a 3rd party company to deliver and push all issue to the 3rd party, If this had been a real issue , something critical I would be I n my own , tall the manager says is I can do anything its 3rd party responsibility, BE WARRY IF YOU USE THEM FOR DELVERIES , YOU MAY END UP WITH MAJOR HEADACHES. as for me , I fixed my gate , I'm d9ne with lowes or any other company that uses 3rd party deliveries, I learned my lesson cheaply

I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes in Defuniak Springs today, and I had a pleasant experience. Mark from the garden department was passing by as we were looking at them . He stopped to help us, and I must say he is an asset to the store. He stayed with us from start to finish, and he was multi-tasking. People were calling him on the radio device they carry around he would help them while helping me. We were impressed by his dedication to the company and to helping customers. Can't wait to get my new washer and dryer.

My mom and I were looking for some potting soil the manger much had seen that I was looking and ask could he help us him and Trish was so very helpful They were a great team. They loaded everything in our truck, so glad we had Mr. Marshall and Trish to help us... Thanks 💞

Don't believe the delivery date stated...We are five days out from what was promised online. After calling about, I was put on hold for 25 minutes then told to call another number. We finally received our stove...it was beautiful.

My father had neurosurgery for a malignant brain tumor a few weeks ago. All he wanted was to buy an outdoor chair so he could sit outside & talk with his friends for however much time he has left on this plane of existence, & these were the most unhelpful people. Three of them at the cash register took ages to even look up & acknowledge that we were standing there waiting for help. We were told incorrect information about where the chair was, we were unable to secure help from a worker to get us the chair off the high shelf so we can buy it. The worker that did show up complained to US about how hard it is for customers to get help in that section, then told us we had to go outside to buy the chair instead of just helping us get one off the shelf like we asked. Well guess what, that chair wasn't in the outside selection, & I have my own problems, I don't need the worker whining to me about how hard their life is, they haven't done life on hard mode until their loved one has a brain tumor cut out. I thought Lowe's was in the business of selling things, not putting up every possible roadblock to prevent you from making a purchase. I am disgusted. I wish bad vibes on every employee we had the misfortune of interacting with for the rest of their days.

Although their posted hours were incorrect at the time of my visit the staff was very friendly and understanding. Dale was particularly helpful in the search for a replacement shower door. He offered suggestions and advice and well as located a few options online to suit the size of the shower opening. Each visit to this location really proves how wonderful their staff is as their actions have made my family and I repeat customers.(New hours as of 7/18/19 Mon-Fri: 6am-9pm, Sat: 7am-9pm, Sun: 8am-7pm.)

We waited about 45 minutes to get assistance. Came back later and spent about an hour before giving up. After getting help from a grandson, we went back today and purchased the product. Lows stores are much better than this. There were associates that kept passing by and having paying for assistance. Lows is still my main store of choice. 3 stars for this week only.

Unfortunately, Jordan was exceptionally rude while trying to spend money today. I know work is hard to find but he’s unable to differentiate letters on a drivers license. So rude that I have convinced myself I don’t want this trash flooring or to shop at Lowe’s anymore. Spoke with Luisa from customer service and she was quite comparable. Went back and forth about a couple of dollars they say they can’t match with their own store. So glad to see how they do business because that will save me so much frustration in the end. Customer service is everything.

We went to Lowe’s and everyone was very helpful! The cashier, I believe her name was Nevera, (I hope that was right, my apologies if I got it wrong) was exceptional! I hope Lowe’s knows how fortunate they are to have her. She was so nice and helpful! She seemed to really enjoy her job and the people she helped.

A customer service individual named Junbo was particularly helpful on Friday, Feb 23rd at the Lowes in DeFuniak Springs, FL. He helped me find products and went to the parking lot to get me a shopping cart. Please see to it that he receives recognition.

The lack of customer service these days is mind boggling. I stopped by the Defuniak Springs Lowes to buy a $250 10ft steep ladder. They didn't have any inside the store, but I was told they keep them locked up out back. After waiting for over 30 minutes for a manager to come unlock one, I gave up and left. Maybe I'll have better luck at Home Depot.

I had a credit card with lowes , made every payment and got a notice one day that Lowes was stopping my credit after they looked at my credit line and said I had to many revolving credit cards so they just closed my credit with them . I will never shop at lowes again . Lowes is approximately 4 miles from my house and I will drive 45 minutes away to Home depot before I'll shop at lowes ever again.

Mark in the seasonal section of the Defuniak Springs FL store on Mar 29 2024 was a great help in getting me hooked up with the Fire Ant poison I needed! Even climbing ladders and fetching it down from in the rafters!!

We needed a stove ASAP and drove as far as 60 miles 1 way to check out other options available. Turns out that the Lowe's in our town not only had the stove we purchased but with their credit card they offered 0% financing available if paid off in 1 year, $100 off any purchases of $500+ for the 1st time use of the card and even had it in stock. Delivery and installation being offered in less than 2 days is a blessing. Other stores have to go through a 3rd party and could only offer a 7 - 14 day waiting period.

This seemed to be a smaller Lowes Store. The items were in stock in the electrical dept. It's odd to get to because of the Lowes sign placement. The road was blocked by some inconsiderate customers. The passage was too narrow for traffic to pass. It doesn't seem to be well managed

I asked if they had a veterans discount. Cashier said yes. Asked for military ID,. showed it to her. Then she wanted me to fill out some kind of membership form.I said no thanks. Just keep the discount If I have to join your, information gathering & sharing quest.

I was there with my wife and I brought 80 bags of concrete told the cashier that I needed help and she say someone was going to help me and the 2 guys outside didn’t do anything i ended up doing it to my self and this is not the first or second time is always like that if I go to Lowe’s if because they have more variety if not I would totally go to Ace or Frank and cash but I like to go to Lowe’s to go see more stuff but you guys have to do something about this people that you are paying and they are not helping people to loading… my wife help me out and they were just talking about like this is NOT COSTUMER SERVICE

I would give this store 0 stars but it won't let me... the rudest lowes I've ever been in.... from management on down... had interactions with 4 employees and all made you feel like they were inconvenienced by you asking a question or needing help... the first guy got passed off that I asked for help... there was a price difference in the insulation that I was purchasing that I needed clarification on.... after he rudely walked maybe 30 feet away to answer my question his answer was " I don't make the prices" and told me to order it online and walked off...it only got worse from there... other employees seemed not willing to help or competent enough...finally found a manager who also had a rude demeanor so I see where they get it from.... ended up leaving the store to drive to ft.walton because I refuse to give this lowes any credit for my purchase

Got a smoker today and it was damaged, I called the store and they said bring it back and they would exchange it because they had I more. Went to store and waited 20 minutes to return and try to exchange it. Finally got some help and they told me they didn’t have anymore after lady on phone puts eyes on it. I told them just to refund my money . After getting my money back I went to isle that I got the other one and found brand new one on shelf within 2 minutes of getting my money back. I went back to return desk to try and get some help getting it down and 2 ladies at return desk just ignored me so I left. It cost me 2 hours and a lot of gas money. Last time ever dealing with Lowe’s anywhere . I used to spend anywhere from 10 to15 thousand dollars a year but never again, this is not the only time I’ve had problems with Lowe’s in DeFuniak springs . Need to fire some people
