The reviews were too good to be true...or so I thought. I am very pleased with how well my pup was treated. Many are hesitant about dealing with a bull dog and do not account for differences in temperament between individuals. Not true for Best Pals! They managed my shy, submissive guy wonderfully. Sign me up as a new customer!

This was our first time leaving our pets (3 dogs & 3 cats) for boarding. It was a great experience! The owner and team members went out of their way to be helpful and take care of our pets. Clean, very nice facility with lots of room for pets to enjoy playtime and exercise. We will be back. Thank you!!

Needed a place to watch our baby while we went away for a few days. She absolutely LOVED it there! They're amazing people and give your babies lots of love and attention. Pretty sure it was harder on us to be away than it was for her 👍

This place so cute and far in the woods ,they have outdoor running places and indoor little room for overnight. they send picture to my home for our dog that is so sweet. I love it , only one thing need pay attention is the address on the map some time give you wrong address we drive totally wrong places first time so better call because you go if is you first time.

I can't say enough about the folks and the facilities here. I have a fussy attention needing English Mastiff and she loves it here! Every time I turn onto the property, she can't wait to get out of the car and go in. Leaving, you can tell she is disappointed. Maeve is spoiled here! Any trip I need to take, I don't worry about her care!

We could not be more pleased with the commitment to caring for our 3 cats while we evacuated from our home in St. Petersburg, Florida. The facility was clean, spacious and had all the amenities cats love, like tunnels and beds, blankets and attention. When we had to extend their stay until we could travel, the owner was so very accommodating, and always available by phone. It was with a great peace of mind that our cats were well cared until we could return to Best Pals Pet Resort.

My dog LOVES to spend the day at Best Pals!! Sarg has also stayed for 2 weeks when I was out of town. They are very conscientious with each pet. Renee even sent pictures of my dog when I traveled. So sweet.

I worked here for a month, in that month i found they didnt let the dogs out as much as they said they did to the clients. they hardly checked on them, screamed at them for being dogs and just didnt provide a happy time until right before the parents came to pick up the dogs or cats then they let them run. they also let my dog get hurt during being watched on my day off he came home with ripped out fur and a bite mark they say they provide a safe loving place but they do not

Very clean place, big shady area outside for the dogs to play almost all day, ( also an area for smaller dogs,) taking dogs on walks to the wooded area, they even have a large covered area for the dogs incase it rains...these people really care and the animals are not locked up in a cage the whole dayGreat pace for cats too...
