Great experience and great service. The woman at the register was super nice and caring to the customers. Some random lady was nice enough to show me these dog toys were on sale. My dog loves these pull apart toys, she destroys them in 30 seconds. On another random note, I saw the most beautiful woman there I have ever seen in my natural life. I got to help her carry her dog food to her car, just for her boyfriend to come scoop her up. It’s all good, I still love you PetSmart 😂😂😂

Nice place for all your pet needs. Got our big tank from there and got it all set up. The lady there was very helpful. She helped us put everything in the car. Make sure to have a big enough vehicle. We had to make 2 trips. Other than that, everything was awesome.

Did a walk-in for nail grinding for two chi-weenie dogs today. The staff was very pleasant and a wonderful job. I will be a returning client for sure. Thanks for what you do!

The dog training here is out of control. Staff doesn't just use the fenced off ring, but stages chairs in the store for the dogs and owners. Beware, I needed cat litter and had to wait until they were finished and went back to the fenced ring before I could get the cat litter on the shelves. They had chairs in front of shelves. It's PetSmart, not DogSmart. Think about this staff! The store should be people friendly too.

Boxer mix baby girl doesn't like pedicures. Other places (vet office) wanted to sedate or muzzle her before they would attempt doing her nails again.The girls at PetSmart talk to her, check her over, and get her done. Poor girl shook from the time we arrived to heading out the door, but this is typical of any store outing.PetSmart did good...lol

Love pet Smart but the groomers OMG. getting scratches from my dog after they "trim" his nails. Even if it's not included with the trim, let someone know in advance what to expect. Now my legs are scratched. And then when I asked about the "grind" it's "oh he may not be able to handle it". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Brought my Chorkie in for a grooming with Brie. I can't say enough what an absolutely fantastic job she did!!! Best grooming we have ever had!!! Thank you for such a great cut on our little puppy!!!

Lots of toys, treats , clothing, accessories, like collars,, harnesses and shocking collar and crates for training and so much more..the girl's are always exausted after a trip to our local Petsmart... . The staff is friendly they follow covid 19 store cleaniness.. and cbc guidelines and recommendations. Sell dry and wet food.Store has my eclectus parrot items such as food, cage, toys and more..they also sell aquariums, to fish, rabbits, cats and again so much moreMy kiddos love to pick they're treats out, grab a ball or something more..lol and afterwards it's nap time woof woof

Got my baby girl Nova there in July, she was apparently lost when found, she was sunbleached and scraggly. When I met her, I knew she was the one for me....she was shy at first, but now she's the silliest and cutest cat, I've ever met...thank you PetSmart for finding this baby for me, she is the best thing that's ever happened to me, I love her so much <3

I had arrived at 11:30am to your store location 1900 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. As I had walked in went straight to your beta fish to purchase one. As I had arrived I had found 9 dead beta fish with this white mold as it has not been token care of and disposed. It is unprofessional and disgusting. As I had went to inform one of the Customer Service Associate I had asked how often do they feed and change fishes water she informed me every other 2 days as I asked why there was mold on the fishes that passed away her words to me were “ I just got here a hour ago and I will go clean all the dead fish” with a compete attitude . Also with that being provided with the alive fish there was a film in the bowl. As I will never go there again you have lost my business.

We enjoy being able to take our girls out shopping on occasion. They enjoy visiting this store. The Petsmart people are always helpful and courteous. The price matching policy is a great reason to Shop in-store too.We appreciated the young clerk checking for our best-price.

I really admire this store the workers are very helpful and patience to whatever question you may have turn on products concerning your pets! Petsmart is the store to holds all that is needed for my yellowbellies turtle🐢 my goldfish🐠 and my beautiful carmel small yorkie🐶 my daughter's handsome snowy white maites poo this store carry's a wonderful services to it's standards!!

Fantastic helpful staff! Was not pleased by concrete repair person who blocked front door with a vaccination sign I am use to moving things my husband in a wherlchair with his service dog..the sign wasnt even covering wet concrete and as a moved it she did step in it. Concrete is not good on dogs paws...its a pet store I did let him know it be better to put up a wet concrete sign..Staff was super helpful knew stock and took us to stock we needed.we even checked out the vet and receptionist and vet tech so kind and even gave us 24 hr emergency vet numbers in area.

I took my pup here and I’m really unhappy with the groom and the customer service. My dog had mats on his tummy and rear end that we had discussed. I told the groomer to do what she needed to do to make him comfortable but we were going to PA so I would like to keep the fur on his back if possible since it was not matted. I arrived to my dog being completely shaved and looking like a rat. I also noticed later he had a spot on his bum that looks like It was bleeding. I told the manager I wasn’t happy with the groom and I also didn’t understand why I was being charged a de-matting fee even though he was not de-matted, he was shaved. I was charged $107 for something I could’ve done in my backyard with a pair of clippers. He also didn’t even smell like he was bathed at all. His ears also weren’t plucked like I had asked. Completely dissatisfied with this experience at this PetSmart Grooming.

They never have in stock what their site says they sell almost everything I'm wanting to purchase is out of stock. Yet they expe t me to drive 4 plus hours to a store I'd never go to that has it in stock, but not in daytona ... why is that they have at some stores yet not the 2 that are within normal drive time.

It was my first experience at Daytona Beach Pet Smart. I desperately needed a prescription cat food. I was well received by the Veterinarian staff. They were very knowledgeable of the cat food I needed, I was on my way and very happy of the experience I just had. I highly recommend Daytona Beach Pet Smart to everyone. 😊

The PetSmart is Daytona is great! I. Adopted my cat through them. They show some animals for the HHS, so it was really from HHS, but they were very helpful. They give you a coupon for free cat food, litter, a vet visit, etc. They have a vet and groomer on-site. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly!! I definitely recommend it! They are a little pricey though.

The most sickening experience ever. They completely disabilitated my dog. I challenge you to ask for their qualifications before you get your dog back completely disabled. They will hand your dog back, get you out of the store, and claim you did something. A SICK CORPORATION.

I've never had any problems some times I wish they had a bigger cat supply option but they seem to be getting alot more in. Super friendly staff and very helpful. They do not have a cat groomer but we found a better option. There is a vet attached to this PetSmart location. We never been to it, but I think that's I pretty good idea. And we have adopted two cats from there that were from the local human society that they keep at PetSmart so people can see them more to get adopted faster.
