If your pup is too young to be neutered, don't bring them here. At 7 months old (my GSP) They don't get to play with other dogs which is not a deal breaker, but they only get 15 min outside twice per day. Plus bathroom breaks which the staff told me will total around 1 hour per day outside of their one room. Whereas the mixed dogs go outside and play for 45 min at a time. That's just ridiculous, especially since you pay more for them to stay separately! But you can purchase additional time outside lol! I do understand logistics but you have to do better for my pup for me to leave him here that's such a sad thought that for 23 hours he's just by himself in a room like he did something wrong. GOH!After reading more reviews I am more than relieved I did not leave him here and chose to leave.

I spoke to two employees who verified the was a promo for new guests for Free Night Boarding. After lengthy wait, I was transferred to LINDA. She sounded angry and irritated she had to deal with a potential new human customer. I was considering boarding my two dogs because Pet Paradise offered a free night. Linda angrily interrupted me stating”there is no free nights boarding unless I had paid three hundred ninety five dollars” . For what she didn’t specify. She also stated there was “ a mandatory grooming “ for my two dogs. $75.00 for one dog and $60.00 for a second. What’s up Pet Paradise? Your website indicates there is a free nights boarding for new customers. All dogs that stay at a boarding facility are bathed at no extra charge. Pet Paradise, get LINDA some customer service skills. She is horrid . I am afraid to leave my dogs there.

Today was the second time I have brought my golden retriever here to get groomed. The first time he looked super handsome and I loved it, they even put a tie on him. Today, however, was the opposite. I wanted them to make it look cleaner (he had some curly hair flying around), I told them I wanted his hair to stay long, just a little more organized. Well, that didn’t happen. No long hair on the legs, nor on the chest, only on the tail. And you can see in the picture that it was not done properly.Also, we got there at 9am and they called me to pick him up at 2:30pm, last time it took them 2 hours tops.I am very disappointed because not only they cut too much hair but they did not do it right.UPDATE:I got a call from Pet Paradise, they apologized, explained what happened, and gave me options to make this better, which I appreciate. I will give it one more try in the future just because I understand that things can go wrong sometimes and because they did not hurt my dog at all.

We decided to leave our 8-month-old Golden Retriever in Per Paradise because he supposedly has the best care of all! Supposedly it has good reviews and supposedly they have an appropriate place for our puppy that I eat from our family. Supposedly we paid for a super expensive service because we wanted them to take him out to play and relieve themselves on time. He stayed there 2 nights, however, when we arrived to pick up our puppy at about 4 pm but he started to urinate a little and we thought it was emotion, but the surprise was that he urinated for 1 minute or more there at the reception, we know our dog perfectly because he is trained to urinate outside and always warns to urinate, we asked the receptionist and she told us that a few minutes ago they had taken him to urinate but it is not like that! They lied to us, they hadn’t taken him out of his private room for more than 7 hours and our dog waited until he managed to get out of there. They didn’t answer anything, you can tell that they didn’t play with him all day and we paid for this service. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IN OUR LIVES, THEY ARE LIARS! NOTHING TO TRUST. I don’t recommend them.

I’ve boarded my dog at Pet Paradise before, but this last instance has made me very disappointed and I will not be returning. When I dropped my pet off I was told a completely different price from when she was picked up. I decided to call after to ask what their rates are and two people on the same day told me completely different prices and one of which mentioned additional mandatory chargers which I have not been made aware of any other time that I boarded my pet there. The individuals I spoke with on the phone were very kind but clearly there is major miscommunication happening. My pet also came home with an infection and could barely move for 3 days after. Just be careful if you board your pet here and make sure to get all the facts written on paper prior to board!

I have been trying to find out information about my new furry friend and I stumbled upon Pet paradise. I have received great assistance and information about what works best for my dog. Even upon arrival, I was welcomed with a warm greeting from Valentina who gave me everything I need to know about my dog. I was also given a brief tour of the facility and the dogs outside look so happy and healthy. The area is also very clean and well kept. Thank you to Valentina who kept great patience and kindness all throughout her assistance!

My baby, Chihuahua - Jack Russell mix, Bella, was always shy and sad when I traveled until she experienced the love @ Pet Paradise. They are the best! Bella now has PP doggie and people friends at both the Davie and Orlando locations. I am happy for her and I no longer feel guilty for taking a vacay!!!

I wish I could give it negative numbers!!! My dog Contracted 2 eye infections in there care and didn’t bother to even call me so I could take him to the vet!! Now I spent $1,700 and they don’t want to pay his vet bills. Simply awful place!! My dogs eye is still red and cloudy. Awful business!!Now you want to talk to me??? The manger told me this morning there was nothing she could do and asked me to leave!! What are you talking about having a manger reach out to me! I was there this morning! Did you forget!! I want the owner to call me! I want his email address. Maybe help me Howard can help me.

I'm really upset about this place. Their daily report never came go my email and when i picked up my dog it was in really bad conditions. She was 10 pound less and so weak. The report was all perfect but the dog was not in fact. See pictures below.

I always bring my Mini Golden Doodle here. He always comes back happy & healthy! They even have a rewards program. You can take your dog here for doggy daycare or even if you just want to bring your dog here and board your dog. I have brought my dog here for both and I was very happy with it. I felt safe and comfortable leaving my dog with them and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can even pay $5 extra a day and they will send you a daily picture of your dog and let you know how the dog is doing and they call it a report card which is cute. I recommend this place and I will be coming back.

My dog Buddy was boarded for three days, and I asked that Buddy's bag and zip lock bags be returned to me. Well, I picked up Buddy today, and everything I gave them for Buddy was trashed. I don't understand why they can't follow simple instructions. My instructions were also notated on the computer also.

I took my 🐕 to Pet Paradise In Fort Lauderdale ❤️ it there. I was very impressed with the DOG care 😁. Staff is amazing & a Big Plus to Kevin he is very nice & has great customer service :). Felt very comfortable leaving my 🐕. My 🐕 can't wait to go back & Sophie says thank you & WOOF WOOF 🐾

This place used to be good but recently has turned for the worst. Not only did my dogs NOT get their 2 - 30 minutes of play time, while I watched the yard cameras for 8 hours, but they both ended up with kennel cough. I just had a friend take her dog there last week and now she's telling me her dog has kennel cough. If they all would stay off of their cell phones and pay more attention to doing their job maybe they could turn it back around to a safe and fun place for dogs.I can not reply to the owners response, so in response to your question about contacting me to learn more, I would love for someone too but only if that someone can make a difference because I called the facility directly and spoke with a manager and I felt like I wasted my time.

No complaints...the staff is wonderful with pets. I've been taking my fur babies to Davie location for a few years now. Recently had an issue with reservations I made on line. Manager Karen along with Taylor & staff were able to accommodate my pups on short notice and my vacation went on without a worry. Saved me from a nervous breakdown. Thank you Pet Paradise/Davie! :)

My dog went here for doggy day care 1 time. From the beginning I felt a little uneasy that they wouldn't let me see the dog rooms. I had to see from one window far from where they actually were. They wouldn't let me go past a certain point of the facility. I explained I would not touch anything, I just want to make sure the areas are clean. Needless to say... I gave them a chance. I was suppose to leave him all day. But something kept telling me to pick up my fur baby. He was only there 3 hours. He looked ok when I picked him. Nothing seemed odd. A few days later I noticed him acting a little odd. Coughing like crazy and having a fever. Went to see my Vet... Now he has Kennel cough! I'm beyond upset to see my boy feeling so horrible. I called the facility to let them know what happened. No response and no call back. I definitely would never take my dog there ever again. I urge anyone who is thinking about this place. Please Please Please be careful. Kennel Cough is not a joke. I would recommend for you NOT to bring any animal here.

Brought my 4 year old pup here 3 times and she loved it. I was about to make this doggy daycare my “go to” facility but during her most recent visit, she became ill. I’ve been taking my dog to parks and a different daycare facility for the last 2 years and she has never gotten a respiratory infection until now. My pup is up to date with all required vaccinations from the previous facility which is more than what pet paradise requests, and somehow she still became ill. I understand these things are bound to happen when I place my pup in daycare but it’s upsetting when she’s been in a different daycare for the last 2 years and she has never had a problem until I placed her in this daycare.The staff is receptive and answered my questions. There are no complaints there. However, the three times I’ve walked in, the place has a pungent odor ( dogs and cats) that I’m certain they clean but nothing can hide the smell.Just be very careful with your fur babies, I’m still nursing my baby back to health. Needless to say, she won’t be returning either. I’m taking her back to her previous daycare.

This place is phenomenal and you can tell they really love pets. I leave my dog here 3 days a week for daycare and he is super excited whenever he knows he's being dropped off. The staff is super friendly, courteous, accessible, and do everything within their power to ensure your pet has a great stay. I'd recommend this place 100x over. Absolutely phenomenal.

I take my cat to Pet Paradise every time I go out of town or if there's an opening when the situation calls for it. The place is awesome. It's a beautiful place for the cats and the same for the dogs. I don't think they take fish, the reason I say this is I have one and my sister in law brought him to her work, at the hotel, and had her co workers feed him. And all is well

I have never been away from my two cats for any extended period of time and had a hard time choosing where to put them. Pet Paradise has a 24/7 camera in the cattery where I was able to watch them and by the 3rd day could tell they were happy. I did not know that the cats rotate turns having the whole space to roam about and relax in the sunny windows so that was a great plus. I loved watching them roam about and play with one another while I was gone. After a few days they didn't want to room together so staff separated them. I called when I noticed and staff was very responsive and helpful. Most staff also let them out together for their playtimes after the first day they were separated, without me needing to call and request it because I almost did, which also was important to me because around the house, they cuddle and groom one another.

I'm sad to have to write this review. I have left my dog there multiple times, but after this last time I will not be going back. I brought a healthy dog to spend the week there, but when I picked her up, she had a horrible ear infection in both ears. They refused to accept responsibility and instead blamed me saying I brought her there with the infection. I just had her groomed a week before and she was fine.So how can you tell me that no one on the staff noticed my dog shaking her head for 7 days and never made mention of it. Either when I brought her in or during the week. This just proves that the dogs get minimal attention. I paid for extra play time and she is supposed to be by herself when she goes out, but the staff doesn't notice anything wrong with her? I am very angry when I think about no one noticing her constantly shaking her head. I noticed it as soon as I got her home from there.Beware when you bring your dog, I wanted to see where my dog would be, but I was told that they couldn't let me see. There are no cameras in the kennel, I paid for a private room, but how can I be sure that she was in one.

They have been very nice every time we go. Our dog is not 100% socialized and gets very nervous and doesn't always eat well and they don't treat her like a problem. They call us when she has difficulties and do their best to give her the play time she needs. I feel confident leaving our problem child with them when we need to.

Let me start by saying my first impression with this doggy day care was so poor, I didn't want to come back. When I did, there was another misunderstanding regarding how my dog would be introduced to the other dogs. Andrea did a phenomenal job with handling the situation where I felt lied to and that this business was just after my money. I am an extremely generous person but do not appreciate the lack of transparency. When I finally could communicate this to the staff, I think they understood and made an effort to make this a more welcoming experience. Unfortunately when I first came to this establishment, it was so busy it sounded like a pound. That traumatized my dog, without a doubt. However, I could not overlook the 5 star reviews and now I know why. Underneath all the hustle and bustle, they do care. They do want to help your puppy get acquainted. They do want to help you so you can go about your day knowing your loved one is safe and having fun. When I expressed that my dog was a rescue with serious anxiety and stress about other dogs and kennels, the conversation shifted to be more productive. Ultimately, it helped to see people who have been coming to this place for 7 years as the woman next to me kindly put it. I want to be able to bring my dog here for many years and just hope this business can maintain it's open communication. Biggest tip? Don't deal with their corporate. Just use Extension 4 and talk to them directly. They know more about their day-to-day operations. Andrea did accept fault for the misunderstanding and that did lead to a more productive action plan to get my dog to meet her fitness goals. She took the time to tell me more about the rooms the dogs are kept in and even their overnight boarding. Hopefully this review can help anyone who is on the fence... give them a try. More than one, if needed. If you are ever in doubt, ask for Andrea.

My dog Jaxson loves going to play for the day or if he needs to have a sleepover because mommy and daddy went away. The staff are wonderful and I feel so grateful that I know he is having fun, getting exercise and seeing his fellow canine buddies. A special thanks to Kevin.
