I recently brought my car to Pep Boys for engine issues and unfortunately they were not able to fix it. However, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the honesty and professionalism of Thomas, the manager. Despite not being able to complete the repairs, Pep Boys did not charge me a dime for their time and effort.In a world where it's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, Pep Boys truly stands out. Their honesty and integrity is commendable and I will definitely be returning for any future car care needs. They refused to provide service to me because they closed in 10 minutes. I needed to repair a nail puncture in my tire.Update: found a gash in the sidewall after, so i had to buy a new tire, well it took Hubcap Heaven on state road 7 exactly 7 minutes to put it on. Wow! Thanks anyways!

We love getting our car serviced here. Tye customer service is amazing, our concerns are addressed, and whatever needs fixing gets fixed. The staff is professional and prompt! Thomas helped us out today and we couldn't be happier with the service and transparency we got from him! 10 stars!

If you need new tires, RUN AWAY from Pep Boys.What a scam.I bought 4 brand new tires (with 60,000 miles warranty).I've drove almost 3,000 miles, and two weeks ago I was feeling some shake on my front wheel, and when I brought the tire there again to be sure if the tire and balance were OK. They said that was nothing wrong.Yesterday night I started feeling the shaking really uncomfortable.Today, after drive around 8 miles, my tire went entirely flat instantly.I took my car back to Pep Boys explaining that was a defective tire.They call me 2 hours later to tell me that was whole on the tire.??? I explained to them that I was there two weeks ago because of the tire problem, etc...Anyway, now I have to buy another new tire.What a scam of place.I'll never take my cars back to this place.👎👎👎

This is not my first time here at Pep Boys for an oil change but today 1/21/23 I had an eight o clock appointment which turned into a two hours wait for what reason I don't know I noticed that the place was not clean the windows and floors are extremely dirty to me (the waiting room area). Presentation is essential this might be normal at Pep Boys it's all about the money and not the total experience from the time you arrive to the time you depart. Customer service is not just about how can I help you sometimes with a smile, but it should be welcome to Pep Boys we are here for you to give you a GREAT experience. I know this, if the products and services are great, customers are willing to pay. Just ask DISNEY WORLD.Well, went to PEP BOYS again for another 8:00 am oil and filter change appointment (3/11/23) to find out PEP BOYS have DOUBLE their prices for an oil and filter change which the oil and filter I PURCHASE myself. CORPORATISM and CAPITALISM at their very best. Welcome to today's world, thank you PEP BOYS for fighting INFLATION!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this auto place, and I must say, it was by far the worst encounter with customer service I've ever had. The manager, who seems to lack even the basic understanding of customer service etiquette, was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Not only was he unaccommodating, but his blatant disregard for common courtesy and empathy left me utterly appalled. The Pep Boys were excellent to deal with yesterday. Flew into Florida and the first think that happen was both batteries of the SUV vehicle would not turn over. I had to replace both batteries. The team was friendly and very helpful to me getting me back on the road to work.

I had a misunderstanding and Thomas my tech explained what was wrong with my truck. He even took out the time to ensure my truck was fixed and I understood the work, the problem and the work he did to correct it. This was the second time at the shop and I was extremely frustrated with having the extra expense,lack of sleep due to my work schedule and other problems. Thomas was handled it extremely professionally and I have to say pep boys needs to hire more outstanding mechanics like Thomas. Ones who are professional compassionate and respectful and most importantly honest. Thank you so very much thomas

I have been going to Pep Boys in Davie for years because of my dad and I will NOT take my car to be serviced anyplace else but here! Vladimir is the BEST!! He is very helpful and always has the best customer service. This is the only auto body repair shop my family will go to. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY.

Whoever has a five star review for Pep Boys in Davie sooner or later whatever work they done will mess up. They screw you over so you have to go back to them and they make more problems than where they’re in the first place. Trust me when I tell you they are a scam artist, and rip off artist, I guarantee you you will be back to complain sooner or later over $3000 to fix my tires and brakes and I still have to add more money to it to fix Problem they already caused I can’t afford this and that truck is my work truck without it. I can’t make money so I lose both ways. Remember, I said this you five star ratings will be giving another rating in time saying that they are scammers wait-and-see.

Scott was my service advisor. He quoted me something 667 to get all my tires replaced so I went ahead. When I went to collect my car, he was charging me $725! This was not agreed and I had to walk back all the way home to get the initial paperwork with the original quote. After arriving there with the paperwork, he was still charging me $676 which exceeded the quote. I will not be coming here again. This was a huge waste of time and caused a lot of inconvenience for me!

This is my last experience in this store because I'm not going that place anymore..last time after a 600$ job.. replacement if a broken belt they charged me 170$ for a battery that they never installed..of course they took it out of the bill.. today they damaged the side railing on passenger side while oil changing and tire rotation job ..and after a conversation they fixed it ..but they were denying at first..and I just doing this because I think that's a brand name company...now you know..

Found a nail in my tire yesterday morning and was able to get an appointment easily at the shop. Arrived and was taken care of promptly by the service writers who were extremely efficient. The shop had a window from the waiting room and I was able to watch the technician work on my vehicle. He was meticulous with his work, making sure he was careful with my vehicle and that the repair was done properly. Vehicle was returned clean and fully repaired. Overall excellent service and I would go back when I need anything further.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! Let’s begin I went to get 4 tires which I ordered on line for a special from pep boys. Brought my truck in. The total for 4 tires was $684.00. When I brought my truck they said before we put new tires you need new calibers, rotors and brake pads. Also, your axle rod is broken needless to say they had me at HELLO I left paying $2874.00 which they probably needed for their rent. As they were test driving it when work was completed Thomas said you really need new berings ? I said why didn’t you say that beforehand. Let’s fast forward this was November 15, on January 4th my truck was making a very bad grinding noise! So I called Thomas and told him the brake or rotors weren’t possibly put on correctly. I had the truck towed to them so know more damage would occur. Gonzalez towing picks the truck up and tows it away with the front of the truck wheels being used where the problem was! Which in turn caused more issues. Now it gets to Thomas at pep boys he said bad news the bering on the front wheel went and the new rotor and brake pad is completely shot. So the warranty is not good WOW so Thomas proceeds to say the left bering is good and the new rotor but we really should change those also?? I said how much is this now he said oh well with some discount it will be $2190.00 WOW Thomas says well now you will have a perfect truck and will last you a long time? I said to myself hell no!! Your not going to rob me again. I picked up the truck and brought it to a local gas station. They fixed the issue for $590.00BEWARE AND STAY AWAYTHOMAS YOU ARE A COMPLETE THIEF. I decided I am going to head quarters and taking them to small claims to get my money back. See you soon

Wow. After being bounced by other shops cause they didn't have my lug nuts key I finally landed here, where Scott and Tom went out of their way to try their keys in my car, and were able to help me change my tire with my size key that they DID have. Vladimir at the front is super nice and helpful as well, it feels like they're all a small family here and they treat you as such. However I will say. There's no AC in this store and that is simply unacceptable in a South Florida summer! It's easily 100 degrees in there. I was melting! Thank God the staff made my stay so pleasant. But management really needs to do something about the AC. It's impossible to spend even as little as 10 minutes in this place!

Made an appointment and car was still not serviced or even brought back to be serviced 40 minutes later. When I asked about it, a service tech said he would take it back immediately and do it, but he had to punch out first. I asked him why he would punch out prior to working on my car and he told me "corporate" was making him punch out before 4pm even though they were not finished with the cars. This really rubbed me the wrong way. I told him I would wait for someone else, but he insisted he would do it. So, basically this gentleman fixed my car for no pay, but the company got paid from me. This seems like a really shady business platform for the employees. Just didn't seem right.

My experience was the best! I scheduled an appointment for Sunday and they completed the work really fast! Jose assisted me on the phone giving me a really good quote and he was very efficient! At the store Vladimir took care of me and explained how everything works, about and hour later George called me and let me know my car was ready! 10 out of 10 experience! I definitely recommend if you are looking for tires.

I made an appointment because they said they are experts in AC. I called beforehand, told them the vehicle’s make and model, made the first appointment for Sunday Morning 8:00 am. When I arrived, a gentleman named George, who does not even look at you when he talks, started by asking about the make and model. He said it was not entered, when I said it was a F350 truck, he was about to give me an objection, but I quickly interjected that I had called, made an appointment and gave the details of the car. I explained the issues which was the AC not blowing from the from the front even thought it was cooling fine and the turning signals. He said there was a fee to inspect which WOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO THE COST OF THE REPAIR and that he only had one mechanic and I had to leave it for a couple of hours. I had someone take me knowing I would be leaving the car. I was not even home when he calls me and says I have to take it to the dealer. I said shocked how did they diagnose it so quickly , especially having only one mechanic and he started to give me a story which I believe is the way they justified charging the inspection fee and telling me they could not fix it. Worst experience I have had at a shop. I always go to Tires Plus but tried them since they claimed to be the experts on AC. Do not waisted your money, go to Tires Plus, they will be professional and take care of you with honesty. This shop is a Joke and George their representative does not care one bit about keeping you as a customer. I usually avoid posting bad reviews, I will try to only post reviews on good experiences, but I want to save the public some money, not applying the inspection fee to a job guarantees them easy money and no need to touch your car as they did with mine. Do not go to this shop.

Like other reviews here, they declined to service my car that had a pre scheduled appointment. Was greeted by employee stating they were too busy to help me before I even had a chance to tell them I had an appointment. Only two cars in the bays with eight empty spots. Half the staff was outside smoking.

Went to Pep Boys to get my tires changed and called beforehand to make sure they had them in stock. Scott spoke to me over the phone and he ensured that they could install them the same day. I arrived and was greeted by the staff right away. Scott was so professional and kind. He explained everything from the pricing to tire wear and tear. He was patient and answered all our questions. Well it was Tire Time, and PepBoys had always been my go to place for all 4 of my vehicles and have been for years.Vladimir is my Service/Sales guy I have always worked with, and he definitely keeps me coming back.
