Sadly, the new groomer hurt Elessar. His back paw nails are deformed now from the horrible experience. Finally after many months we have a new groomer who knows what to do with vizslas nails.

Finally! Someone who gets how Punkie should be groomed, who is a dog-lover (you would have to be!), is reasonably priced, eager to please and so courteous. Thank you. No need to look elsewhere. Glad we moved in the area and found Punkie’s new groomer!

Don’t go to this groomer. I made an appointment over the phone for 2 o’clock. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I was told in a very rude manner that my appointment was actually at 1 and “she should have shown up at 1 if she wanted to get it.” I never received a phone call or a confirmation. I wasn’t offered to reschedule or try to fit my dog in due to the scheduling issue. Do not bring your dog here it will be your fault if they write down the wrong time.

Sonna pays attention to details and gets the job done right. Her prices are the best in town, as is the quality of service. I am so pleased with everything! I adopted my dog 2 months ago and gets nervous went left alone, but he loved it here! They let him roam around and didn't put him in a crate. His haircut was absolutely adorable and exactly what I wanted. They did everything for $40. Highly recommend!!!!

I brought my fur baby for the first time today. I was nervous about leaving her because she can be skiddish around unfamiliar people. She must have felt comfortable because I was able to leave with no issues. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. I'll definitely be bringing her back.

I take our 2 dogs their for nail trims and they do a great job. The ladies are always friendly. Our dogs are usually very fidgety and nervous when they get nail trims, but when they got a nail trim here, they seemed at ease and didn't fuss at all.

Never have we had a groomer be so patient and attentive with our furbabies. We took our Lhasa Apsos' there years ago and she was so gentle with them as they were already elderly dogs and nobody else would groom them because one did a low growl (it was his way of talking to anybody) and was blind, she did them until they passed away at 17. Now we have taken our 2 chihuahuas and Borgi and we are still very satisfied and our kids are happy, ready to go and clean, nicely cut, smell great and all have a cute bandana they don't want for us to take off. I truly cannot give her enough praise. She loves on and treats our babies just like they were hers and that's what you want in someone taking care of your furbaby( kids,etc.....)
