They welcomed us warmly, provided excellent grooming, and made us feel right at home. Thanks to Pet Center, I'm a satisfied dog dad and my pup looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

So glad I found the pet center. I've been looking for a place that would do things like washings and nail clippings for my cat. So yesterday I got her an appointment and took her in. That place is really jumping. Lots of business. They somehow fit me in. Squeak didn't appear to be a big job, just a bath and the nails. Squeak is a rescue cat and she always expresses herself when she is unhappy. I was hoping the lady who took her back would come back alive. So they got the washing done and brought squeak back to me. She looked like a little drowned rat. A day later she looks really beautiful. I had asked her groomer to concentrate on the area above her spine where the fur was becoming matted. That was all gone. I'm very impressed with the results of this effort. The people at pet center are great. They do their best to get you in. They're always hopping but very nice. I will definitely go back there if I need a wash or trim again, which is pretty likely.

We brought our 2 girls (mini schnauzers) here to play while we went out for a boating tour. The staff were amazing! I did call short notice, but it wasn't a problem for them, and they were very accommodating. My girls enjoyed their playtime. I also liked the cleanliness of the entire shop and the friendliness of all the staff. Do not hesitate to bring your babies here!

My friend took his 8lb, 13 y.o. Maltese in for grooming last week. He was called an hour later and was told there had been an accident and the dog's tail had fallen off and he was bleeding. Dog's tails do not just fall off! He was then told that the dog must have cancer, which he absolutely does not. My friend wasjustifiably upset and the owner was very rude to him. The dog was taken to the vet and operated on. It was necessary to remove 1 1/2" more in order to cover the protruding bone. Accidents happen but the total lack of clarity, compassion and consideration is just disgusting. There was never an apology issued and no one has called to ask how the dog is doing. They only seem to care about money. If you love your pet beware of bringing them to this groomer.

I came here originally to adopt a kitten an im definitely glad I did. Not only did I gain a new furry friend to join the family, but I also gained all the furry and human friends at this shop. Owner is very friendly an open, front desk is very knowledgeable and sweet, all the groomers and bathers are very caring with the animals. I'm pretty proud to join the team as a cat specialist, an that j get to learn about better pet hygiene for different breeds and species. I absolutely recommend this place to get your dog or cat looking their best and feeling the most comfortable.

We recently moved to the area and were in search of a groomer for our little guy. I was recommended Pet Center by Bill who is one of their dog washers! They did a great job on giving our pup the summer cut that we wanted & the price was very reasonable. They also sent him home with a little tie dye bandana 😊

I was able to take my three Old English Sheepdogs in for grooming. They were not clean and they were pretty matted. When I picked them up after the grooming they were beautiful, fresh, clean and their nails were cut and their paw pads were cut. And they were very calm. I have been very very happy with my first experience with these groomers I highly recommend them we'll be back often

They did a great job on my dad's Pomeranian. We will be bringing him back along with his other Pomeranian and my 2 dogs. Courteous and professional and great with the dogs. Update: they are still doing a great job with my dogs!!!!

Pet Center does such a great job on my dog's hair. They smell so good, the cuts are alway's right, and overall love them. Micah is so knowledgeable and the staff is really nice. Highly recommend.

Was a dog washer for a short time. Owner is abusive towards the dogs. Also reuses sedative needles. Really disgusting place. My co-worker even let me know the owner had once punched a dog in the snout and made it bleed.

DIY dog wash. Everything supplied. People were great. Maddison attended me and was very good at trimming my dogs nails for me as I do not feel comfortable doing that. She made it easy and did a fantastic job. My dog enjoyed the experience also.

I’m out of state and only take my dog to vets to get his nails trimmed. The vets here said they all full and recommended this groomer. I made sure to tell front desk, and three workers there that his quick is super long and my vet only has the tips cut so he doesn’t bleed. I expressed my concern mainly on two nails curling in that I needed just the tip cut until I’m back to Arizona. Another groomer (with a bloody paper towel on his finger with it rubbing all over my dog while he worked) came up and I explained again that I only want the tips cut because he has long quicks and that’s all he can handle. Next thing you know, my dogs bleeding and on of his nails is cut shortest than even a dog with normal quicks would have it cut. Accidents happen I get it. But I asked them to stop and not continue and when I was walking to front a woman in a snarky voice said “he’s fine!” Which upset me to remind them all I told multiple of them how to handle his nails. And that they didn’t listen to me. They did not have me pay. Even after I insisted. Which was good of them. But just warning to people if they bring animals with nail issues beware. It’s be almost 45 mins and my dog hasn’t stopped bleeding. Only plus was the woman at the front desk was super kind.

The owner is very nice and accommodating.Our senior(16yr) Jack has always been ,let's say difficult, and they've been taking care of him for at least the last ten years. He's scared of the hair dryer so they let him stay until he's air dryed, which of course holds up a kennel they could use for additional clients.Highly recommend.

First time going to a groomer. Definitely wasn’t the nicest place or the nicest people working there, and demanded a tip after being rude. My dog came out very nice though. Most likely wouldn’t go back after my first encounter.

They DO NOT do doodles, or rather they do them but they are not skilled. I had a horrific expereince, they charged double what they quoted, tried telling me my dog was so matted he required extra time, I spend hours combing and brushing this dog, they bold faced lied, my dog looks rediculous, there are razor cut marks all over him, his ears are lopsided and not even close to being even, he is shaved to the skin on parts of his face and as for me, I will NEVER go back. The first time I took him he was much younger and smelled like a dream for 2 weeks after, this time, nothing, just barel;y smelled soapy. There are loose dogs of various breeds all over the place in there, felt very uncomfortable and my dog had diarreah for 24 hours the night he came home. I just want to cry.
