Petsmart grooming salon is great, I have been taking my two fur babies to the place for years. Princess one of my baby has left us sadly, I still take my baby Lolita there. He just went there for grooming a few weeks ago I am very satisfied as usual. They are the best!

Me and my dog love to shop here and my dog loves his grooming. He is well treated even when we checkout the cashiers always have treats for the pets.

This Petsmart is poorly managed. In 5 months, I have repeatedly found expired products on the shelves and taken them to be pulled. They try to sell expired items on clearance, so always check the dates on products if you are shopping here. Recently, I purchased a bag of dog food on sale and opened it to find it completely infested with pantry moths! Thank goodness I caught it before the infestation spread to my home. It was disgusting. The reaction from the cashier when I lugged the bag back to return it? She complained that I had cut through the UPC when I opened the bag. I’m done shopping here.

Nice place, Clean and well run with friendly staff. I would have given five stars but they trimmed my dog's nails a bit close so he ended up favoring one of his paws for several days. Ouch!

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I was in line waiting behind two other customers and there was a second lane with a cashier checking out a customer and I go behind the second cashier I only had TWO items and LISA was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. When I go to the second cashier LISA started to shoo me with her hand and had the audacity to tell me to go back to where I was. Mind you I am a super frequent customer of over 2 years and NEVER have ran into an issue with a DISRESPECTFUL worker. As a worker it is your job to treat others with respect and vice versa. I hope the manager sees this and takes care of this issue as there were many other witnesses such as the first cashier who checked me out and I told her about the issues and the cashier HERSELF replies “I don’t know why she did that” and gave me her name. Totally unacceptable.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this grooming salon. My dog's nails were not cut, they said that he has extremely nervous and this is not the first time that my dog has been in a grooming for cut nails. My dog is a Beagle, 2 years old, SUPER FRIENDLY. Also i paid for the Bath & Brush FURminator $49 one of this service included 20 minutes brush, his hair was not brushed, or they didn’t used the furminator. This grooming salon is terrible, I will not be going back.

I’ve watched this store decline over the 7 years I’ve been living in this area, but I keep going back because of the convenience. A couple days ago I went in and tried to use a VALID coupon I received in an email from PetSmart. I’ve used this type of coupon a few times before and it wasn’t working, so I asked for the store manager to see if the error could be fixed. A store manager with green hair approached with such an unpleasant attitude and said “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” and proceeded to just read what the coupon said, like I was illiterate. I was simply hoping for an explanation on why the coupon didn’t work this time for what I purchased when I have previously used the same type of emailed coupon. I am usually not one to complain, I was patient and I did not have any kind of attitude with the employee. Another negative experience at this PetSmart, this one was my final straw and I will not be returning.

Grooming prices have gone up AGAIN second time this year $85 for basic shampoo and cut not Including nails or anything. Just went to book. Prices are now the same or more as my more personalized mom and pop store down the street that offers more and doesnt upcharge you for "extras". It's plain old price gouging at this point because I know you're not paying employees more. That's it for PetSmart for me. Cya !

Some cats become agitated when they realize the humans, the volunteers, are about to wrap up and leave for the day. Right now the cages have two three month old black siblings, a sweet sweet playful Tuxedo, Snickers -- the one in the video-- and two one year plus sweet brothers that were given up due to allergies. All up for adoption.

Grooming department used to be one of the best until a new guy was hired and he is very very rude, he , could be having a paranoia.. he behaves as if every customer is working for him or his slave. Something has to be done . This beach was my favorite for the last 20 years but not anymore.

Ban field hospital in da petsmart is horrible. The lady helping cant even spell a simple name or email i have been getting charged and cant do anything about it because the lady misspelled it. She placed me for a appointment at 5 pm i showed up and she said no more appointments after 5 pm how unprofessional. Smh I expected more from a animal hospital. Horrible service from the lady in th front office of that hospital.

Grooming experience is inconsistent between groomers. PetSmart grooming is now more expensive than any of the local shops in town. Don't get confused by the base price of $68. They charge you $5 extra for anything between Friday and Sunday. Plus includes absolutely nothing. No nail grinding. No ear cleaning. So when shopping around for groomers look to see what the higher local price actually includes, it actually ends up being cheaper in the long run to go with your small business groomer. Most likely the last time I come to PetSmart for grooming

The girl who assisted me was so nice and knowledgeable. I don't remember her name but she was a black girl. She helped me and my daughter purchase a pair of guinea pigs and everything I would need for them. She was very helpful. The guy who rung me up was helpful as well and helped me bring the large box I had to my car and loaded it as well. He was a young white gentlemen. Everyone was really nice and polite.

The grooming salon at this store is the best! They’re are really caring and friendly. The groomers here really care about the pets and are super nice to them - specially Shea and Chris. Keep up the good work! Polly is always looking cute after her appointment!

My pooch got a haircut here for the first time. The grooming salon staff are very nice and ask a lot of questions to make sure they do exactly what you ask for. My doggy looks great, will definitely be coming back for more grooms.

Don’t come here for the vet clinic. Band field they are horrible. I payed for the visit and the vet didn’t even talk to us. Only the assistant. I left not convinced of what they said so I came back a few days after to ask for a routine blood test for my cat.So now I have to pay for the consultation again. When I didn’t even talk yo the vet the first time. I know, I should have said something right away, but if I have to pay for the visit again I’ll rather go somewhere else. They are not serious. Don’t bring your pet here the vet does not talk to you. They gave me a paper to read and that was all.

Took my shepherds here for basic baths and nail grinds. My boy apparently was fussy and they couldn’t do it, I’ve never had that issue before but ok. I won’t complain about that however, they said that they did trim my female’s paws. They did trim her paws, but only her front paws. When I called to complain, they said to bring her back. Mind you, I was waiting five hours to be called to pick them up and finally decided to call myself. When I called, they said I could come get them and they’d be ready to go. Anyways, both my dog’s ears and paws were still damp. My female has a bent ear naturally and because the inside didn’t dry enough she developed a yeast infection. I’ve never had issues with other pet smart groomers and this is a huge issue. Why weren’t my dogs completely dried after five hours? Why must you guys be over booked to the point you can’t do the jobs right? Why do you guys lie and then fumble over your lies when being questioned on the phone. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. Untrained and unprofessional staff.

I took my Yorkie in for grooming and Gabby did a wonderful job! Usually my dog is a little anxious and nervous but Gabby said she was fine and when I picked her up she was happy and showed no signs of stress. I will definitely bring her back to Gabby!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Particularly the cashier wanted to argue with me about pricing told me three times I was wrong when I was right. Also, the guy who works in the aquarium apartment department. Today is obviously having a bad day. I had plenty of more questions about the sale, but he was so short and rude with me that I’ll take my business elsewhere. I won’t be back to this location in lessons to return something.
