I’ve taken my pet a couple of times to get a bath, and we have always had a good experience. My most recent visit was with Jackie who was very sweet and attentive to my dogs needs. I really appreciated that due to my dog being a little nervous.

The service is absolutely horrendous. I came to do a store pickup. To my surprise no one was at the register. I had called out a few times asking if someone was here or not. No answer. I waited a good 5 minutes before someone emerged from the back of the store. No smile, no “sorry for keeping you waiting” she had the most displeased look on her face like I was a nuisance interrupting her. She simply said “you here to pick up an order” she then proceeded to shove my order in my hand, I still said thank you. She didn't say anything to me. I understand you might have a bad day or whatever the case is, you do not take it out on a stranger, especially a customer. The front should not be left unattended like that and the fact I had to yell to get service like I'm begging for free stuff, I paid for my stuff like everyone else. And the fact I was not acknowledged was really rude and inconsiderate. Is this what the standard of customer service is now? I know this review is pointless and no one will take action but I hope the girl with short dark brown hair and glasses have a real nice day ,shes the one that “helped” me. See how I put quotes around the word helped? She was absolutely rude and nasty and she needs to be reprimanded.

I had a great experience at the Coral Springs location. I brought in my Golden retriever Milo for an ear infection and Matthew was so nice and welcoming from the start. You can tell how passionate he is about animals and I couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend stopping by this location and speaking with Matthew if you get the chance. 10/10 service and attention!

Very disappointed by the customer service at the grooming department. Appointment booked (bath, teeth brushing and nails trimming) for 12.15 and after one hour and half, I came back and my dog was still locked in the crate and nobody took care of her. I was furious and the groomer manager was trying to explain to me he needs usually 2 hours for grooming! In 1.5h you didn't touch my dog !!!!!!!!!! It's not the first PETCO I'm using in the country and I'm definitely not recommending this one.

Petco Veterinarian.YOU ARE A THIEF!You took advantage of my mother who is on a fixed income and 84 years old!December 6th 2023… my mother and I brought her cat for treatment of an ear infection.About a year ago he (the cat) had the same infection and a different vet wash his ear and sent us home with drops. Worked perfectly!This time, the vet(and I use that term loosely),…only sent us home with the ear wash. We treated and hoped eventually it would kick in. Fast forward a month and the poor cat is still walking around shaking his head and in discomfort.My sister just called and was told that my mom needs to pay for another ‘evaluation’ because it is a new year. SHE ALREADY PAID & purchased USELESS medication!!!!😡 Really a new year and it’s not even two months!Now she should drive there, pay again for another ‘evaluation’ & purchase more medication! No way will we go there again we found a real legitimate vet.YOU ARE A HEARTLESS THIEF WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS… ONLY YOUR PROFIT.SHAME ON YOU!

Terrible. I drove there to have my dog groomed. Only to be told notes were written by another person that my dog had medical issues.I tried to explain that was 2 months ago when I rescued her from the shelter.DO NOT recommend this store in Oakland Park. FL

Me and my dog brooke were well taken care of. The staff was super helpful. Everyone kept me updated on brooke’s condition, brooke received some great treatment that really improved her lifestyle. This place is super professional and amazing.

Disappointing Experience. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior was far from satisfactory. The manager was rude, displayed a lack of common sense, and seemed unwilling to assist. It was disheartening to encounter someone in a leadership position who throws their title in customers' faces rather than providing helpful service. I strongly advise against purchasing pet products from this particular Petco store.

Vetco total care, inside Petco, on Wiles in Coral Springs is great! They are professional, kind and we were seen quickly in a nice clean room and they took very good care of our sick puppy. Thank you very much Vetco, you we'll be back!

Fully stock shelves excellent quality products fair prices very knowledgeable staff friendly the store was run very well and I enjoyed purchasing items for my fish tank and my cat there I will recommend it and I go back!... Great customer service people and beautiful aquariums and a clean store and pet grooming all in 1 store! Highly recommend! Great clean store. Helpful associates. And easy checkout! I bought my food for my dogs and then I had asked the person at the register about these fish that my brother-in-law has and he stated that they will take them that he will have someone call me on Monday to ask more information about the fish I gave him my phone number and my name and no one has called me so I am a little disappointed that no one has reached out to me today

Okay so this review is specifically to shout out our amazing groomer Z! We have been going to her to take care of our 65 lb German shepherd for a while now and I couldn’t ask for someone to love him more. Z is the most incredible and patient groomer with Bear. At first, he would get kicked out of Petcos because of his behavior with the dryers. Z was patient with Bear and this week was able to get him fully dry for the first time. Bear can look intimidating and not many are willing to take him on, but I’m so glad Z not only grooms him, but loves on him as well! Pictures of a cute good boy attached.

You change $0.10 per lousy plastic bag to take home the $100+ items I purchased? You should provide better customer service by rolling this nominal amount into your product costs instead of nickle-and-diming your customers. I will go to Petsmart from now on where I feel appreciated by not havig to pay for some cheap plastic bag.

This is the cleanest pet store that I’ve been to in Coral Springs! Ryan at checkout helped me out and gave me some great advice about my pup, and helped me out with the tag engraving. Thanks for your help, Ryan!I haven’t tried their grooming services, but given how clean the store and and how nice the employees are, I would give it a shot! Great selection of treats and a huge selection of wet and dry food. They even carry the food brand that I get at the vet, and it’s a lot more affordable here.

I order online and pickup a couple of hours later. Quick and easy, I don't even have to get out of my car. I am 72 years old, with a bad back and having someone put heavy bags of cat food and cat litter in my car is a blessing.

My American bully has a sensitive stomach and we’ve been trying to figure out what works best between grain/grain free and different brands with clean ingredients. I really appreciate Ryan helping me out, he took his time teaching me all the different options and great recommendations. We went with Acana limited ingredient, hopefully this is the one!

The other day I visited Petco in Coral Springs because my pet Salamander needed a new home (an upgrade). After 5 years in the same environment, my Sal finally got the upgrade it needed. And, so after ordering the parts I was looking for online, I went ahead and ordered them. This was only the second time I have ever ordered through their website, and let me tell you, it was easy! Not only was it so easy to order and get a sweet deal on the order too, I was able to walk out with my items super fast in both cases. I should mention, both times I had ordered online I was in the store browsing for the items to be sure they were in stock. And it was at that point I found out some of the items were offered at a lower price if purchased online. At the store in Coral Springs I was in need of some of assistance and a young lady by the name of Maya was there to assist. Petco, so far so good at both stores in Boca Raton and the one in Coral Springs. I have now made Petco my go-to pet store for pet's needs. Thanks for making my experience such a satisfying and memorable one. I highly recommend Petco for all your pets needs.

We took Jax our Llaso mix to Vetco on the very first day the office had opened. Vetco is inside Petco. It is a full service veterinary clinic. Jax had a skin problem. The staff was very nice. The doctor treated Jax kindly, gave him an antibiotic and spray plus Jax had to wear a cone. Within a few days Jax's skin looked much better. We took him back to check and the vet decided Jax needed one more week of meds. Now after a few days the skin looks great. Plus Petco is a huge store with do it yourself dog showers(including blow driers) for only $15. A great place and we used a groupon for $22.50 off the bill.

I bought a large 18pds bag of Purina One Pro plan for our puppy. A few days later we realized the bag was infested with larvae worms. So discussing! We went in to the store and Alba was super nice and assisted us with our situation and educated/provided us with alternative food options. The 2 stars I’m giving is because of the product. After reading other online reviews; apparently this brand has had a history of supplying worm infested dry food.
