Had to take my car in for a oil change and battery. They did an inspection and showed I needed front brakes bad. Go them done, along with the oil change and battery. Was a decent price. Also, Juan is awesome. He's helped me out in the past and continues to help me out. Definitely coming back, hopefully Juan's still there. 👍

Excellent service, they took the car the same day and was a 1/3 of what the dealership was charging to fix my issue. David was very professional and efficient and gave me a great customer experience/service. I would definitely take my car back for the next service at Pep Boys in Coral Springs!

If you're seeking a flat tire repair, be prepared for a possible refusal of service with a recommendation to purchase a new tire instead. My Tesla has a relatively new tire with 16,000 miles on it, which acquired three small punctures from nails. I temporarily fixed these with sealing repair screws and sought a more permanent patch solution. Unfortunately, they declined to perform the work. While their concern for my safety is appreciated, it's commonly understood that tires can undergo up to three repairs for minor punctures such as those caused by nails before necessitating replacement

I cannot recommend this Pep Boys location on Univ in Coral Springs. We ordered a tire on the phone, which was supposed to be here on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. On Saturday, we went in to see if the tire was there, and they said they had no record of it being ordered. So we re-ordered the tire there at the store, with the technician coming out to look at my car and the specific tire we needed. This time we took the technician’s name. Nice guy, super helpful. He said it would be in on Monday, 27 November. By Tuesday, the 28th, we had not heard anything so I called at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Someone picked up the phone, very quickly told me to hold, and put it back down again. After waiting on hold for 27 minutes, somebody else picked up the phone and said oh sorry that person must’ve just put you on hold and walked away. So I inquired about the second tire we had ordered, and he said there’s no record of an order with that phone number. I told him the name of the technician who had helped us and he said yes he works here, but there’s no record of that tire being ordered. I told him the brand of tire I was looking for, and the year, model and make of the car that I was looking to put it on, but he wanted to know specifically the size of the tire, which I didn’t know. I said, that’s why I asked the technician to come out and look at it. After a few more minutes of silence, while he was looking on the computer, he said he couldn’t help me. I said OK thanks I’ll go somewhere else. And he very cheerfully said OK and hung up. Now, the second guy on the phone was very nice and cheerful but he didn’t help me. And he wasn’t really interested in helping me. Nor was he interested in losing business. I don’t know how it’s possible to order something, the same thing, twice and the store has no record of it. And leaving someone on hold for 27 minutes because you forgot? Nobody noticed the light was flashing for 27 minutes? Customer service is really lacking these days.

On a Saturday evening I noticed a nail in my tire. I went online and was able to buy the exact tire I needed, and scheduled install for Sunday morning. I added an oil change also. Juan at Pep Boys located my order and appointment and I was done in about an hour and a half. Very nice and professional. Great job!

From the moment I called to get prices, I knew this was the place I would be bringing my car to. Richard was super helpful and inviting on the phone, unlike other nearby places I called like Tire Kingdom and even Nissan! It gave me “we value your business vibe” and why not! When I arrived to pick up my car from being serviced, again the same customer service Richard gave me over the phone he gave in person. They are very transparent and give you honest recommendations! I will definitely be back here for my next service and I definitely recommend people giving them a try. This place really values your time and business! Thank you!!

The one star is forced by Google, they don't deserve a single star. I had a terrible experience with Pep Boys in Coral Springs that lasted from January to September. My upfront advice about this company is to RUN... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN away from this establishment.In mid-January, I brought my car in for an oil leak that was diagnosed as a leaking oil pan gasket. The repair took 5 days, but a few weeks later it became apparent that oil was still leaking. It took them another 2 weeks to diagnose the issue and replace the gasket. Not only did they break the starter motor during the repair process, but they also managed to lose nearly a half a tank of gas while the car was in their care because the mechanic forgot he had left the car running all day in their parking lot to test for the leak.A few weeks later, I brought the car back because oil was still leaking, and they diagnosed it as the rear seal. It turned out to be the oil pan gasket again, which took them another 17 days to replace. When I picked up the car, the gas gauge was once again down to less than a quarter of a tank, despite having brought it in for repair with a full tank of gas. I also heard a loud rattling noise coming from the engine that wasn't there before.The following morning, I started the car, and the noise was still there. When I checked under the car, it was still leaking oil. The manager at the shop couldn't find the source of the noise and said the oil leak was a mystery.Days later they finally determined it was some sort of a bracket causing the noise. The Service Manager would not provide me specifics as to what bracket was making the noise and why it was making the noise.A month later, oil was still leaking from the car. A total of three oil pan gasket changes and two rear seal gasket changes since January and they still hadn’t repaired the issue as of June. The Area Service Director told me I could get another opinion and take the car to another shop. When I did, the other shop discovered thousands of dollars in significant damage that resulted in the filing of a claim with Pep Boys for replacement costs of the front axle, steering gear, and transmission housing.After all of that, I finally got my car back with the oil leak and damages repaired by the other shop, but only after Pep Boys paid for the damages incurred during their inadequate attempts at oil leak repairs. We are still searching to this day for a replacement support bracket that Pep Boys apparently tossed away because they had broken the area on the transmission housing that the bracket would have been bolted to. (I now assume it was this bracket that was making the noise because there was nothing to attach it to on the transmission housing from the oil pan as was later learned.)In summation, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The staff showed no sense of urgency and were unprofessional at every turn. It was like an endless episode of The Three Stooges. Avoid Pep Boys in Coral Springs at all costs.

I went to the Coral Springs, Fl location. What a huge disappointment. The main guy at the front desk was very rude. I bought 2 new tires and paid for a balance and rotation.The next day I drove home from work with a flat tire. I called Pepe Boys and that rude man answered. I told him I had a flat tire. He insisted I ran over a nail. I agued back no. I pumped up the tire and drove over there. Turns out I WAS RIGHT AND HE WAS A JERK!!! Apparently the valve was not put on properly and that was the cause. They fixed it but it was a waste of 1 hour of my time and NO APOLOGIES!!!! I almost told him off but refrained. Pep Boys YOU SUCK!!! I have other options!!!

Turn around time was short. Tire brand of my preference was available in my size from the shelf. The price was competitive. Only negative was that driver seat, driver door panel were dirty, very dirty. Surprising that as established store as Pep Boys is, seat covers are not used. My car has very light colors and thus every blemish shows immediately. I hope to see an improvement before my next visit.

Brought my 2016 Camaro in for tires and alignment. Picked it up car pulled right. Brought it back for them to do alignment again. Pulled to left when they were done. Air pressure in tires was all over the place. Spoke to mechanic who said something else is wrong. Told them car was fine before. Assistant manager was just rude and said we can just refund you. He also told me tire pressure would even out. All 4 tires had different amount of pressure in them. Ask for a print out of the alignment was told machine is old we don't have printouts. Brought car to Tireplus they did the alignment no problems. Provided a print out and we saw where it was prior. Do better pepboys and not try to tell people they have something else going on. Very disappointing. The rude Assistant Mgr and the mechanic need to improve their skills. They seem to think they know more then the consumer. To tell me I have been doing this for 33 years and never had a car comeback? Obviously, you can't align a camaro. Just their attitude alone makes me never want to come back.

I have a chevy trailblazer 2002 and the shifting cable came off the gear which is a common problem with these cars. I wanted mechanic to fix it cause I've never seen this problem before and didn't want to make it worse so they told me the whole cable needs to be replaced and it was going to be 750 dollars!!! I went to the auto store next door and bought the bushing I needed to reattach the cable for 12 dollars!!!!!!! Put the cable back on and drove off. They straight up lied to me someone else would've paid 750 dollars plus whatever else damage is done to the car during repair!!!! The problem was fixed for 12$!!!!!!! Thats crazy!!!!!!! They must not know YouTube exist and if you're somewhat mechanically inclined you can tell when ur being lied to

I could not be more pleased with the experience I had here. John was the best, he quickly diagnosed the problem--brake lights would not turn off, broken stop pad for my brakes. He accompanied me next door to Auto Zone and picked out the part I needed. He was highly knowledgeable and very confident, I was out of there in no time. I highly recommend this location and ask for John.

Pep Boys was extremely professional and helpful. I had taken my car to a Nissan dealership for an oil change and had been told that my alternator was making a noise and should be changed out and that it would cost $2,000 dollars. First of all, Pep Boys estimate of what it would cost to change out my alternator was less than half of what the dealership was going to charge me. However, when I took my car to Pep Boys, they had the integrity to inform me that there was nothing wrong with my alternator and it didn't need to be changed out. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but Pep Boys will definitely be my go to in the future!

The only reason for 4 stars was that I had a similar service previously, and they offered to Uber me home and then also cover the return ride when my car was finished. They did not offer this time, so I had to pay my own way back and forth (4hr service estimate).

2.5 hours to remove a spare, mount and balance a new tire on my wheel and put it back on my vehicle. Waited 15 minutes after my pack was brought back up by tech before approaching the desk on my own to get checked out. Waited another 10 while service manager finished a call and took another and then he asked for payment even though I prepaid online.And on top of it all they threw the spare in my third row rather than returning it to my under body carrier

First time going to Pep Boys and it was a very pleasant experience! I was well tended to and helped efficiently, I had gone in for a tire change and was in and out in about a hour and a half, much quicker compared to the last place I went to which had taken nearly 3 hours to change the tire. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car serviced/worked on! Great job guys and thanks again!

The job of replacing the two tires was done fine but the consideration of safety was not.They replaced two tires and were left in the front of the truck where it would drive safer (told to us by them) if it was in the rear of the truck. But they did not place them in the rear as it should be. When I went to pick it up we discussed it and there was no cares about it by the attendant. They knew it would be safer in the rear but too bad I guess because we did not ask for it even though they are the “experts” and should have recommended during their safety inspection they don’t really CARE. So no more business from us. We will go to Tires Plus which is cheaper and better customer service.

I bought my tires from Amazon and right there I paid for the installation a week before. Since Amazon advised me this place. I was waiting three and a half hours for them to change the four tires !!!! When they put them on, they put them wrong. Never, never go to this place. A terrible experience !!!!
