Sold me bad hay that caused all of my horses colic.I called and politely explained this to the owner, and she told me that it was my fault for not making sure my horses drank enough water. I told her that all my horses receive electrolytes daily and have access to salt blocks, that I closely monitor how much water they drink each day, and they have been on the same hay for over 10 years and not once have I had an issue due to it. The coastal she sold me was poor quality almost straw looking brown coastal.I asked for a refund and she refused and told me that it was definitely NOT the hay that caused my horses to get sick. Extremely unhappy and will never be taking my business here again.

Called twice to ask about placing a bulk order and was hung up on twice...Did they think I was a telemarketer?..."Whoknows"...Did they ask me anything....at all and just hang up? "Yes they did!"...whats up with that? Their products are really good...especially the ones I would've purchased but you guys need to change the person that answers the phones for real....not professional and will not be calling back!
