I take my Chihuahuas to get their nails done and sometimes they’re back sides if necessary. They always do a good job. I’ve never have any problems they’re reliable half the time I called the day that I want to take them in to get their nails cut I highly recommend this business

They are always great, and keep great groomers on staff. Always friendly and willing to go that extra mile! I have an elderly poodle, and they take time and are sensitive with. I have a tiny 3 lb poodle as well, who they groom so nicely! The last time, I asked for a pop of color for my little poodle at the last minute, and she looked so amazing!

This store is so cute and the owner is so friendly. This store features grooming but also a private walk in washing station! The store is filled with tasty treats and dog accessories like leashes and collars.Our dog Nova had a blast splashing at the beach but was smelly and a little itchy by the end so we were looking for a place to wash her. She smelled amazing after her wash and dry and her coat was shiny!Call ahead to make sure the washer is free as there is only one!Pics of our adorable dog at the beach!

I started taking my dog, Bruno, when he was only 5 months old. Bruno is a long haired German Shepherd and about 90lbs. Way too big and fluffy for my bath tub. 😂 I bring him once a month for a bath, nails trimmed, and a de-shed. While he still sheds, the monthly visit keeps the fur in my house manageable. They take such great care of Bruno and, believe it or not, he enjoys going to the groomer!

This Woof and Gang was receiving 5 star reviews from me for the past 6 years, however, new ownership has taken over since Aug 2023 and the prices are shocking. Read below to hear about my experience over this Thanksgiving weekend.I have been a customer of Woof and Gang for years getting my Malamute groomed either in Miami or Cocoa Beach (where I am from originally). I have brought my dog annually to this location to get groomed for the past five years, in addition to buying treats, food, raw bar items, etc which I can show receipt for through bank statements. I appreciate consistent quality grooming and consistent pricing and when anything extra is needed, I receive a call asking permission for the add-ons deemed necessary by the groomer. Usually, my grooms are $95.00 + $20.00 for de-shed and sometimes a de-mat charge x1 at $20. I also have bank statements showing what I am usually charged. Last week, my partner dropped off my dog and asked, "what' the pricing?" The response from the person behind the counter was, "I don't know." When my partner shared this, I immediately called asking for clarification about what services would be rendered and the cost. They told me it was $95 for the groom, $20 for deshedding and there might be an extra charge for de-matting but at the most I was looking at around $130 or $140. So, I allowed them to proceed.When I went to go pick my dog up four hours later which is standard given he is a 95 pound Malamute with a double coat, they informed me that the bill was $185.00. When I asked for the itemized receipt, I was charged for 3 de-mats each costing $20.00 for which no-one called me or my partner to ask for consent. I tipped the 20% I usually do and left to take it up with a manager during the work week.Two days later, I called and spoke with the manager, Brittney. After explaining the situation, she told me she would speak to the groomer and the owner. Brittney also told me that the groomer is supposed to call and ask permission to proceed with any extra fees or charges that they notice upon the grooming, PER POLICY. She called back later to inform me that they would not re-imburse me even a partial amount (all I was asking for was a $20 reimbursement for one of the de-mat charges) and that the groomer said she had called and asked permission to charge all of these fees. However... had that been the case and I did receive a call, why would I be going through all of this trouble now (calling my bank, calling Woof and Gang, emailing corporate, etc). IF the groomer had called me, I would have denied those charges and services to be applied and would have came in person to assess what was happening as I was right down the street at the annual art fair waiting for him. So, the manager, even though acknowledging that they did not follow policy, as my partner nor were asked permission to apply those charges, the manager refuses to make the situation right.I was charged for not only one de-mat but 3 de-mats, but when I rolled my dog over, his ENTIRE belly is shaved- and not just the hygienic areas. Underneath the shaved hair you can feel many mats which were not taken care of. My partner and I explicitly expressed over the phone, DO NOT SHAVE MY DOG as he is a double coat Malamute and the fur does not grow back the same if shaved. (If a dog groomer doesn't know not to shave a double coated dog, RUN AWAY. The double coat protects from heat and insulates from cold).I am upset that they fail to acknowledge the role they played in this situation, the policy that was not enforced, and the charges I incurred that I DID NOT consent to, in addition and most importantly, that my dog was SHAVED on his entire belly. I loved going there before. The previous ownership had excellent communication between the groomer and the owner and were transparent in their pricing. After this most recent encounter, I feel slighted in how I was charged and believe the new management team is unethical in the way they charge for services.

Services was amazing. Went in for treats for my furbaby Sasha whom has a bad experience at a vets office in Melbourne a while back. She would not let anyone cut her nails. Not only was it almost time for them to close but as I explained to the workers her trauma they took time at the end of their day to get her nails trimmed. They sat with her and made sure she felt safe. Awesome job.

I had my dog groomed here today for the first time. My other groomer told me my shih tzu was too energetic for her and she wouldn’t groom him unless I had my dog on sedative medicine. I was in no way interested in that. I called this groomer and they have a groomer there who specializes in high energy dogs. Her name is Amanda. She did a great job on my dog. She bathed him, brushed his teeth, and filed his nails. The hair cut looks great, my dogs teeth are much cleaner than before. I’m going to have his teeth brushed every grooming session from now on and I will definitely be switching to woof gang full time now. Very very very friendly staff, beautiful store with lots of dog food and treats for sale. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Amanda and Woof Gang for accommodating my dog and getting him in so quick! I will see you next time for his next scheduled grooming! 5 stars!

Best place ever! Jamie took such gentle care and did an amazing job on my English Bulldog after a horrific one time experience at a Cape Canaveral groomer! Will never trust my dog at any other place and never should have allowed him to go to Ginny’s!! Animal lovers who care and put animals at ease! If you consider your dog a family member…this is the only place to go!!!!If I could give them 10 stars I would! My Bully Slater is a happy boy and so is his Mommy!!!

Very professional and nice staff. The salon itself is very clean and well organized... I chose the Deluxe Dog Bath , but the DIY tub is available as an option as well. My appointment was scheduled in two days from the time I called. I received a notification/conformation text confirming the date/time. I was very pleased with the results and the care given to my Juju. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again when I am in Cocoa Beach.

The best grooming salon around! My two dogs are groomed by Julie regularly and I am extremely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, skill, and attention to detail that she puts into her work. My pups love her!In addition to the top-tier grooming offered at Woof Gang Cocoa Beach, the front staff is very friendly and they are able to answer any questions you have. We are SO HAPPY that this family-owned pet store and grooming service is in Cocoa Beach! There is a private area where owners can wash and pamper their own pets, but we take our shih tzu in so that certified groomer (Alecia - very sweet to people and pets) can take care of her nails, teeth AND style. They take one doggie client at a time which is very helpful as ours would get nervous & scared at (typical) loud and multi-packed grooming businesses. The staff are kind and professional. They have lots of alternative treats, food lines and fresh food products as well as toys, leashes, collars and many trending items. We love this store and their services and highly recommend them!

Very disappointed in this store as of recent. New owners taking over and changing everything, but that’s not really the problem. Manager is rude and did not handle the situation professionally. I booked a dental cleaning, which I have had many times in the past. Every 6 to 8 months to be honest. Went for the appointment and ended up standing there waiting for 35 minutes for them to come out to get my dog to then be given paperwork to fill out. So, he takes my dog and stands next to me with her so I can fill out the paperwork. Well of course my dog wants to come back to me and starts getting antsy. Then he asked how old she is and proceeded to tell me they don’t work on dogs over 12 and the $30 down payment that I had to give is non refundable! So wait you didn’t do your job correctly by informing me that you don’t work on dogs over 12 and refuse to clean her teeth, but I can’t get my deposit back… um not cool! I used to love this place, but lately very bad experiences the last few times I have been in there. The manager literally said “if anyone else huffs at me, I’m going to loose it” I was very patient waiting the 35 minutes and never got upset about it, but I did get upset when I was told he couldn’t clean her teeth and the $30 deposit for your lack of informing the clients is non refundable, then I asked for the owners number. I was told the owners don’t have a number and the only thing I can do is email the store!

Wolf Gang Bakery and Grooming has been a God send since I can remember. The company has groomed and bathed my Beagle in remarkable timing, and she always comes back smelling fresher then ever! I wish I could offer more stars if I could and if you are new to the area try out their treat bar. They have an amazing variety and new items monthly. I would recommend this to anyone with a dog they truly do care for and love!!

We have found our favorite place for grooming our Bernedoodle. Maxie is only 17 weeks old but was in need of some serious grooming around the privates, eyes and paws. They are great… if you are retired! Business hours for groomers are “9:30 to 10’ish to like 2 or 3” said the young staffers at both Melbourne and Cocoa Beach locations. No set hours apparently. If you are retired, on vacation, or unemployed, I’d highly recommend the kids!

Non flexibility of accommodations for an appt. to have a meet and greet beore appt. for a new dog, tried twice on phone and once in person.3.Showed Michelle (groomer) pic of cut and said a Schnauzer cut although did not like part of the cut and groomer stated "O, you don't want a Schnauzer cut?"4. Knots still present after groom, had to take my dog back with knots still left afterwards.5. Now my dog will not allow me to touch him with a brush and has more knots.6. Spoke with Pete (franchisee) He is not willing to have work with keeping me as a customer and actually said "Maybe we are not a good fit for your dog." Also refused another groom of no charge due to all of the above.7. Horrible customer and dog experience with no flexibility to keep customers due to expense of a groom. Pure greed! Watch out for upcharges as well that were also added from a previous visit when I did not ask.In response:WolfgangI thought our phone call went well as we discussed why we had to change your appointment because your original groomer was out unexpectedly.CustomerThere was no phone call to inform me of the change of groomers. Thankfully I called the store to let you know my dog passed away and their would be a new puppy for the appointment with no response to this news, not even an "I'm sorry for your loss." Then was informed the groomer was switched without asking or calling.WolfgangI let you know at the time of snoopy’s grooming appointment you will meet and greet your new groomer and discuss your grooming needs and expectations. This has been our practice since we opened and what we do for all our clients.CustomerThis is not true, I have spoken to another client that has done a meet and greet before their appointment and seen a lady in person meet and greet the groomer when I was in the store. The groomer came out from the back!WolfgangWe also talked about brushing snoopy on a regular basis. This will help prevent matting so you don’t run into the same problem when snoopy came in 3 weeks ago for his groom. Based on our conversation, you know the problems mats can cause a dog.CustomerSnoopy did NOT have many matts when brought for appointment and they were not removed causing me to return so the groom could be finished.WolfgangWe take pride in our work, respect and listen to our dog owners and take care of their pups when in our care.CustomerUnfortunately their was not pride in the work done leaving matts. I was not respected in the least as a dog owner and listened to with the franchisee trying to actually get off the phone because "they were busy"WolfgangI am sorry but there was no reason or fault on our side that would warrant a free groom. We were super excited to get our puppy groomed but was underwhelmed by what our dog received. Place has a lot of 5 stars so maybe it was just an off day. The young lady inside the store was awesome and the treat selection was good too. If you have a puppy I would suggest to just wash your dog for free in the front of the store and save your money.
