One of the best customer service experiences I've had with a pharmacy. We were in a jam with medication for our little one while on a road trip, and this pharmacy transferred the medication, and was sure to have it ready and filled for us at a certain time. Thanks for going the extra mile for us.

I see others who have posted bad reviews for this location’s pharmacy… but I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are always able to answer any questions I have, have been able to get me emergency pills for a script my doctor hasn’t authorized a refill on yet and are always so polite when I’m there. I get my immunizations there and have all my scripts going through this pharmacy. Never a bad experience and have been with them for a few years now.

Great deals! Taking covid seriously. Please make sure to keep your mask on or they won't let you in the doors. Always get sanitizer when you walk in. They offer it for free like most places do. And my favorite part is the parking lot isnts hard to get out of lol. In my town it's small and there's no way to see over the hill to get out safely

Great experience with the pharmacy today. I was having trouble getting my daughter's ear medicine covered by insurance- Tori went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. I asked the pharmacy for help and the pharmacist stopped to help me. I quickly found exactly what I needed. Checkout was easy, at the pharmacy counter. All great examples of why I shop in Walgreens!

If you’re considering picking up a prescription here, pick another pharmacy.The pharmacy staff is rude, especially if you are transgender. The lady “helping” me had a horrible attitude, was short with me, and went out of her way to deadname me twice throughout the visit. I’ve had the same experience every time I’ve tried to pick up medication.Other pharmacies have had no issue respecting my preferred name and verifying my other info. Don’t know why this store insists on being hateful.I will not be returning.

Pharmacy member on the phone was so rude. We had questions about the out of pocket cost of a new medication and she claimed, “I can’t help you right now I have people waiting.” We would have gladly waited on hold to get answers but she was in a hurry to get off the phone.I came to the store the next day to pick it up and find out the cost on spot and the lady working behind the counter (unsure if same as above) was very short with other customers and not very respectful. I felt bad for the older customers that were asking questions and having the rudeness given back.This isn’t our first experience like this here. We will be changing to another pharmacy.

Ordered photos on the Walgreens app. Simple right?? Nope. Went into pickup photos. Clerk is already in a bad mood. Said the photos weren’t at that location. Tried to give her a confirmation number. She said they never use confirmation numbers. Told again the photos weren’t there. Could see the order behind the clerk and pointed them out to her. She made fun and said we didn’t even know how to spelled the first name. What?? She’s laughing the whole time ringing up the sale saying the name is spelled wrong. It’s the correct nameCalled and spoke to the Assistant Manager and suggested customer service training for this employee. Assistant Manager said the manager doesn’t allow her to instruct employees and hang up on meWill I go back to Walgreens. Nope

Visited today with my disabled adult daughter in her specialized stroller. Store was neat and clean. EVERYONE was helpful, professional and kind. Needed input from pharmacist-he was knowledgeable & assisted me immediately. His recommendation was INCREDIBLY helpful-thank goodness. Customer service/checker was wonderful; she patiently found coupons for a couple of items I had when I couldn't find them myself.This is NOT the closest Walgreens to my home, but I make special trips to this location because it's such a pleasure to shop in a clean store with nice employees.Thanks to the store's management and staff for providing a great shopping experience.

I have been frequenting this pharmacy for probably close to 20 years (before they moved here and their previous location on the northeast corner of McMullen and Enterprise.) I have always received excellent help and assistance, especially from the pharmacy team. They have gone above and beyond when needing prescription assistance. When it comes to prescriptions/medications, they have to adhere to rules and laws, and customers need to be respectful of this. The other store associates have also provided great assistance. Have a positive attitude and remember the Golden Rule.

I took a prescription here to get filled for a procedure that had two eye drops. My husband went to pick them up and there was only one. He knew there were supposed to be two different drops. I was waiting to go in to my procedure and needed them that night before the pharmacy closed. The person behind the counter lied at first and said there was only one RX given without pulling up the original prescription. When my doctor pulled my Rx it showed both on the prescription given to Walgreens. My husband went back over and that is when they looked at it and realized there were two and it was their fault. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried blaming the doctor for the error.

(Pharmacy)... I’m a frequent shopper at this location. They are always friendly in the store and pharmacy, never had an issue up until today. Went in to pick up a prescription the pharmacy tech said it wasn’t quite ready yet to give them five more mins . I was kind and said no problem. So I walked the store a good 10 mins got some snacks and decided to go back and check sense was well over the time given . I met with a different tech and she too said it was bout ready And I was completely ok with that, but I felt like an inconvenience or a problem when I heard the first tech I originally spoke with whisper over to the other tech checking me out that she had already told me it wasn’t ready and that people don’t listen or something along those lines . I understand, we have bad days or overwhelmed, but you should never speak about the customer at least where they can clearly hear you. It made me feel bad and I was really nice i could have easily went back and strolled the store haha. Overall, She may have had a bad day no body is perfect, just be more patient with people .

This Walgreens has a liquor section so I purchased all my Christmas liquor from them. 5 days later I was packing all my margarita bags with all the ingredients and discovered the mix was diet. Of course I could not find the receipt but thought they would trade the mix. Even though I showed them my MasterCard statement with the store number they refused to let me swap out. I spent $200 in Dec. Never again!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A FLU SHOT! It will never happen. I scheduled appointments for my children a day ahead and arrived 15min early to check in (as advised via e-mail) just to be told at the check-in there that the pharmacist doesn’t “feel confident” with giving my kids flu shots! My children are 7 and 13. The age restriction at Walgreens is 3 years, so their age was not a factor. I was then told that the pharmacist would have to verify my kids’ information and that he would call me the next day to let me know what time we can come in. I never received any calls from the pharmacist at all! AND THAT WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! :( Please save yourself your precious time and go somewhere else for flue shots.

I had an 8x10 wooden plaque photo made at this Walgreens today. I didn’t know how to work the photo machine. Several of the employees helped me get started, but Mark was especially helpful. He was so patient and understanding and made sure that my photo was done correctly. He processed my photo plaque promptly, and it came out so beautiful! Thank You so much Mark! Jennifer Weisz

The pharmacist ignored the prescription by my doctor and refused to fill it. He was all too happy to stick with the JAB. He is a political animal and had no concern with the my health whatsoever. Avoid this cancerous place at all cost. Believe the reviews.

Do yourself a favor and find another Walgreens to do business with. You cannot reach the pharmacy by phone anymore (they won't pick up the phone). In person they acknowledge you only if they absolutely have to and then want to know if you are a new customer even though you've been a customer for 20 years. If you happen to purchase something else and want to use the regular check out counter up front, the cashier acts like you are just annoying her.Enough is enough.

The woman who works in the pharmacy on the morning shift is the rudest, most combative retail person I've ever experienced. It's almost as if she's looking for ways to aggravate the customer. The pharmacists themselves are friendly and cooperative. But this woman acts as if every aspect of her job is a burden, every question an interrogation and every customer interaction an invitation to argue. I will no be returning.

The wall greens pharmacy at the corner of McMullen Booth Road and enterprise Road in Clearwater Florida is the worst customer service of any drugstore I have ever been to. You cannot get through on the phone in less than 20 to 40 minutes, and when I have explained that feedback to a pharmacist I have gotten nothing back but, that’s just the way it is. They are not personable and they are not helpful, I have Become this way over the past six months and, though a long-term customer, I am switching all my prescriptions to CVS. Very bad management and the pharmacist team

I You Walgreens when at my other home in Richmond Va all the time. I have one particular prescription that must be refilled monthly. A particular male pharmacist at the McMullen Booth store is hard headed and won't fill it for me. This has happened twice. Another pharmacist at that location has filled it with no issues. (This is NOT a script that can be sent in by a Doc. It MUST be taken in by the patient himself). The store also has early closing hours for pharmacy on weekends. It's not unusual to go to the store and find the "gate" closed. The rest of the store is great and the staff is friendly and helpful but because I never know which pharmacist will be on duty, I generally cross the street and use CVS. They have had NO PROBLEM filling my script. It's too bad the Walgreens Pharmacist won't take the time to review the Federal Guidlines for filling this particular type of medication.I'm not a habitual complainer but this guy is a problem for Me and his store.Don Cable

Went in to get a Covid-19 Vaccination and the gentleman at the pharmacy counter was no help whatsoever. There was no line and no one waiting, but he told me I needed to make an appointment now for today which makes no sense! There was a sign outside that said walk-in vaccinations and I was already there, but he turned me away! Thanks for making it more of a hassle for people to get the shot! My advice try somewhere else!

My son got the flu, & doctor's office electronically sent prescription to them on a 4/1/19 at 3:13pm. I never received the text that the pharmacy provides when ready for pick up. I drove to pharmacy that evening for pick up & they said they did not receive the prescription. I contacted doctor's office again on Tuesday. They mentioned that they sent it, but will send again. I contacted pharmacy on Tuesday evening, & they said they did not receive prescription again. Doctor's office contacted them on Wednesday to call in verbally & the pharmacy said it had been ready since 4/1. I contacted pharmacy immediately afterwards, & asked the assistant why they didn't tell me that or text me. She said that I gave them the wrong name. (That's impossible, since they ask for birthdate & full name.). I told them that's impossible, & she said that's what she was told to tell me. They never apologized. Find another pharmacy... it could have been an emergency. They are CLUELESS... & they LIE.

Had appointment for covid booster and flu shot, showed up 10 minutes before appointment, had to wait additional 30 minutes. Apparently pharmacy is not organized and appointment times are only suggestions. Was disappointed with slowness and missing work more time than expected.

Came here for a vaccine.The woman at the pharmacy counter did not seem to be sober. Couldn't type my information correctly, told me I needed a "prescription card" to receive a vaccine, and literally argued with me about it when I said I've never heard of such a thing, anywhere (???)(never needed one to get compounded meds, pick up a prescription from Walgreens or anywhere, and certainly not for a vaccine)It was an extremely bizarre interaction. She asked me personal questions related to getting a vaccine loudly in front of other people waiting in line, which is unnecessary because the vaccine form you have to fill out has those questions on it already. Just completely lacking self awareness.The person who I presume was going to administer the vaccine handed me a clipboard without any introduction or further instructions and after 15 minutes and no one around, I decided this place wasn't worth it.I'm not a picky person, but I do expect anyone in the healthcare field to treat people with respect, and I hold myself to that standard as well. We have A LOT of options these days in regards to who we choose as healthcare providers, and after this and previous experiences with Walgreens, I can't say I'd recommend them for any service.
