This location is awesome! They have a great selection of quality products at affordable prices. The staff here is always helpful and smiling!I've gotten a few Betta fish from here and they are healthy. I have three tanks now to house them all!

My and my best friends dog got an ulcer in his eye, which is a hole in his eye. We couldn't believe it and we were terrified! We got great knowledge and knew exactly what to do. It's healing great and he's going to make a full recovery. Our first visit was free with the coupon and we really needed that or probably would of had to wait until we got paid to bring him. Thank you he's our child

I used to love taking my pup to Teresa for grooming but sadly I won't be any longer. On 11/19 I was called about 10 minutes after dropping him off and was told he was biting and that maybe next time discuss sedation. Shocked, I asked if he was being aggressive and was told yes on the phone. When I went to pick him up I met Teresa and again was told that he was biting her and biting her apron. She had a red spot on her arm and what appeared to be a cut on her finger. I of course was mortified, apologized, and asked if he was aggressive with her or playful so I know for the future and she said that she didn't know if he was playfully biting or attacking. When he was given back to me he was soaking wet. I was so sad because I honestly enjoyed bringing him here especially because of the packages, savings/coupons, and convenience. I'm kinda disappointed in the way it was handled. We've been a loyal customer and were asked to come in earlier and within 10 minutes they decided they couldn't handle him. I wish they had a better protocol for this type of situation. I've decided to do what's best for my pup and will be taking him to a private groomer where they can focus on quality instead of quantity. I will miss the shopping sprees after his grooms but I know this is what's best for him. I think the environment and being crated can overstimulate some pups so keep this in mind when picking a groomer. Thank you Teresa and team for grooming my Yoshi in the short time you knew him.

Just finished intermediate dog training with Alexis. She has changed my relationship with my dog. Ella, my dog, is safer and smarter. Alexis is patient and provides clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone.

I rescue small cats and kittens... There is an Organization called SAVE OUR STRAYS that is there at Pets Mart most Saturdays.... You can adopt one that is ready for a NEW HOME.... So, Pets Mart to allow this wonderful Organization to go there and receive kittensas rescues and allows them to adopt out.. kittens and full grown cats to a loving home is just wonderful... So my hat off to this Pets Mart for being at this wonderful location and store to allow this to happen....

We’ve taken several of the pet training classes at Petsmart with Kellie. She has been so supportive and patient with us and our exuberant dog. She is an extraordinary kind of person. She clearly loves dogs and has their best interest at heart. She can be downright philosophical at times about a dog’s life. She speaks often about how short their lives are and how few decisions they get to make about their lives. For her, dog training is about keeping them safe and extending and enriching their lives. Dog training is hard work and can be really frustrating. But Kellie makes it fun and she tells the most hilarious stories, which usually have an important lesson in them.

We bought our baby kitten here Saturday 8/28/21 the people are extremely nice to the adoptees. And the kittens and cats are so cute. We adopted wizard he is filled with a lot of energy. So we bought him a lot of things to play with. He loves to cuddle too. Robin was just really nice to us she even talk to me the night before about adopting wizard. She was even nice enough to hold him for us until my son who has ADHD Got Out of his drum practice and I am glad she did. We Love wizard.

Love this PetSmart!! Grooming staff is always accommodating. Just a quick phone call. While everyone is super friendly and take great pride in caring for all of our pets, we always request Jeanette. Luna has grown attached to her which makes drop offs super easy. Definitely our go to bath location.

Went & booked a bath for my German Shepherd. When arrived they asked for paperwork for up to date rabies shots. I bought shampoo & toothpaste @ there store from them to use. Lindsey tells me that they can not use what I purchased in their store for my dog sensitive skin. I tell them that she has a rash near her private area. Lindsey the Grooming Manager proceeded to tell me after she looked at my dog, that she has ringworm. I tell her she has a rash. Lindsey says no she has ringworm and they will not touch her. Mind you this is my service dog who got checked by the veterinary 2 weeks ago. So I call the Veterinary and go in as an emergency visit. $159.00 later to say to me. It’s NOT RINGWORMS. It’s a rash. Lindsey@ Petsmart on ( 26277 US HWY 29 N Clearwater Florida 33761. I do understand for them not to touch my dog due to Rash however for Lindsey to state that she has ringworm even though she isn’t a Licensed Veterinary disturbers me the most….Plus don’t purchase shampoos and toothpaste at that store because the grooming department there won’t use what’s best for your dog. They use there own and it may not be good for your dog’s sensitive skin

Kelly is the trainer at PetSmart and she is wonderful!She has trained all 3 of our dogs when the were puppies including Kirby our tiny new addition.She is so patient, knowledgeable, and dogs love her.Highly recommended for her beginning, intermediate & advance classes. Great for us humans and our dogs💕

Get they take competitors coupons. Great grooming cut and bath for my dog. They are very friendly.. I highly recommend. They are reasonably prices. They try not to charge for unnecessary things. My one year old dog wouldnt sit still for the nail clipping so they didnt charge me for it even though they got some done.

I had a great visit at this store. First time visit. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and well stocked. The prices were considerably higher than alot of the competitors in the area, but they did have items at PetSmart that are not available at other stores so it was worth spending a bit extra. They do have a rewards program too, so that definitely helps. 😊

They were so helpful and apologetic because my baby cat died and I went in there to get my other cats toys to make the other baby’s feels better and I walked in and said hey do you guys have deals they said yea and I told them about my cats loose they were like oh I’m so sorry for you loose hope everything gets better and I got them this beautiful cat bed for $12 (original price$30) such a steal

Best place to adopt a cat from Saving our Strays. Always pop in to let them know how Simon is doing. Also had to get Greenies for him. 4/11 Toe Beans is loving delectables. One expensive cat.😹They are all very helpful and Adoption of a cat in need of a forever home is always the best way to make a difference in your life & theirs. I have always adopted thus way & it sure warms my heart. ❤

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I recently went in to buy a cat harness and carrier for my cat. First time buyer- sales reps cannot assist with fitting the harness or leash because "we are a big store and if the cat runs away we will never catch it". Totally understandable. The reps next suggestion "buy a harness you think will fit, take it home, try it out if it doesn't fit, bring it back and get another". Total waste of time and gas. I could not figure the harness configuration out and took it back. Suggestion: set aside a fitting room and assist the customer in putting on the harness. Don't have the rep touch the animal, just assist. I will not return to this store.

I have an 8lb Chi. I shop there for my dog’s food. They have it on stock consistently. The in store self price is higher than the web site price of the store so I always show them their web site and pay the leaser price.It takes my dog almost 3 days to eat one of those small cans as I mix it with some Fresh Pet chicken and vegetables.
