I’ve had Alexis, the dog Trainor all 3 classes. She is amazing. So nice, bubbly and fun to train with my dog. Her training classes have helped my dog tremendously. If I could give her 10 stars I would! She’s patient, and knows All the tricks with Al breed of dogs! She’s really knowledgeable about tips and tricks to help. If you’re debating on training all doubts are out the window! I have full trust and confidence in her and my future animals.

good store. Prices are okay. Not incredible or even great. Just okay. But I like that they have pets in house and grooming and variety. Its a great one stoppe shop for pets. I wish I could say it was good prices. But that is the way it is these days. Definitely a place to go if you are not finding what you want elsewhere. Lots of variety.

We start going here because we enrolled our dog in the puppy class but our original trainer quit during the middle of the course, so we were left with bare minimum knowledge on how to train our blue heeler. My husband and I never had a dog and we weren’t sure how to train him properly. We waited for a new trainer to come on-board and that is when we meet Alexis. After our first time class we instantly saw a difference in her training tactics, explanation and reasoning of why to train using particular methods. We saw how passionate she is about being a trainer, and if she wasn’t sure about something we asked, the following week she would tell us about the research she found. We took all 3 class programs with her, our dog has a great relationship with Alexis. Every time we go in to buy something with Axel, he gets super excited because he wants to see Alexis. She also took the time to give us advice on how to introduce Axel to our newborn. Her training helped us in so my ways and we are extremely grateful to have meet her. Alexis is sweet, bubbly and we always had a great time with her lesson plan. I highly recommend her, if you are looking for a great trainer.

The store was clean, but I didn’t like the customer service from community cashier #715176.Maybe you should have a career change or you could just change your attitude. I will give an update in the future. I want to give them another opportunity for my business.

Their pet grooming service is a whole waste of my time. Very disorganized, they called me to confirm an appointment the day before and then on the same day of the appointment they call to tell me they overbooked, 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Then they end up canceling my appointment right when I am at the store for my rescheduled appointment because of a health issue I had previously mentioned that my dog already has. Never using their salon services again.

I just bought food for my dog and I went home I find that have a warm and spider threads I run back to the store they was closing I ask the manager to change it for me she said no icant the register is closed I told her I don't have any food for my dog she said sorry I keep asking her she refused that is the second time to find warm in the dog food I will never going back thier

My trip to Petsmart in Trinity was so exhausting I drove to Petsmart in Clearwater all I can say is AWESOME SERVICE!!!Was greeted when walking in the front doors they exchanged my halters with a smile and helped me find new ones. I brought my daughter and husband with me this time and my daughter walked out so excited for her cats to use their new Condo she bought. They even did price checks for us with a smile, great group of people and excellent service, Thanks so much Petsmart of Clearwater, Florida ...

The dog trainer at Gulf to Bay has a way of alienating client base from herself and PetSmart. Talks bad about customers behind their back and is very rude to customers when no longer in training. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at petsmart. I won’t be back.

The Saturday I came in was a cat adoption day. There were 2 of the sweetest cats, a mom and her son. They're bonded and need to be adopted together. I love how PetSmart allows these animal rescue groups to bring in their adoptable pets.

A great place to get my cats food. If he doesn't like it I can return it for a full refund. I normally will donate to the kitties there waiting for adoption. Great sales and almost every food I need. Could use a few more employees on the floor. My Simon came from there when Safety Harbor Strays was having an adoption event on Saturdays. He picked me & that makes it even better.

This bird was (350) wish I had enough to get him because he was very sociable and literally walked towards me upside down and mimicked everything I did. I fell in love with this Conyer. I just hope someone would give him a loving home to live in. 😊

The staff was very helpful in deciding chewy treats and dental care for my Chihuahua. The only downside to PetSmart is that SOME products are sold at Walmart for a considerably lower price, but, in terms of higher end products PetSmart has it all whereas other places usually don’t.

I made an appointment to get my German shepherd groomed. Showed up on time and instantly the groomer started to complain about her size. Then she saw her vest "Do not Pet" labels. She said she couldn't be there if there was a danger. I had to explain I put the labels on because my dog doesn't like other dogs and therefore I don't want people to come over with their ankle biters wanting to pet my shepherd. Then the three other ankle biters showed up for my 8 am appointment. I guess PetSmart 2-3hr grooming services is for multiple dogs but only one groomer. At a $61 minimum price, clearly my dog is not getting an appropriate amount of time. So it's obvious my dog doesn't look like her normal clientele. I been avoiding PetSmart for years because I had a bad experience with the St. Petersburg store. I guess bad service is among all their stores and are not isolated incidents. As for me I will never do business with PetSmart again. Between Amazon, Costco and Sam's club all 100% cheaper for food and supplies, I'm sure I can find a local groomer as well at a better price.

Usually they are well stocked with good variety of pet food options but today the cat food area was quite a bit sparse. They may have been restocking but the cat litter options were definitely missing and unfortunately the one I get was not available.

I have been coming to this Petsmart for many many years. I have for the most part always been happy with the service there.Today, I had two tired toddlers in the car so chose the curbside pickup option for the first time. My order was brought out very quickly once I arrived in the parking lot, but the employee was shockingly rude. He huffed and scowled and tried his best to make me feel bad about making him come out to my car. He gruffly asked where he was “supposed” to put the stuff. I had rolled my passenger side window down and asked him to please hand it to me through the window. He didn’t reply, just handed the items through. I told him thank you and he didn’t reply again; just turned and walked away. This is unacceptable behavior from an employee in any service organization that deals with customers.
