I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus in Clearwater with Luna (pictured below) to use their “Self-Service Pet Wash”. Overall great experience! They have everything you need. Like hyper allergenic shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, shampoo+ conditioner to clean the dog with. They also provide towels and an apron. There is a built in collar attached to each station (3 stations total). A couple things that they could improve on is the cleanliness of the station and the electric dryers did not work.

Great prices! Same or less than Amazon, plus better selection and fantastic customer service.They have a great policy where I can return things just because my extra particular pup doesn't like it.This gave me the freedom to try an expensive dog food, without worrying that I'd be out $25 because...finickyTurns out, my dog loves the food (Dr Marty's) and, more importantly, it reversed his black skin disease.Best pet store in Tampa Bay area.Definitely recommend.

I love shopping at PSP! The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I am able to find what I need (and more) every time and my kitties always enjoy the treats and toys I bring home! :)

It would be better if they actually had helped that knows what's going on I've never been to such a confused place with such confused employees.... It might be nice if these quote-unquote local businesses actually had the owners working. Maybe they do I've never run into anybody here...

Great prices, always have what I need for my animals....prime example, my UVB light went out for my bearded Dragon, I needed a new set up ASAP. Searched everywhere online, PSP was the only place that has the type and size I needed. I get all my pets food from there as well. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

I always have a great experience every time I shop at Pet Supplies Plus. The personalized thank you note (with cat treats!) that they include with orders placed online really sets them apart from their competitors.

I love this store but the employees working here are lazy. No one wanted to go above and beyond to help me find food that it said was in stock online. Mind you this was the 3rd time I tried to pick it up. Then waited for someone to ring me out only to have them tell me too bad the internet was bad and that’s why I can’t use any of my rewards. I’ll never go here again. I’ll order from Amazon on line or chewy from now on.

Always a great experience at this store, considering how saturated the area is with places to get pet products. Excellent variety and very good prices. Toys and accessories are also well stocked. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with any questions and can even look up your purchase history if you forget the name of a particular product you forgot the name of (which has happened to me more than once)! It's out of the way for me to go here, but absolutely worth it!

Waited for 15 minutes in my car after calling for curbside pickup, then had to go into the store to ask for my order, and the employee was just standing there with no customers. Got home and discovered the wrong items we're given to me and will not go back Ever.

Amazing! They have so many varieties of pet food. The staff offered help when I was trying to lift a large bag of food and they offered to help me to my car with my purchases. This is my new pet food store.

We stopped in yesterday to shop for a pet for my daughter's 5th birthday.Bee assisted us and she was absolutely wonderful. Stay away from this place. I have a 5 gallon aquarium and she had to ask the manager if they're allowed to sell me fish for less than a 10 gallon. Worst pet store ever.

They have a variety of pet food and treats. I've switched dog food multiple times because my dogs are super picky. They took back both bags of dog food that didn't work out. The associates have assisted multiple times with food options and we finally found one that works! We especially love the baked goods up front and the coupons I get in the mail. They always have great deals going on and I always purchase my cat and dog food from here. Highly recommend! Been going here for 8 years now!

My 2 dogs go to the groom room every 8 or so weeks. The ladies here are fabulous and always so very kind and patient. They are understaffed just like everyone else these days and may take a little longer than usual but it's very worth it. I appreciate their attention to detail and how loving they are with our pups. Last week I was picking up my dogs and an older woman was yelling at the staff, being extremely rude and ignorant. I was so frustrated and upset for them. I've been thinking about it all week. I just wanted to leave a review and let them know they are rock stars and my family appreciates them. ✨️

I used their grooming for the first time and Lauren their groomer is the best!! My Maltese is 14 years old and she groomed him today and it’s the best job I’ve ever had in 14 years with my sweet guy!!! I also have a shitzu that i can’t wait for her to do!!!!
