First time bringing our two 9 month old English cream golden retriever pups today. Recommended by my daughter who takes her dog there. From booking to pickup the process was a great experience. Jeffrey did an excellent job bathing and trimming. He gets extra thanks for dealing with two puppies that have not been to the groomer before and were very anxious about their spa treatment! Thank you fluffy puppies! Hank and Hannah looked amazing!

Stopped at Fluffy Puppies another day for the first time, what a cute place. Very well organized shop that has a little bit of everything in it, they do a great job at selecting good products. Very cute supplies (leashes, collars, Dog beds), and I was so happy to see fresh raw dog food there that my pup loves! They also have grooming and day care for small dogs. Susie is wonderful and answered all our questions patiently. Can't wait to bring our dog to day care!

I started to bring my dogs here because my normal groomer is on maternity leave from PetSmart. Normally, I would drive from Bellaire to the Tyrone PetSmart because she is a great groomer. As the dogs needed to be groomed I was in a pinch to trust another organization and groomer. As pet parents know, these are personal decisions filled with a lot of fear and anxiety when going to a new group.I called to make an appointment and the people at this store are just so incredibly kind and loving. That call won over my business. I knew right away that I would be permanently moving my business to Fluffy Puppies. I could tell that they act from a place of love and kindness in everything they do. I believe the owners name is Suzzie. She really sets the tone for her store.Everyone is just kind and friendly. I felt that I could trust them to care for our dogs. They also happen to do great work too. When you call and walk into the shop you cannot help but being overwhelmed with the love and kindness the owner and staff exude. It truly is a great experience.

Called for a puppy cut. They said they don’t recommend grooming for puppy’s. Ok, fine so they recommended a mini cut. I did that. It was 50 plus dollars for a 5 pound puppy to trim around his eyes. When they gave me back my puppy I didn’t like the way they cut his face and I asked for a round face and they refused to cut it more because it wasn’t considered a regular cut yet they cut around his eyes regardless. And that was 50 dollars ! Worst money spent ever. I’ve had groomers for 16 years and this was my worst experience. The cut around the face was awful and they refused to fix it.

Fluffy Puppies is amazing! The groomer cleaned my little rescue so well he didn’t smell like a dog for a week (no chemical or perfume smell either).Definitely recommend!

I wasn’t happy when I brought my dog here for a full groom and paid $75+ and all he received was a bath and brush, no fur trimming whatsoever. That is an expensive bath! I can bathe him and brush him at home, what I needed was help with trimming his fur up. Nice employees but I didn’t come back after that experience.

I took my 2 miniature Australian Shepherds there 2 times based on recommendations I read. First of all you have to book out 2 months in advance! The groomer was excellent but the owner was very strange. Started talking about someone trying to break into her building. Was happy with the grooming and made an appointment 7 weeks later, the earliest available. My husband dropped them off and at the approximate time they were to be ready I went there to pick them up. I waited in a parking spot right outside the door. I was there about 5 minutes when she came out and started questioning me about what I was doing parked there. I told her I was waiting for my 2 Aussies. She acted very paranoid. I went in and picked up my dogs and inquired about booking their next appointment. She very emphatically states that they are booked through the end of July and that’s it. Over 2 months. The professional thing would be to say well, we are booked but let me put you on a cancellation list and maybe we can get your Aussies in sooner. This woman is certainly not a professional business woman. Believe me they are not cheap and I always tipped well. My 2 Aussies are as sweet as can be and the groomer told me they were sweethearts. I would never recommend them. Maybe the owner would rather book some tiny little dogs with pink dyed hair. I will never go back. The owner is a kook

I LOVE Fluffy Puppies!! I've been going there for about 8 years. The owner, Susie, is so knowledgeable,caring & helpful as well a being one of the nicest people I have ever met! My groomer Carrie is really good & more importantly, loves my dog. She loves all of the doggies she grooms. I feel very confident leaving my little guy, w(has a spinal injury & needs extra care,) with her. I know he is in good hands. Great selection of anything & everything a dog owner could want & need. Don't know what I'd do without them!

We brought our mini Australian Shepherd in for a summer trim and told the groomer exactly what we wanted done, just a simple trim to thin down her summer coat. We came in to her being completely shaved head to toe. They absolutely butchered the cut!! We will never be using them again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

We took our dog to fluffy puppies for the first time to groom. Our appointment was for 8:30 tuesday morning, January 4th.My pup and I were greeted promptly on time by Suzy the owner of the store. She then checked us in and went to call our groomer so we could tell him what we expected.He called when our dog was finished and we went to collect our boy and see the results!We were extremely satisfied with the results! ED D did a fantastic job! We were so pleased we booked a future appointment with Ed.Thank-you Ed!💕

I like to shop here, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And I love the frequent buyer program for the special food I feed my English Bulldog. I also appreciate they would never stock anything harmful to my pet. Two parking spots in front and plenty in the back. If you're curious about new products, they're willing to share feedback from their own research or other customers. Pet friendly store with water bowls near the entrance.

My name is Cedric, an 11 year old miniature poodle who is very particular about where I go for all my doggy needs...that's why I always choose Fluffy Puppies. The staff greets me with hugs and belly rubs and let me give them kisses, I am French after all! They are very knowledgeable about the products and can answer any questions my human might have. I love the fun and funky atmosphere, the great selection of homemade treats and all things doggy. The groomers are awesome and very patient. HORRIBLE!!! Taylor the "manager" likes to scold customers all the time!They are horrible about keeping appointments straight or verbally giving you appointments then not having them when you get there. They use a pencil and appointment book - welcome to the 19th century. They can't keep track of appointments accurately. They should upgrade to a modern professional system. If you and your spouse have different phone numbers but the same dog they get confused and lecture and fuss at you when you go in. The owner is hardly there. She needs a new manager. They call a day before an appointment to change it often. If you have a busy life and have not checked your voice mail for THEIR last minute changes in appointment you are the one in trouble! Taylor is unprofessional and rude to you when you walk in 90% of the time. They are disorganized and rude. I booked an appointment over the phone in early Dec. for a first available in Jan. Showed up and no groomers on that day. Re-booked and they called a day earlier to reschedule. My husband made an appointment for another dog of ours and rescheduled it over a week in advance. I took dog in for rescheduled appointment and Taylor fussed at me for 10 minutes that we had two appointments and missed the first one but she still had both appointments in the book. She did not get it straight that it was rescheduled but had it down twice and was yelling at me! Then she said I was too late to get my dog groomed. GO SOMEWHERE THAT VALUES YOUR BUSINESS! She should have apologized for the error that they did not erase their penciled in appointment when we rescheduled. Previous groomers who worked there told us that she is very difficult to work with and they change groomers alot. This is my experience. We have 3 dogs so we need a groomer who professionally takes and keeps appointments. We had gone there for a couple years because the groomer would talk to us directly to keep her out of the loop. The groomer knew she caused issues.

I used to go out of my way to stop by this store whenever we are in the Clearwater area, but the owner wasn't there last time. We travel around 300 miles round-trip every month for a specialized doctor and I used to love to stop here for special goodies. I was willing to pay any price for one of several display dogs as a gift and the lady wouldn't sell it or many other things that I asked about. They seem to cater to the locals who have uppity attitudes. I will definitely think twice about going there again. My money is just as good as any others 😏😑😣😏

Warning to Husky owners!It took a month to get a grooming appointment. I was assured they had the experience to groom a wooly Siberian Husky but they obviously do not. They Butchered her long hair around her face… right away made excuses that the texture of the hair was folding in the Scissors as the reason she was chopped so short. I wanted to cry when I saw her. I Paid for de shedding as I’ve done at other groomers. Obviously they only used a deshedding shampoo and did not blow out her undercoat. Every other place I’ve taken her for the same service I can feel that her hair is thinner as soon as I pick her up but not here. They hardly trimmed around her feet or the long hair around her pads. I will never go back here for anything.

I stopped by today because I heard the store was under new ownership and they were having a launch party of some sorts with free food and different vendors so I decided to check it out.It’s on the corner and looks like a little house. There’s parking behind the building and there’s only 1-2 spots on the front.As I walked in I was immediately welcomed with a well decorated and well lit and warm house. Not a shop or a store. But it felt like you were at a friend or family member’s house. I was immediately greeted by the staff who were incredibly pleasant and always smiling. At one point I thought to myself “they’re awfully smiling a lot...” but by the end I knew it was so genuine and sincere that I left feeling happier. Also, I saw every customer walk in and the workers knew about them and their families. It was very intimate and showed how much they care about the patrons of their store.Now on to the goods.There is a groomer for cats and dogs, there’s a daycare for the animals, there is an assortment of non-chemical, clean and organic foods and soaps/cleansers. They have accessories for your pet as well as a lot more. I really like how this place tries to carry items that are not harmful to your pet.I highly recommend going here for you and your animal sake. They’ll leave with treat-Os that are oh so yummy and also good for their health so they can spend a lot more years with their favorite human. And you’ll leave there feeling happy and making new friends. I guarantee it.

Went on vacation with my husband and dog last week in Clearwater beach. Our hotel gave us a sheet with local attractions and things to do and go with your pet and this store/grooming salon was on it. We went to check it out and we were very pleased with their service while shopping. They all greeted my dog like they’ve known her her whole life, very friendly people. The store is so cute and quaint. If I lived in Clearwater this would be the place I would take my fur baby for grooming. The stuff sold in the store ranges from collars and leashes to toys and treats. They even sell stuff for your house too. Super cute place and highly recommend.

I am new to the area and tried Fluffy Puppies for the first time. My Cockapoo was way overdue for a groom and matted. Susie and Jane took the best care of my Cosmo. They were kind and loving to my very shaky pup who was scared. I am so happy to have found Fluffy Puppies. I picked Cosmo up and he looked adorable, clean and very happy!! Thank you Fluffy Puppies!

We have been going to this store and just love it, we have one dog and 4 cats, we feel like kids in a toy shop, they cary our line of natural food, fresh baked on site treats, not mentioning toys, clothing and gadget, they have it all. We felt so much better then in those chain store. The staff is very professional and friendly. If you didn't guess we love this charming store and hope you will to. Just go and enjoy.

Always a great experience talking with manager Suzanne about puppy care. We discovered that FP carries a very high quality raw food that is cheaper than similar at big-box pet supply stores! Plus repeat sales bonuses for numerous very high quality puppy & dog foods! Fluffy Puppies is definitely my new go-to for our dogs!
