I wish we would have gotten our sales assistance name. He was an older gentleman and was patient and kind with my 10 year olds fragrance journey! He was passionate and allowed my son to take his time and even let him pick out samples. Wish this location carried Creed and Amouge fragrances.

Took my grandson shopping for an upcoming trip. Was expertly assisted by Amber Dawn Martin. She helped us size him, and showed us a wide array of styles. She made our visit a wonderful shopping experience. This is big coming from an old guy who hates to shop. Thank you Amber and I will be coming back with his 2 younger brothers for their outfits as well.

I rarely shop at the mall anymore,but I wanted to mention what excellent customer service I received yesterday at the Jo Malone counter from a kind young man, Brandon.The definitely knew the perfume line and was helpful to me, without that overbearing customer service that we often encounter and shy away from.Thank you Brandon!!!!!

Love Dillards in general but this location the employees just bugged and bugged me to check out and I had just gotten there specifically the lady with the accent that works in juniors kept asking me if I’m ready to check out like we will let you know when we’re ready to check out. Felt like she thought I was stealing or something just cause I’m young which made me put my things back and they lost some business. Very disappointed how they treat the young customers

Very disappointed to the lady in Dior beauty whoever she is I didn’t get a chance to get her name, I had an appointment yesterday at 2pm for make up. I was late, I arrived 2:06, she told me to wait 10 mins, and then after that I asked again how much longer should I wait she said 10 more minutes. I told her I can’t wait that Long anymore, she said well you are late you arrived 2:06 I have to take another client. That was just very unprofessional and rude. First of all it’s fine and I can totally understand if I was late for 15 mins but I wasn’t usually the rule you have allowance at least 10 mins. People make an appointment to get the spot and being turned down just because she was late for a few minute is just not acceptable and very unprofessional.Huge thanks to Lisa In YSL for taking good care of me and the rest of the other 2 ladies who helped me in my make up. I wasn’t their client but they handle the situation very professional unlike the lady in DIOR. I just hope the girl in Dior she could have handled it differently and not turning client down and making an excuse, very very disappointed with her.

Shopping on Black Friday, it was busy. They had a majority of their merchandise at the regular 65% off with other specials of reduced prices. As a Petite Woman shopper there were only a couple of racks with extra reductions and limited merchandise. The Men’s department had lots of items for $19.99 or $14.99 as did women’s.

Had an amazing experience with Kelly in the men’s department. We were greeted by her after an unpleasant experience with the men’s store manager. She’s is terribly unprofessional.Kelly not only helped us pick out 2 shirts she also assisted with measurements and suggested what button up would be better for cold weather. We ended up leaving with a number of items due to her assistance. When we go back I will actually call ahead and ask for Kelly. She is simple the best!!!

Very rude customer service over the phone from a young girl. Cut me off and then placed me on hold because she didn’t want to answer my questions… just needed info on my pickup order. From reading the other reviews it’s sad they’re hiring people that have no respect.

Ok store. Very clean. It's well stocked. They have very pretty dresses here. Not too big of a selection of sizes in store. They sell pretty expensive stuff. More than some are worth. There was no staff around to help you if you had any questions. They have a lot of great high end cosmetics here. They also have way too much perfume all in the same place in my opinion near the mall entrance. I'm allergic to perfume and it's very difficult to enter or exit the store from the mall. I'm sure other people might have a similar opinion.

Please staff the Estee Lauder counter! The past two times I've stopped in its been other sales women who don't have a clue helping with my purchase. This past time I requested the travel size sample of mascara like I always do, and the lady told me they don't carry those.Luckily the lady from Chanel helped out.

My fiance and I had been in May of last year and received great service picking out a men's suit from an employee named Jason and he was very helpful and friendly. However, today we went in for a suit, we saw another employee working in the men's dress area, and when we asked if we could have help with getting sized and looking at a few different colors/styles, we were just told that there was no one doing suits that day. We saw three employees in the general area and not one was able to take measurements and help browse the selection? If you're going to be open for sale then be open! At the very least he could have offered to help browse for some items. And this is not the first time that we've felt dismissed by employees there. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is from the great service we received the one time prior.

Compared to other Dillards this store was lacking. While they have some beautiful selections, I felt that whoever decided what they carry is not conscious about different sizes and styles. I actually circled three times to find the junior section as I shop in both departments. Pretty much, there isn’t one. It’s all business style with some dressy casual mixed in. Don’t get me wrong, there is a place for those and when I need them I’ll probably go here. But that’s all. The few sections that there were normally an assortment of different styles of dresses, well it was all the same style in different fun patterns. I went to the Dillards in Greenville two days prior. So I know the selections are there for them to offer more variety. I’d rather be able to shop for any occasion in one store. Also, bigger sizes need to be offered. First Dillards I had a hard time finding size Large. Staff was friendly.

Been coming here for years.. Recently had such a fantastic experience getting the entire family new shoes.. The young man Scott was so very helpful and knowledgeable about sizing and product offerings. Never have my two sons or myself been happier with our selections!

Running errands, a very busy day. Went into Dillards to return an item quickly. The sales associate who said her name is Grace at the Ralph Lauren men’s department told me that unfortunately I had to return my item upstairs. When I questioned this, since I’ve returned things before, and know that any department will take a return, she once again told me I had to do it upstairs.In a day and age where brick and mortar stores are closing, because people prefer to buy online just so that they don’t have to deal with bad customer service, this is just another example of why it’s better to buy online.

I came here bought a pair of shoes not even a few days ago, and they broke on the first day I wore them.Came back to ask for a exchange, since I wore it one.I had a receipt proved the day I bought them.Alexandra the “manager” didn’t even ask for the receipt, straight up told me no, because for her “I could have broke em myself” her words.I found her really rude and not cooperative at all.I’m not coming back here anymore, I’m gonna tell all my friends to not shop in this store.

I absolutely hate shopping because it's very hard to find clothes to fit my specific body type, and to actually like the clothes that do fit well. I was helped by Anna Baker at Dillards in Clearwater and I have to say it has been the best shopping experience I have ever had. She showed me exactly the styles I was looking for and helped me find all the right sizes to fit me perfectly.Could not have done it without her. I Left with Five Business Suits that I absolutely love! If I could give Anna 10 Stars I would! Dillards has great clothes, but I never would have been able to find exactly what I needed without Anna's help! Don't ever let her go!
