I bought my Jack Russell Terrier on 2/7/24. I saw him on Blue Sky Puppies website on Google. I wasn't looking to buy another dog due to losing my Jack Russell Noah back in July of 2022 that we had for over 17 years. However, when I saw Isaiah, I just had to meet him in person, so I called Blue Sky to make sure he was still available, and he actually was at the Tampa Bay location. When I met him I immediately fell in love. The customer service representatives were so professional as well as the staff at Blue Sky Puppies! Isaiah slept through his first night and have been every since we have had him. He's such a big part of our family, and he potty trained immediately. Sorry for the late review. we just wanted to make sure he was healthy, and we just been enjoying him so much. I want to thank the staff and customer service for keeping in touch with us regarding our new and the staff at The Tampa location for the kindness, professionalism, and patieceedition to the family. I recommend Blue Sky Puppies to those who are looking for an amazing new family member! Yes, indeed, we are spoiling our little baby boy! Thank you so much, Blue Sky Puppies 💜

Trinity did an amazing and thorough job getting me the exact pup I wanted! I had an amazing experience and absolutely love my new baby. We bonded immediately and the process was super easy and fast. Such a beautiful and clean store with amazing staff. They got various breeds with healthy dogs. We loved it so much that we got our Nala from the store. Would recommend it to everyone!

First, I will say that Christopher was a fantastic sales rep. He was attentive without being overbearing. He was knowledgeable, and kind. We give him 5 stars.Secondly, we absolutely love our little Sheba Inu. She is beautiful, smart and healthy.Unfortunately I do not like the pushiness of the calls and texts from customer service to write a review or to use their Vet. (I live over an hour away, no thank you) if you have questions for me, email me or ask me in the text. Stop calling me.I also wish the pups were from breeders who are easily researched for obvious reasons, but they are not. I will say that all of the information (including the breeder) is available to you on the puppy's window. So you can see it before purchase. But the internet signal inside is awful..

Getting our puppy was spur of the moment, but we couldn't have gone to a better place. The workers were awesome at answering all of our questions. Editing my review now that we have had our puppy home. Unfortunately I've already spent several hundred at our vet since we received a SICK puppy. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the warranty department as apparently they only communicate through email if you're lucky enough to get a response from them.

UPDATE: My experience with Blue Sky Puppies has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. When I initially purchased my pet from them, I had high hopes for finding a healthy and well-bred companion. However, my experience has been marred by serious hereditary health issues.Shortly after bringing my pet home, it became apparent that she was suffering from hereditary luxating patella's in both rear legs. This condition has led to significant discomfort and impaired mobility for my pet, requiring extensive veterinary care and surgeries. The surgeries are $3,000.00 each and the dog cost over $3,200.Despite reaching out to Blue Sky Puppies to address this issue, I have been met with a lack of accountability and transparency. There has been no acknowledgment of the hereditary health issues present in the pets they breed, nor any offer of assistance or compensation for the medical expenses incurred. Blue Sky is not taking responsibility, to date that have offered to only reimburse me for the cost of the dog. Shame on them!I urge anyone considering purchasing a pet from Blue Sky Puppies to proceed with extreme caution and thorough research. It is essential to thoroughly vet breeders and inquire about any potential hereditary health issues to avoid the heartache and financial burden that I have experienced.

Ths staff here completely helped me find the perfect little dog. I told them what I wanted, a little love nugget, and what I didn't want, a high energy needy dog, and they matched me to 3 perfect dogs. It was a hard choice to make but they helped me be objective.
