Customer service is the pits, bought a bale of hay, half of bale wwas filled with sticks, stems from weeds, was told to bring in what I found, owner said unless I had he whole bale there was nothing she could do, I did bring hers the bad flake but wasnt enough. All I have to say if byer beware

We have been coming to Hay Movers for the past few years but NO MORE!After management changed but do not believe ownership, we have had one problem after another with their "yard guy". Extremely rude and disrespectful and that is putting it mildly.. Cannot even remember the last time we have had any disagreements with an employee of a business, but this guy is another story. We are working people and understand customers can be difficult at times BUT under NO Circumstances have we ever given him a reason to be nasty and rude which he seems to delight in doing. The nicer you are , he apparently sees this as a weakness. Handling heavy bales of hay and feed can't be an easy job, but that's no excuse for disrespect. Did we not tip enough in the past? Don't think that was an issue and ALWAYS thanked him but his behavior is abhorrent. Complained to the owner but really didn't show much concern and his statement was " well help is hard to find". Really? Well parting with our wages for feed and hay is hard too and I guarantee that it won't be going to Hay Movers ever again! The thousands of dollars we spent there in the past made absolutely no difference to the owner obviously. We will be more than happy to recommend other Hay suppliers to our business connections that come to Ocala every season for their horse activities. Under no circumstances will it be Hay Movers.

We recently got our 2nd roll of coastal that was moldy. When we cut the roll open, there was white mold everywhere. My wife took the roll back and instead of saying "im sorry you got a moldy roll. here is another roll" the owner said "thats because you bought the last roll of coastal", and proceeded to say they all have mold it's no big deal. I guess they dont know, horses wont eat moldy hay. When you pay 75 dollars for a roll of hay, you expect it to not have white mold eveywhere when you cut it open. We will never buy hay here again, there are other places in ocala with better quality hay.

Had no square bales of any type grass hay...had to get perennial peanut for a camel..he wouldn't eat it...wasted $13.50 you would think a place that has tons of tractor trailers would have a sq bale of coastal hay...

Not pleased with owners lack of concern about receiving moldy hay. There is too much hay in town to get moldy hay at high prices.
