Office staff are very hard to reach, they have very limited open office hours. We booked over the phone but never got a confirmation email and couldn't reach them again, so we just hoped our site was available when we got there. ( it was, thankfully)I believe this was once a very nice campground but the upkeep isn't there. Most of the campers ( i think at least 90%) are long term rentals from up north. People were very nice and friendly. Sites are rather small and on top of each other, roads are not well kept and fairly narrow. Our site had a wood deck ( which one was super nice and good size ) but had a pretty good size whole in the middle of it, right by the steps... I thought it was pricey. Over $100/ night is the daily rate. We just had an event nearby that's why I picked this place but it's convenient for a weekend trip.

Campground was convenient to our ravel plans and had availability. It's quiet and friendly campers welcomed us. The negative is the roads are in poor condition with some potholes filled with large rocks. Our site was grass that had not been cut and site has poor drainage. The CG staff are never in the office and difficult to reach. Facilities are clean and well kept. I give it a 3 overall.

Manager doesn't drink the water and neither did we because of all the sulfur. A let down given the premium price of $101.25/night after tax. There are places closer to Orlando or Space Coast. I come here because my work office is 20 minutes away but next time I'll stay somewhere else. Prices went up since last time I was here and the park has cleaned up some of the long term trashy people but you're still parking on gravel and listing to tractors/fork lifts at 8am. Suppose if you want to join in on the community dinner nights or fire pit you get some additional value for the amenities you don't find elsewhere but I'd rather have quality basics like water.

We booked a month stay here thinking it would be fun to do a Christmas at Christmas.  Electric was fine.  Laundry was fine.  People relatively friendly. All else, far from fun.Water has too much Sulphur in it, made my dog sick with diareaha. Use a berky and replace your filters after your done here.  Water does smell like rotten eggs or sewage.Zero mgmt of the place allows people to walk through other people's site.Advertised WiFi is non existent.  Not mentioned that it is only at the main hall.We ended up leaving after for the neighbors insulted my wife for complaining about coming through our site.  On Christmas morning of all things. Was not informed about water contamination.  Was not informed about no refunds policy.  I didn't sign anything on checking in nor a review of the policies.Mgmt even offered to get a picnic table and never gave us one.  We waited over a week and dragged one to our site ourselves. We essentially were used as a money transfer to their bank account.  They don't help their customers nor care about the customer's experience.  Office only open from 9 to 12 and calling after hours you get voicemail.Don't stay at this place.  We already have a BBB complaint  filed as well as our bank asking for a partial refund.I've been to hundreds of RV parks, Resorts, State Parks..  over 2 years.  Never have been at a place that once they get your money, they care less about you.  They could've at least come by and asked how we were doing.

Noy a hotel/motel/lodge. An rv campground as well as more than seasonal campers. Conveniently close to Kennedy Space Center, which is the only reason we would book here again. We paid less per night at other locations that had concrete parking pads and far fewer permanent sites, and better water pressure. It's not worth the fee cherged.

We spent a week here. My first impression was that we way over paid. Nothing paved, anywhere. Gravel roads, some of which where being refilled with gravel while we were there. Lots of Michigan, Minnesota, and other tags from up north. I assume it's a Snowbird Haven. There seemed to be a community of sorts amongst them, which was nice. Don't expect to ever see anyone in the office, though. Maybe it was because it was Christmas? But the office was never open while we were there...or maybe just not while we were in the park. The dog park is nice and clean. The water pressure, though, is pretty abysmal. I've seen a few reviews saying that the tap water was sewage-y or disgusting. I can only assume they've never had Florida water. That's the way it tastes to those of us from elsewhere. I drank from the tap the whole week, no issues. Lots of full time folks with pretty run down rigs. Lots of abandoned rigs, too. Some even tarped up. Not sure what that's about. All in all, I doubt we would return.

Honestly, it's clean and quiet (not counting the noise from FL 50 about 100 yards away). Nice people, pool in good shape. I would rate it higher, but I found a place about 8 miles away (Great Outdoors) with far more amenities, and it's the same price. So at the price point, I wouldn't recommend. You can do better. But objectively, they do a nice job with what they have. Staff absent though presumably reachable on weekends. (Place I just mentioned has a 24/7 staffed gate - and same price.) Would book there next time. Really, if this place dropped their price accordingly, say $70/night, they'd be more competitive. FYI the wifi sucks, but that's the case at most places we've been. I spent the day at the pool not for the pool so much as it's the only place the wifi doesn't suck. Speaking of the pool, the crawler (I'm sure it has a different name) was plugged in and in the pool, not moving. The cord was strung across the pool, an obstacle to swimming. A lady came over and asked me if I thought it was safe since it was electrical. I knew it was, but I unplugged it to make her feel better. Sloppy, guys.

This Rv park is popular with the Snow Birds during the winter months. We arrived in March 2022 and left in 2023. The park has a lot of scheduled activities during the winter months then becomes a quiet park for the full-time campers. There is a very nice pool, which has solar heat. Shuffle board and Bocci Ball courts are popular during the winter months. There are many opportunities for get togethers at the park such as Wednesday potluck suppers, Sunday Bingo with ice cream, and Friday campfires with burgers and hot dogs included. During the rest of the year, it is pretty quiet, but the park does do major holiday meals. The sites vary in size but can be of a decent size. You can decorate your site to suit yourself. Dogs are welcome. You can put fencing around your site to contain your dogs if you wish. The park has 2 large buildings for group activities plus a second shower room and a second laundry room aside from the one in the main building. During my time there, I always found the common areas to be very clean. The year-round people are friendly and helpful. Hope to return!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The park was fine. The space are decent, it has a lot of pine trees which is nice. The roads are gravel. The only downside was the water. They have to find the way to get better water. It was stinking. My daughter got allergic from the water.

This is a quiet, affordable park and I dare say, the best east of Orlando and only a short ride into the city. One other option to stock up on supplies is heading east into Titusville. The pool is imaculant; beleive it’s a salt pool because I didn’t detect any clorine in the water. The pool is well maintained daily.Excellent washer and dryers for a very reasonable fee.Bring everything food wise with you, as the local “Grocery Store” is simply an overpriced bodega, a mix between a Dollar General and Seven 11. My wife tried to order hot food the first few days we were there and was told they were temporarly closed do to the health department and a misunderstanding for which the Health Department was completely to blame. There is plenty of hiking and mountain biking just down the road where you turn in, but instead you go straight to the dead end. Hundreds miles to explore, this is a giant Watermanagment district and the Semimnole Ranch Trailhead. A portoin of the famous Florida trail runs thorugh this part as well.Staff is friendly as are people in the park. We were off season so many of the activities were done for the season. I imagine during season there are a ton of things going on for folks every day.Just down the street is an Aligator park of sorts, you can see gators, as well as purchase gator burgers, go on a airboat ride, etc. See informatoin inside the receration club house for more information. This time of year, the person who checks you in / out is available from 8:30am - 12:00PM M - F though you can phone reservations and they will leafve everything you need up front and you can self check in.Yes, there are rules but they don’t send out the gestapo looking for every little thing you might be close to doing wrong. Just use common sense and treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated and everything should be awesome! - CHEERSNearby activities: Hiking is avaiable, notably The Florida TrailSafety: It seemed to me a very safe location!Walkability: Yes, it’s easy to walk around, find small adventures even inside the park itself.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of communicating with the Christmas R V Park prior to a possible upcoming stay, and I must express my deep disappointment with their lack of proper compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in relation to service dog access to venues where food is served. This concern was further highlighted by their own admission in email correspondence. As a person with a disability who relies on a service dog for daily assistance, I have come to expect establishments to be well-versed in ADA regulations and to provide equal access to all individuals. Unfortunately, Christmas R V Park proved otherwise. In an email exchange with their staff, I specifically inquired about their policy regarding service dogs and their access to areas where food is served. Their response acknowledged their non-compliance with ADA guidelines, revealing a disconcerting lack of understanding and disregard for the rights of individuals with disabilities. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. The disregard for ADA regulations regarding service dog access to food venues at Christmas R V Park reflects a systemic failure on their part. It is crucial for businesses to be well-informed about the rights of individuals with disabilities and to implement appropriate policies that ensure equal access for all. Unfortunately, Christmas R V Park falls significantly short in this regard.I strongly urge Christmas R V Park to reevaluate its practices, educate its staff on ADA compliance, and implement necessary changes to ensure that individuals with disabilities are welcomed and respected. By failing to do so, they perpetuate discrimination and create a hostile environment for those who rely on service dogs for assistance. In light of my disappointing experience and their explicit admission of non-compliance, I cannot recommend Christmas R V Park to others seeking an inclusive and accommodating environment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I implore them to take immediate action to rectify this matter and prioritize the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities.

Our experience has been very good. Mark and Denise have always responded timely with any messages left. The park is kept clean and has a good clientele. This is our third year staying here for the winter. Nice camaraderie of folks… Very accommodating family!!!

I feel it is over priced with us having 35 years of camping and traveled many miles. No wifi, no cable tv,gravel roads with plenty of dust, lots of highway road noise, and the water smells like sewer. Can't say about the showers, we didn't use them. On a good note, Mark the manager, was nice and helpful, they do have some activities, coin washer and dryers for convenience. Park is mostly clean with the exception of the older trailers that desperately need repairs that I assume are full timers. Mixed about if I would stay again, but guess I would if the need was there for that area.

Our stay here was great. We just got in right after all the snow birds left so it was very, very quiet. So peaceful. Lots of sites and very friendly people, everywhere. We're not sure who the host was but everybody that wrote up to us on golf carts was super friendly. And told us everything that was happening that week in the camp grounds that week. I would have rated it 5 stars, but where we were at, we could not get the free Internet to our camper. I'm sure if we were closer to the front it would have worked fine. Great place and I would recommend it.😁👍

when we arrived the office was closed but our map with our name on it was waiting for us and one of the residents that works there welcomed us and helped us get settled. The next day the manager stopped by to check on us and see if we were OK with our site. We appreciated that since we have a pop up, he put us in a site near the bathrooms which was very convenient for us. The staff and residents here are very nice and made us feel at home. The campground is very quiet and very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Absolutely worth the stay. My space is perfect for my size camper with a concrete pad right off my steps. I had no problem maneuvering the park. I have an amazing tropical foliage view from where I am facing and I have seen some pretty cool wildlife so far. Front desk staff SUPER friendly and helpful and made sure I was happy with my spot. Large fenced in dog area that is clean! Has a dog wash station in it as well (bonus!) Great amenities: laundry, bath house, pool, screened in areas, firepit, dog park etc...

Eh, mixed feelings here. The park seems clean and has nice buildings and pool. We paid $70 per night which I thought was way overpriced. Wi-Fi didn’t work well, no cable tv even though power pedestal has cable hookup. Roads were made of 1 inch gravel giving a very bumpy ride and making it impossible to walk on. Laundry was clean and well maintained. There are a lot of activities which we didn’t partake in. A lot of sites are long term which ultimately turns into trashy looking sites. We were stuck next to 5 obnoxious school skipping children for 5 of our 7 nights. Apparently the oil got changed in their truck the night before they left as the oil pan and used filter was sitting on the picnic table. I guess that’s ok but car washing is not. Also no campfires allowed here except if you bring along your own fire ring and beg for permission to use it. There are better options available for the price

This RV park is a rip off they take your money and won't fix the problems with the camper. The first time you are late the owner treat you badly and screams at you. Even if you had to fix your vehicle to get to work. Don't rent there they throw everyone out even if you own your own trailer my friend and I went through this and l. Could not even have time enough to pick up my mail and lost all the things that were in replaceable like photos of my kids growing up and all the things I held most dear

All of these glowing reviews? There must be another park with the same name. We had to make three passes to get into the assigned slot and luckily two campers flagged us down and offered to move their vehicles from the NARROW approach so we could navigate the pull through. They laughed and said "it wasn't the first time this week they needed to move" - well Bubba your vehicle is obviously in the way. We finally made the approach and adjusted with our 36' trailer literally on road edge front AND back Our camp-site is a sub-grade mud/gravel area and a muddy place next to it for chairs. It does have a picnic table setting on blocks (presumeably to keep the legs fron rotting). The elevated sewer connection is a nice touch. The park is a full timers haven with all the scattered clutter implied. In Short: We've been camping 30 years and this park is in the bottom 5% of places stayed while in the top 25% for rates. On a good note, as we were setting up at least 6-8 people stopped to investigate and to remind us that Bingo started in 10 minutes. Morning traffic started about 0530 which I presume was people headed toward work.

Not a $60+ per night RV campground!Pros: Denise was very friendly and returned our calls. Concrete pad at the site for tables and chairs. Large rec room w/ pool table and TV. Good location for UCF and I-95.Cons: Showers were small and water pressure non existent when laundry was being used. Dog park not well kept up. Gravel/dirt roads. Disgusting / smelling dumpsters. Poor Wifi. Lot of mosquitos and ants.

Stayed for almost a week and everything was great! Quiet park with clean amenities close to Titusville or East Orlando/UCF area. Everyone I met was friendly and staff were always out and about getting things done. I wish it hadn’t rained every day so I could take advantage of the pool or fire pit, but would stay here again when in the area.

First time here. We've been in the park for a week now. This is a wonderful community of campers, many activities and well attended by the campers. Management is constantly working on the park, attentive and supportive. They live here as well. We're here until April. Great place!

Excellent RV Park, quiet, great long term residents, OUTSTANDING location, easy access in and out of the camp, minutes from the Coast and easy access to all the attractions in Orlando. The Manager Mark was easy to get along with, no issues with me. The WiFi was spotty, and the roads we gravel but still a great place to hang out and see the sites. Thanks

In 2021 we stayed for two months and decided we liked it so much that we would stay longer next year. We are here now Jan.-April. If you like quiet you will like it here.our site is large, most sites have adequate space between them. Lots of beautiful palms and trees everywhere. There’re is activities every day from Pot Lucks, Bingo/ice cream social. A bike club, walking club and exercise classes. The pool is always very clean and so are the bathhouses. Shopping is not far and you can get anything you want basically. Lots of restaurants nearby. Disney is about an hour away. You can reach Canaveral Natnl Seashore beaches in 30 minutes or New Smyrna beach or Melbourne Beach about 40 min. Away. We will be coming back here every year because we are snowbirds now !

Not a Bad place with some issues... We had a pull through site and just barely fit. We were literally at the edge of the road behind us and in the front as well (I will say we have a large unit). Some turns we're very tight for us. They have a nice pool that is heated by solar, but it sits just about 150' off of a four Lane highway so relaxing, talking or listening to music can be a pain. They have multiple buildings for activities and a laundry. There is a fenced dog park and community fire pit. There are no pads so you are parked on dirt or gravel as is your outside area . The sites are spaced well enough to enjoy the outside.

Loud Highway, Age Discrimination from neighbors for being young. Traveling for work? Work night shift? Have a puppy. Better be quiet as a mouse anytime after 8:30 pm.. Under the age of 55 ? You are not welcome! Won’t ever be back again. Poor management.

My kids love this place. Great place to park up with the RV. Rocky floors dirt road but what more can u ask for when u camping out. We enjoyed the pool along with the pool table and the big screen tv in the community room very comfy couch hard not to fall asleep on lol. Will be back even though kitchen is off limits (when i had to heat up my kids food we had to turn on the electric stove) but other then that super fun for my family

Only thing I can say about this park is there's hardly ever anyone in the office no matter what time of day it is. The park is trashy like a bunch of trailer trash. On a good note it's only 10 bucks to roll in to the dump station and dump my rv and leave and go back to my spot. Other than that way over priced not clean or inviting
