Great place and affordable! There's days affordable is a must! So many great and kind employees which you don't see often. My friend needed a pack of smokes and I told him to get them here, it's cost plus 10% and the price blew him away! So there's another customer that will be coming back!

One of my least favorite places to shop. Prices are far too high for the quality of a lot of things they sell. Today I purchased 4 cream filled donuts for $4.99... turned out to be so stale I had to feed them to the trash can.

I'm probably in Food Giant 3 to 4 times a week. They store is always clean and the employees friendly and helpful.

A year ago I would have given this place 1 star. The store has a new manager John and Heather Reaves who are absolutely wonderful. John even listened to me regarding an item that is no longer on the shelf and is checking on getting it back for me. This store has totally transformed. The produce and meat section are very nice. The employees are helpful. Especially Marvin who helped me find several items I needed. He was very cheerful and helpful. The store is stocked better than any stores in the area. They have updated the selections of frozen and now even carry wine. If you haven't been here lately it is worth a stop. I was in yesterday and everyone was smiling and helpful.

This grocery store never ceases to confuse me. As their building is strategically placed from the two farthest grocery stores on each side, they can aggressively monopolize and price gauge customers traveling from a 30 square mile. The selection is terrible, and comically overpriced. Oh, BUT GOOD NEWS! They are 100% employee owned. What does that mean for you, as the consumer? That means an extra tax is going to be applied at the register..you know, just to throw some respect back at their employees.

Horrible store. Not a good selection of food at all. Cheap generics, not enough variety of fruits and vegetables. They carry a lot of pork and no good selection of beef 🥩.

Buddy this place has the best fried chicken you ever put in your mouth! And the other food is great too but we eat their chicken all the time! And I know they serve breakfast lunch and dinner in their deli Good food!

I saw this cute gift set and thought how much better it would be if the olive oil was Sciabica's Olive Oil. Sciabica's is truly the most flavorful cold pressed olive oil in America. Oh how I wish it was sold in Florida. #sunshineinabottle

I placed an order for chicken tenders from the deli yesterday which is what I was told for them to know in a timely manner for me to pick up at 4pm today. I was called today after lunch that they had ran out of chicken tenders and the lady said she could fry that many pieces of whole chicken. Also the lady advised me that they can’t hold chicken. So why was I told to place the order a day in advance? I said ok and I’ll pay what I was supposed to pay for the tenders. She said no that I would have to pay more because the chicken was more. So just a warning to expect your order to be sold right out from under you. They do not apologize for their mistakes either and try and make them right.

Went to get lunch plate. Needs management in kitchen. 6 people looking at each other trying to figure out what they needed to do. It was about 12:15 and only 2 pieces of chicken in food line.

Employes are pleasant and let you in on their conversation in humor. Decent variety in selection within the sections for a small town store, nice produce. Meats are fair would love better but it's not bad.Ill continue there as long as I'm in the area.

As they advertise, the company is 100% employee owned. I like supporting them. I like that their food selection is not the same as everyone else. (Best boudain choices.) Their produce looks fresh every time I go, and everyone is helpful and friendly.

All good except deli, deli should be open til at least 7. Most people work and most people aren't ready for supper til about 5-6pm and if they wanted food from the deli they'd have to get it way before then because by the time you get off at 430-5pm the deli is closed. No good, please consider leaving open til 7pm.

Some of the people are friendly, others are not nice and act like it should be a privilege for them to check out you grocery store. Not sure who is in charge of the restroom by the bread, thenk you for cleaning it so it doesn't smell like urine.

If I Could rate this place with 0 Stars I would.this Dump of a Grocery Store Should be shut down by the Escambia County Health Dept . The Store is awful Nasty and Dirty. Especially the Deli and Bakery Dept it just did not look Sanitary at all. And the Meat Dept it looked like like most the Beef Chicken and Pork looked like it was way pass Due from the Sale date not to mention there was old dried animal blood all over the outside of most of meat packages. No way in the world I would by meat there and risk getting food poison ING. DO yourself a favor and go somewhere else to do your grocery shopping

It's not BAD, but I don't feel very safe shopping there. The place gives off a "unfortunates shop here" vibe as well just a kind of gross atmosphere. Other than that, it's affordable and the staff seems fine. Their deli chicken would make Sanders shoot himself from envy.

$9.15 for Hellman's mayonnaise? Get a REALITY CHECK! This is just 1 example of why I buy 99% of my groceries at Wal Mart! Talk about price gouging! $1.79 for a loaf of bread when I can save 79 cents a loaf at Wal Mart! I refuse to step foot in Food Giant to be robbed!
