Great little RV resort on Florida’s “forgotten coast”! Had everything you expect in a modern and well maintained resort. We particularly liked our site (30) which was in the block across the road from the main resort because it backed onto some forested area and was very private.Right across the road from Carrabelle Beach (which you are allowed to take your dogs on which is novel for Florida!)We had some trouble with our truck in the way to the resort and the management were very accommodating with our late arrival and refunded us a day that we couldn’t use (and they didn’t have to do that). It was most appreciated.Carrabelle itself is an interesting little town and we recommend the Carrabelle Junction for a good coffee and great Ruben sandwich!

Nice sized RV park. They used to have a little store inside but not sure if the new owners do. They just installed a red/green lighted crosswalk which crosses over hwy 98 to make it safer for visitors to go across the street to Carrabelle beach. There is a small strip of land between the park and hwy for people to take their pets for restroom use. Just clean it up. Other than that the place is super quiet.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at the resort in a 25’ Airstream. The office staff was very welcoming upon arrival and the sites were in excellent shape. The best feature is the fantastic beach which is a short walk across the street. I would select a site towards the back of the resort to increase distance from the road. A great resort on the “Forgotten Coast”. We will return!

We took the kiddos to eat a seafood dinner we had bought from Milliner's seafood Cook it right there at the picnic tables. Tables at carabelle beach then headed straight to Crooked River lighthouse. Where we had a wonderful informative evening.Definitely the best way to go.!!!

Was fantastic, bathrooms were clean, dog park was small but good for what I needed, just to potty of leash, only issue was trying to get acrossed a busy street at peak times. People need to slow down and let others get acrossed the street. Having a dolphin 5 feet next to me was incredible. Jelly fish not so much.Walkability: Just watch for the speeding vehicles that refuse to slow down

This is a nice little park but it needs a bigger pool. What they have is like a residential pool. Its too small! We were here for two days and did not get to use it because it was full of people and children constantly. Expanding the park build another poolOur cottage was very nice and the AC was ice cold. The yellow rose cottage was fantastic and cared for very well. Best cortage we have ever stayed in at a campgroundLocation greatTown is terrible - no where to eat , everything closed on mondays and tuesdays and whatever is open is garbage. This is NOT a town you want to stop if you enjoy going out to eat. Keep going.Nothing to do in this town except fish and sit.Its neat to check out, but it is indeed a forgotten townFront desk staff were nice and the park is clean. No issuesExcept the pool, way way way too small for the park sizeWalkability: Beach across streetFood & drinks: Nothing no where

Rude staff. No oceon views. It's across the street from the ocean. Vacation homes mingle with the campers. Extreme tight. Close to other rvs. We were there a month and we had soooo manu issues. Cable tv not working, weak wifi. Pool closed, no hot tub..no kids activities.. they call themselves a resort? Haha! Sights were extremely unlevel. Tipping our trailer we moved to a vacation home neighborhood next door . What a rip off with their prices! They sent a mass email, I thought it was just to us..it said "stop walking through campsites" we went up to the office appalled that they accused us of that .they said oh that's a mass email to everyone..,🤷♀️. Definitely won't be back.. brought up our concerns to manager and got no where..no amenities here! It's not a resort, it's a campground...hard to maneuver in and out..what a rip off...rude staff and management..

Great affordable RV park with cabins and cottages. Stayed 11 days in our RV with our teenagers in a cabin. Cabin was great except A/C was unpredictable.Beach is nice, but it's on the bay. Lots of wildlife, but for waves, gotta go out to Saint George island.Nearby activities: As an older couple, the area has everything. For younger folks, the nearest movie theater or DQ are almost an hour away.

I would like to start out with this, we RV camp for at least three months out of the year and have stayed at hundreds of RV parks.Carrabelle Beach Rv Resort.Pros,Location is amazing, right across from the public beach. Plenty of food and drink options in close proximity. Cool town, would certainly recommend staying in Carrabelle.Cons,The park looks NOTHING like the website. Let’s start with the sites themselves. The are disgusting, overgrown with weeds and ants. Cracked concrete, just all around awful grounds keeping. We paid for a deluxe pull through site, it was supposed to have a grill, it didn’t, although the exact same pull through site next to us did. When I asked the employee at the check in shack why that was, her response was, you really should have a grill but you don’t… she was extremely rude and couldn’t have cared less about anything. The store on-site closes very early, 5pm. This means no ice or emergency supplies and there is no stores within thirty minutes if need be.We also rented a cottage for our parents. The cottage was nice, parking is terribly confusing. I stopped a young man who was driving a cart in the park, clearly an employee and asked him where my parents should park. He said, I don’t work here… driving off. The next day the same guy was working behind the counter handling check in’s.No host on site, the pool was disgusting. Couldn’t even see the bottom. The tiki huts are falling apart and our picnic table was so broken we couldn’t sit on it.We speak with several other campers on site who said they had been coming to Carrabelle Beach RV resort for many years and historically it was stunning. Every single one of them said it is now awful, some described it as trash and deplorable. Every person said they would never return, some even left early without even asking for money back in return.I would never EVER recommend staying here.

We were camping there this past weekend and our truck we use to tow our camper broke down. We were supposed to leave Sunday but because of our truck issues they were able to accommodate us for a few extra days and not make us have to have our camper towed somewhere else. They were so willing to help us. This was our first time camping here and it definitely won’t be our last!! The campground was very clean, the pool was great and best of all it was right across the road from the beach.

Location is right across the road from a beautiful white sandy beach. A great RV park with some permanent cabins for rent. The cabins are nicely furnished, but a little tight for more than 2 people. The pool is nice, and the park is clean and well maintained. The only problem we experienced was the cable TVand WiFi went out on the first night we were there, and the park staff was not interested in finding a way to make it right, either by calling the cable company or offering a small discount, something.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome and there is a small fenced are where dogs can go off-leash. Most people are quite diligent in picking up after their dogs and bags are provided.

Stayed for the Memorial day weekend. The RV park as a whole was very nice, laidback and quiet.Water pressure was a medium only 20 PSI.Bathrooms very nice.Game room nice. One pool table, a tv with couch and a full kitchen.Small playground for kidsfenced in dog park.Pool was nice and there is plenty of seats.Fish cleaning station in the back of the camp ground. Near the dog park.tight turns for some, but nothing that you can't handle for a seasoned RV'er.The beach entrance was across the road from the RV park and the walk was easy. The beach was not packed with people. This is a place to stay to get away from the crazy hustle and bustle that surrounds a holiday.

We stayed in a cottage for a week. The park was clean and well maintained. The staff, especially Hannah and Hailey, were friendly and helpful. The beach across the street was quiet and clean with showers and bathrooms. Don't expect waves, as the barrier islands keep the water calm and lapping. Our cottage, 819, was clean and updated with cold AC and an outdoor shower. Our only complaint was that there were millipedes in the cottage. Not just a couple, but a lot that would come in through the AC units. This was not a fault of the park, as the cottage was privately owned. For the price, I would definitely recommend. You can't rent a whole tiny house on the beach anywhere else for that price. The pool was also clean and other guests were respectful.

All in all a nice place. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Two negatives to mention the deer and horse flys are really bad especially in the second area near the woods. The second you need a pass through between you sections to get to the pool and other amenities. I would also mention on your website that if you have old TV's you will not be able to use the cable. The cable is the newer type and older TV's can't read the signal.

Our site was so ridiculously off level. It took leveling ramps on top of 2x6 boards just to get it to a place that was close to level. We’re full timers and have stayed and hundreds of parks and I’ve never seen a concrete site that was this off level. It took forever to get it setup right and even then it wasn’t great. Pretty annoying especially if you don’t travel with tons of leveling material.Spots were super close together, no privacy if you care about that. It is a beach property, so that was to be expected for us.Other than that, the place was pretty good. Right next to the highway (some sites were 20-30 ft from the road), so keep that in mind.

We thought this would be a nice place near the beach, but I booked online and we ended up across the street in the Haven. There is a fence and road between the Haven and actual campground and a gate but the gate was locked. There was a donut truck this weekend at that site near the gate, so we ended up driving around. Quite a walk from the Haven area to the pool, showers and store/office. The showers didn't have doors, only curtains. The beach was also a bit of a walk. The site had full sun, no shade, and our awning didn't help. Couldn't eat or cook outside as it was too hot with sun. The pool was cloudy and dirty. I went to the office to get a coax cable, and the girl asked the other girl if we had checked in and I said she checked me in less than 24 hours before, but not sure what that was about, neither of them said anything else. There were many open sites in the campground, so not sure why they put us across the street, but it was tight in the campground, so not sure if we would have been better in the campground or not. Those pads were not level either.Probably won't return.

Fist time staying here. Nice little RV park. It’s quiet place and that’s what we love. Beach is great place for walks, but not to swim. There are gators in the water. I took this photo at sunset it was about 10 feet from the shore. The rv park has a dog run but is very small. The pool is cold and the water is murky. The pool area doesn’t seem to be upkeep on daily basis. Staff presence is minimal.

Cottage 70 is AWFUL. All the furniture should be thrown away. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bedroom end faces the road and it was SO noisy. The TV didn’t work. Internet wouldn’t connect most of the time. The office staff was unwilling to help with our problems. This was our third stay because we have friends in the area. We will never stay there again. We had reserved a different cottage but we were moved at last minute. Very dissatisfied.
