Store manager Thomas was really really great beyond words. He helped me with absolutely everything that I needed walked me through the store and told me what he feeds his dogs and has always fed his dogs. I had an issue with the previous dog food I had and was trying to return it instead of just saying hey cashier, go ahead and return this. He actually walked me through the isles and showed me all of my different options. That would agree better with my dog I love this place great customer service I would absolutely recommend coming here.

Stopped in shopped went to purchased a receiver extension marked $24.99 on the shelf. After paying for it, I noticed on the receipt I was charged $69.99. Went back inside and was told that was the correct price. Went back and took the picture where there was 3 others and a price of $24.99. If they price an item wrong under Fl law the have to sell it at that price. She said there is no such law. Not saying don’t shop there but watch out the items may not ring up the price you are expecting to pay. I ordered it on line under the $24.99 they had it priced at. I had purchased a 12 in for under $25 from harbor freight. The cashier threw the receipt at me.

The dog wash at this location was the best I have been to. We travel frequently with our doodle & use TSC to give her a bath. Usually I see no staff members but today I was checked on a few times to see if I needed anything - I did - towels. After someone next to me was finished staff came in & cleaned the bathing tub!Awesome staff - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in last night an hour before closing looking for puppy food! The manger helped me find the puppy food I needed and also showed me the next step when it’s time to change to adult food! Thank you so much!!!

I was looking online to purchase an item that said online order only on the website but before I ordered it I had some questions about the purchase ,so I went to the local store in CAPE CORAL for some answers about the purchase . It was a holiday weekend and they were busy but everyone in the store was polite and someone asked if they help me as soon as I came in the store they answered all my questions helped me do the online order in the store and made this purchase a very good experience, thanks for brick and mortar stores not just online ordering nice to feel like your business is appreciated and talk with a real person , refreshing in today's world keep up the good work

I bought Kong toy for a puppy. The dog had the toy for 10 min. And ate it. Kong toys are better than that. I've tried to contact the store. No satisfaction. Be care giving your dog these toy.

Went to use the dog wash at this location.Fantastic!! Stainless tubs with entry stairs and slotted mats for sure footing of the dog. (Textured floor in the washroom for the human washing the dog)Water is free flowing, not quarter by quarter.Adjustable drying table with blow dryer to completely dry the dog.Shampoo, towels, brushes and nail clippers are also provided.All for $9.99!!!

I decided to stop here for a gift for someone who just got a new puppy. I was able to find the perfect gift, and they had a very cute, reusable logo bag that served as a gift bag. The staff was helpful and kind as well!
